Ranae was great to work with and I hope her photos come out well! I have only seen one so far but it was great! She was a little quirky and had us do a few shots that I was not a fan of, but she was very receptive to things we didn't like and we were able to change them quickly. She had us do a bunch of different posed shots with the family (traditional shots) but then we were able to do ones by the water with the water spraying up behind us. She was provided to us by the Royal Kona resort as part of the package we chose, but she was great.

When our 1st choice for our wedding photographer was unable to be booked EMotion was our 2nd choice, my fiance and I were a bit disappointed not being able to get our 1st choice but the minute we met Ranae we knew she was the perfect photographer for us. Ranae quickly put us at ease and not only did she get all of the shots we had our heart set on, she also captured several more that our now our favorites. Throughout the whole ceremony and reception, I didn't even notice Ranae (typically at other weddings I've been to, the photographer is a distraction from the actual event) but Ranae seamlessly blended in and ensured she got all the shots she needed. When time was running out she even stayed a bit later to ensure all the key moments were captured. The day after our event she sent some teaser photo's which are beautiful and also compiled a slide show of some of her favorites. My husband and I cannot wait to see the entire portfolio!

As a wedding photographer myself, I had to really trust my own wedding photographer. Choosing who that would be was easy, Ranae produces fabulous work consistently, but she is also great to be around. My guests were talking about her all week, saying how fun she made the day. My wedding photographer, Ranae, was absolutely amazing! She took by far the best photos I have ever seen! She went above and beyond to get the best shots. I had a very long veil that we had a lot of fun with, she is very creative! Her photography is more than just photos, it's art. She has a great attitude, very sweet.
