Emma is an absolute delight! I'm not usually very comfortable having my picture taken but Emma helped me feel so relaxed, and the photos were incredible. She's easy to reach if you...

Emma was so much fun to work with and we absolutely love the photos she captured! If you're looking for a photographer who will capture the most authentic/candid/important parts of...
your special day, book Emma! We also loved how vibrant her photos were :)
I spent a considerable amount of time trying to find a photographer that seemed to have a good balance between quality and price. I thought I had found that in Emma, but was rather...
disappointed. We used Emma for both our engagement session and wedding. It seemed that Emma just not put the effort into our photos to create a quality result. Besides low quality, I was also annoyed that neither Emma nor her assistant took pictures while my husband and I were dismissing the guests (which we did in lieu of the receiving line). And they did a poor job of arranging people during the family photos. I look at those photos now and the awkwardness of people’s placement is just glaring. The coloring on a number of photos was also just weird. This was very obvious when I went to compose a wedding album and was seeing pictures next to one another. I had to have someone else do some further editing on some of the family photos just to make them look normal.
We booked Emma for our engagement shoot and northern Michigan wedding. She and her partner Phoebe were fantastic and easy to work with. The photos are stunning! Emma got a sneak pe...

es the moments you know you want to keep forever.
She is so personable and made it easy to feel comfortable in front of the camera. My husband doesn’t love getting his picture taken, but he even raved about how great she was. Her assistant Phoebe was equally as wonderful. Emma, we are so glad you were a part of our day!!
Amazing pictures! She did an incredible job capturing the most special moments of our day. I would highly recommend her!
Emma is INCREDIBLE. She’s amazingly talented at taking really natural and organic shots, but is also extremely fast with edits and SO fun to work with!
I loved having Emma photograph my wedding! She met me for coffee TWICE before the wedding to go over details and let me ask questions. She was very kind and easy to work with. She ...
was willing to go above and beyond on my wedding day, and I adored the pictures that her and Phoebe took on my special day! She made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and it did not take too long for the finished product to be ready for us :) I would recommend her to ANYONE!

nued all the way throughout the wedding planning process and on the big day. During the planning process, we shared a board on Pinterest where I collected any photo ideas I liked and she referenced it on the wedding day to make sure she was getting the shots we wanted. On the wedding day, she and her videographer were so kind and encouraging and really made the day fun for us while we took pictures. Lastly, the pictures are AMAZING! I've received so many compliments on how gorgeous they are and so many people have asked who our photographer was. I would recommend Emma to anyone in a heartbeat. Not only is she an amazing photographer, but she is a genuine, sweet, and caring person and I am SO glad we chose her to help document our big day!
