Having Emma as our wedding photographer was one of the absolute best decisions that we made. Choosing someone who we knew would capture every possible moment of the day beautifully, and would allow us to enjoy our day was so important to us. Emma made us feel comfortable and confident from the moment we spoke and we knew she was the photographer for us. However, Emma was more than a photographer. She was a sounding board for me and helped me work through any issue that came up while planning the timeline of the day. She answered every question I had and was always there to offer her advice when needed. She also had great vendor recommendations, which is so helpful when you’re not well-versed in the wedding industry. Emma is so sweet and kind, and such a joy to be around. All of our friends and family loved her! She made taking pictures fun and not a burden. She instructed us when needed, but also was not solely focused on taking a million formal portraits, which allowed us to spend our reception having fun with our loved ones. She was always nearby and paying attention to capture the best candid moments, and was literally the best hype woman! When we received our wedding gallery (insanely fast), I was literally blown away. Looking through the photos was like reliving the day over again. She captured all of the emotions SO well and the sheer amount of photos that she provided us with was incredible. The one and only complaint I have is that it is almost impossible to choose our favorites. The BEST problem to have!! We will never truly be able to repay Emma for how well she captured the best day of our lives.

Wow! I cannot even put into words how amazing our wedding photographer, Emma Dee, was. From our first meet over the phone (due to Covid) to our engagement pictures, to making sure my whole day was organized and I had everything I needed, to walking down the aisle and all throughout our special day.... Emma was always on top of everything. She is SO organized and made our day go so smooth. She reminded me of things I wasn't even thinking of and definitely saved my day more than once! Her personality is exactly what we needed to get through our day. She made us feel very comfortable and made our smiles authentic. Her jokes and laughs definitely helped my very impatient husband get through the pictures and I do not think many other people could actually get him to enjoy the process. We had so much fun with Emma and I cannot imagine our special day being captured by anyone else.

We wanted the look of expensive light and airy timeless photos and we got that with Emma at such an affordable price. Only thing I would change is definitely paying for a 10hr day instead of 8hrs. It is so worth it. She was so fun, charming and made everyone feel so comfortable. She’s also really go with the flow as I was a scattered brained bride. Highly suggest Emma if you want someone sweet and attentive while also so aesthetically pleasing!!!

If you have been debating a boudoir session or have never even thought of doing one before, DO IT!! I was terrified and they turned out amazing. Emma made the process so much fun and you truly feel amazing. Highly recommend doing a boudoir session and highly recommend trusting Emma as your photographer!

I do not even know where to begin when it comes to explaining how amazing Emma with Emma Dee Photography. I met Emma in high school and when I saw her first ever photos, I told everyone that is who will take my wedding pictures! Flash forward a year or so and I was lucky enough to book Emma for my special day. From the moment we first started discussing the wedding to the day of the wedding, Emma was so much more than a photographer! She helped me set up a timeline, gave me recommendations for vendors, and even consoled me when our wedding plans changed multiple times throughout the pandemic. On the wedding day, Emma showed up early and made sure to stay to catch all the important moments at our reception, she even spot cleaned my dress after my husband stepped on it countless times! When it comes to her photos, they are better quality than I have ever seen, and the amount of compliments I have received is amazing! All the photos look very natural and the lighting is out of this world! With all this said, I would not have wanted any other vendor behind the camera on our special day, so if you are wondering if you should book her for your special day, the answer is yes!

Emma can make all of your pinterest dreams come to life and MORE. Emma has such a creative eye and great perspective. She is every bit of professional, as she is FUN. My fiance and I were so worried about not knowing how to pose but Emma directed us every step of the way and even played our favorite music during the shoot! By the end we felt so comfortable in front of the camera. Emma also worked with my fiance and was able to capture his proposal to me and every emotion we had. We recently booked with Emma for our wedding in August 2020. So far, she has been absolutely AMAZING. My fiance and I were nervous about our engagement photos, but she made them a breeze. Emma has the best personality and makes you feel so comfortable and confident taking the photos. Not only has Emma been our photographer she has also helped in other areas of our wedding. She helped us with our colors and gave us visuals to help. She even gave us options for a graphic designer for our invites. Okay people, listen up - because I cannot gush enough about Emma! I am a perfectionist (almost to a fault) and I can honestly say working with her was an absolute dream! I was completely comfortable and felt totally understood right from the beginning. We actually had another photog who cancelled on us in January when our wedding was in May (we had had her booked for a full year!) and I just about lost it. I went through EVERY page of the knot, wedding wire, and instagram and honestly through God’s providence found Emma. Emma's shots are beyond stunning, she is incredibly detail-oriented, finds and captures the beauty in the little things you'd never think twice about, she is a warrior in keeping you on track during the day (even though our ceremony ran nearly 1hr over), and she is beyond prepared for anything the day throws at her! She played our daddy-daughter dance music for the FOB First Look (and yes, I totally lost it), adjusted my hair when it kept falling out, made us laugh during even the most stressful moments, and allowed us to feel incredibly comfortable in front of the camera! The entire process of working with her was a breeze. I honestly cannot recommend her enough! Remember how I said I scoured every page everywhere to find a photog? I will save you the work, Emma's package will get you more for your money than any other photog I have found. I never thought I would say this, but I am SO THANKFUL our other photog cancelled. For basically the same price, we got 10 hours - instead of 8, 2 shooters - instead of 1, an included engagement session, unlimited downloads of our entire gallery, and a STUNNING heirloom album with pictures of our choosing that we don't have to worry about making or paying for (we just recently received it and WOWZAS - it is beautiful and such amazing quality)! Honestly, I can tell you that you will not find this value along with this talent anywhere else! She is truly & honestly the best of the best of the best of the best 🙌

Emma was the photographer for mine and my husband’s engagement session and wedding. She was by far my favorite vendor for many reasons. She took the time out to listen to my concerns and gave me great advice on wedding planning (she definitely knows what she is talking about)! My husband and I went to high school with Emma, so I already felt comfortable around her, but my husband doesn’t necessarily like to take pictures. She made the experience so fun and light hearted for the both of us and our bridal party! Your photographer really sets the mood for your wedding day which is why I’m so glad we chose her. I had multiple people coming up to me, including those that were in my bridal party, complimenting her and saying how you can tell she loves what she does. Because of this, Emma helped put my mind be at ease! Oh, and the pictures she takes are outstanding! She really knows how to capture the love in every picture she takes. We just received our wedding pictures back and I am going to have a hard time picking which ones I want to have printed (which is not a bad problem to have)!

Emma was by far one of my favorite vendors! She does a great job making everyone feel comfortable so the pictures turn out looking natural. Her presence is awesome, but she also did a nice job blending in so I forgot she was there at times as she was capturing our favorite moments. Emma was great! As the big day approached, she was very prepared and asked just the right questions to make sure the day went as smooth as possible! She captured beautiful pictures and we got them back within two weeks after our reception. I would highly recommend Emma for your photography needs.

Emma was an absolute dream to work with! We chose her to photograph our wedding and she also did a family session for us. In 93 degree heat with three crazy kiddos she managed to capture some beautiful shots! Fast forward two months and minus 60 degrees what we got for a wedding album was nothing short of magic! I had the photos in record time.. which was SO amazing. Every bride sits on the edge of het seat waiting for photos. And they did NOT disappoint! Emma was the right amount of silly and the perfect amount of professional. Very organized and detail oriented. Made pretty shy guys surprisingly photogenic. I joke with her that her photos are always so dreamy and creamy looking. Thats the best way I can describe her work. Her photos of my husband could easily find their way into a magazine. Our photos have gotten SO many compliments. I can't wait for our next excuse to take pictures! She will always be number one on our list!
