Empire Eats Catering

We're SO glad we chose Empire Eats for our catering!!! They were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire experience (even with multiple wedding date changes). I also loved that they were able to handle all of our linen and glassware rentals with CE rental- it just makes it a little easier to have one vendor to communicate with for both! Kristina was our main point of contact through Empire Eats and she was the absolute SWEETEST!! She was always quick to respond to e-mails and just made our experience so comfortable. We really appreciated everything she did for us and we highly recommend using them for your catering needs!!

Empire Eats & Kimberly were absolutely wonderful with catering our wedding at The Stockroom. She was very responsive to the many, many emails I sent over our 18 month engagement and they were super receptive to any guest dietary restrictions. Absolutely loved being able to use local Raleigh restaurants for our big day, and our guests raved about dinner from Gravy!! Highly recommend.

Empire Eats did a great job catering our wedding at the Stockroom! Kimberly was always quick to respond to my (many) emails, and she always had great details in her answers. We had to move our date a few times (COVID), and Kimberly always did everything she could to make sure we had a great day. Her team of wait staff and bar tenders did a phenomenal job. The tacos and appetizers were excellent, and all of our guests had a great time. Would highly recommend!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Empire Eats Catering! My now husband and I love The Pit, so it was an easy decision to have it catered at our wedding reception. The staff was incredibly friendly and was so accommodating when we ended up moving our reception to a private residence due to Covid. The bartending services were also wonderful. I would highly recommend Empire Eats to anyone planning an event in the triangle area!

Thank you so much Empire Eats for the amazing food and service!! One of our friends literally came up to us during the reception and said "Where is the chef?!? I need to go find them and shake their hand!!!" We chose the Pit BBQ for food everyone was absolutely thrilled. Not to mention, they did an awesome job serving people at the bar (there was never a crazy long line and we definitely had some drinkers at our wedding!). People always say you forget to eat during your wedding day, but we definitely didn't because Empire Eats served us our plates directly and the food was too dang good to not devour. We cannot thank you enough!

Empire Eats was great to work with - I hired them for both the rehearsal dinner at Sitti and had The Pit BBQ buffet catered for our wedding. They were responsive and helpful in the linen selection process. Everyone loved the food at both events!

Empire Eats was AMAZING! Not only is the food so delicious, but the employees are irreplaceable. We used Empire Eats to cater The Pit at our wedding reception. Some of the vendors we looked at would not let us sample the food, which was a big red flag. But Empire Eats paid for us to have an entire meal at The Pit before booking them. This meant so much to us because it shows how proud they are of the food they're serving. Our guests raved about the barbecue and sides that were served at our wedding. And they even made my husband and I a plate to go since we did not have a ton of time to eat. Krystal was amazing in make sure we had everything we needed. She made sure everything was completely gluten free for me so that I wouldn't have any sort of sickness on such an important day. She worked so hard to help us stay within our budget as best as possible. She was awesome! Empire Eats is a wonderful company to work with leading up to the wedding, and having everything run very smoothly on the day of! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Kimberly and Empire Eats catering! The food was delicious and their service was phenomenal. We had a plated salad and then a buffet for dinner. It ran so smoothly. We received a number a compliment on how well the service was and also how good the food was! We would definitely recommend and use Empire Eats again! Thank you!

Empire Eats is part of a company that encompasses Gravy, Sitti, the Pit and the Raleigh Times. So when you’re deciding what to serve at your wedding/event, you can choose from a variety of menus with really good food. Bacon bruschetta, anyone? We were a little nervous when management changed hands but our wedding venue had nothing but praise when Empire Eats stepped in for an event when another caterer backed out. They were able to work with our dietary concerns and still provide great food. They have a good selection of wine although we provided the beer (beer snobs here). I missed the food at the cocktail hour but they were able to get me a few bites when we sat down at dinner. So glad we went with them.
