Emmalee was absolutely FANTASTIC. She was so kind, fun, and was down for anything during the day of the wedding. She made us feel so taken care of and prepared and captured incredible moments throughout the night. Emmalee was truly a joy to work with and I can't sing her praises enough. Hire her for all of your photography needs, she's the best!

There are no words in any language that can properly describe my gratitude and sheer awe of the talent that is Emmalee Luckas. When my partner and I were looking for wedding photographers, not much thought went into it after Emmalee. We had our first sessions with her for our engagement shoot, and we confirmed then and there that we absolutely made the right decision. She made two incredibly camera shy people feel so at ease with everything and produced the best photos that I continually obsess over. She also showed so much love to our dog and captured the best photos of him. That alone earns her 5 stars. She stayed with us through countless wedding reschedules thanks to the pandemic, eventually making it all the way to a DIFFERENT STATE to photograph our wedding. She went from Chicago all the way to Virginia for us. On this day is when I confirmed my suspicion that she is a wizard master behind the camera lens. Every single photo she took captured every ounce of love and joy from that day in a way that surpassed every single expectation I had (and just from seeing her past work, mine were very high). She’s so skilled at blending in to her surroundings but also being constantly present to ensure she catches every special moment you could have dreamed of. I will never stop singing Emmalee’s praises to every person who will give me the time of day.

WOW! Emmalee was amazing from start to finish. Even from our initial chats and getting to know each other, she was super personable and fun - and asked all the right questions about what we were expecting from our photos! She responded to emails in a timely matter and was professional and well-organized. We had Engagement and Wedding photos done by Emmalee, and they all turned out GORGEOUS. She had a way of making us feel so comfortable, and gave us great guidance durng the photo shoots (since of course we had no idea what we were doing). Even our guests at the wedding kept asking us "Who is your photographer?? She is so fun!". She also worked extremely well with our videographer, who was hired from a different company. The turn-around time to receive the photos was also fairly quick. You will not be disappointed by hiring Emmalee as your photographer!

Emmalee Luckas is absolutely amazing, and we are so thrilled with her work! She was so much fun to work with for both our engagement session and our wedding - she made us feel comfortable and at ease during the engagement session when we were both feeling nervous and awkward, and then on the day of she went above and beyond making sure we got all of the shots we were hoping to capture. She scoped out all our shooting locations ahead of time to make sure that they were perfect for what we were looking for, and then when we ran into rain she was ready with umbrellas and ended up capturing some of the coolest shots. We will without a doubt be recommending her to all of our friends and family, and we hope to be able to have her as our photographer for future events!

Emmalee and her assistant, Chelsey, were an absolutely incredible part of our wedding team!! Not only are her pictures stunning, but her personality (calm, considerate) and ability to work with everyone in our family/wedding party made the day go by so smoothly. Emmalee is thoughtful and attentive to detail, ensuring that every part of your special day is captured in its entirety. She is also an excellent communicator before and after the wedding, and got our edited photos to us in a very timely manner (~6 weeks). I can't stop looking at the beautiful photos. Emmalee’s work is by far the most amazing my husband and I have seen and we knew we had to hire her. She makes you feel so comfortable and keeps you in the loop of whatever she is thinking. You can tell she loves her job by how she carries herself, and how her face lights up with what she’s doing. I’m so excited to see our wedding photos once we get them, because we absolutely love our engagement photos from her!

Emmalee is amazing, hands down. A wee bit late to writing this but better late than never! She made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her. She listens to what you want and has a back up plan to her back up plan. Very responsive and the pictures speak for themselves. We got an engagement session, wedding photos and a photo book with our package! We also used her for our Harry Potter themed bridal shower. Her work is wonderful and she captured these important memories perfectly. Thank you! Can’t recommend enough!

Emmalee Luckas and her work are both simply amazing. We felt comfortable with her from our first meeting all the way through the wedding and after. We were getting married out of state, and Emmalee was very accommodating with meeting remotely. She listened closely to our suggestions yet also brought her own creative ideas. In the end, the photographs were absolutely unbelievable. We continue to get comments on how much our guests love the pictures and ask who our photographer was. We are very happy with our pictures and would recommend Emmalee to everyone.

Emmalee ROCKS. She has a gift for making you feel comfortable in front of the camera (if you aren't already like we where). She has a great sense of humor and takes AMAZING pictures. She made sure we hit all of the pictures we wanted on our list and went out of her way to make sure we got all the shots we wanted. She makes sure the lighting is perfect in all of her shots and really captures each moment!

Emmalee has been remarkably patient and flexible!!! She has answered every single question that we've had for her. Our engagement session was so much fun and the resulting photos are amazing! She's excellent at her profession, I'd recommend her services to anyone!!!
