Picked up on time at hotel then drastically went down hill from there, with no communication from the driver, not one word! we arrived at the wrong chapel 20 minutes away and was then made to feel like this was our fault. He then told us he didn't have time to take us, but after we refused to get out there he reluctantly did. We had booked the car for three hours but he some how had a booking in between. not what we booked.
After our ceremony that we could have missed after travelling all the way from Scotland for this one day, we were standing outside in 40 DEGREE heat waiting to be picked up and nobody came back for us. We had planned to make the most of hiring a car and a driver to get some bridal pics. Instead our day was ruined. We had to call a taxi as they had not bothered to come back for us and went back to our hotel feeling exhausted and very disappointed.
Quite frankly with a small amount of communication on the drivers part the whole day would have been different for me and my husband.
"Absolutely terrible experience with Empire Limousine. We hired them for our wedding day, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The limousine arrived late, which threw off our entire schedule. The driver was rude and unprofessional, and the car itself was not properly cleaned—there were stains and trash left from previous passengers. When we tried to contact customer service to address these issues, they were unresponsive and dismissive. I would not recommend Empire Limousine to anyone; their service is far below what they advertise."

The van met all of our needs, and the travel was comfortable. It was a short walk outdoors when the driver dropped us off near to the arena. He made some really beneficial suggestions for us. I had a great time hanging out with Jim and my pals that evening! We quickly called him after the concert, and he instructed us to meet him in the location where he had dropped us off. I am the owner of a limousine company that does business with Empire Limousine. We have given them multiple rides. They also do airport pickups which is nice, as we dont have to deal with multiple companies for our trips. They are very reliable and there driver always show up in clean brand new vehicles. Our passengers always give good feed back. I ll be using them again in the future.
