WOW! My now husband and I wanted a long cocktail hour reception for our wedding in a place that had beautiful views and a true New York City vibe. We chose the Empire Hotel Rooftop...
and it did not disappoint!
Everybody from Dawn and Anjan to the bartenders and waitstaff were absolutely amazing! Anjan catered everything exactly the way we wanted, asking us as he went along to ensure that it was as perfect as we envisioned. The waitstaff went out of their way to make sure that me and my groom actually got served (both drinks and food!) throughout the night. Truly an unforgettable night made even more unforgettable by the fabulous service at the Empire Rooftop!
The Hotel was in a great location for New York sites and convenient for Wedding locations. Both the Bride and Groom's family came in from out of town. Also I, the bride, got a ro...
om myself so visit with my family and avoid traveling back and forth from Queens. The roof top and other lounge areas was perfect to hand out with my family and other guest. The price came in lower than other Hotels in the area and the rooms were descent sizes. The reason I gave it 3 stars is nothing was complimentary..... nothing. Even the muffin and coffee were a dollar each. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't offer a complimentary breakfast. Staff was nice but a little snooty. I would still recommend this location for the price and location.
