ed by 2 hours due to a photo stop. This is simply untrue — the stop was no more than 20 minutes, and our total ride time was barely 2 hours.
On top of that, the chauffeur showed up at 9:00 pm when we had scheduled a 9:45 pm pickup, and we were dropped off by 11:00 pm. At no point were we alerted to any extra charges before they processed the payment.
For a company in the wedding industry, honesty and professionalism should be a given. Instead, we were left feeling taken advantage of on what should have been one of the happiest days of our lives. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and transparent service.

A one-hour booking is unfortunately not something we can accommodate for such specialty vehicles.

hen made to feel like this was our fault. He then told us he didn't have time to take us, but after we refused to get out there he reluctantly did. We had booked the car for three hours but he some how had a booking in between. not what we booked.
After our ceremony that we could have missed after travelling all the way from Scotland for this one day, we were standing outside in 40 DEGREE heat waiting to be picked up and nobody came back for us. We had planned to make the most of hiring a car and a driver to get some bridal pics. Instead our day was ruined. We had to call a taxi as they had not bothered to come back for us and went back to our hotel feeling exhausted and very disappointed.
Quite frankly with a small amount of communication on the drivers part the whole day would have been different for me and my husband.
