Intimate occasions can take place at the venue’s Patio, a refined setting that overlooks Turner Park. Inspired by the 18th-century French Châteaux, the patio’s design evokes a sense of nostalgia that will surely delight your nearest and dearest. Here, you can say “I do” before venturing indoors for your reception. Capable of hosting several hundred guests, the property’s main event area has ample space for mingling, dancing, and dining. Guests can be wined and dined in the Grand Gallery section, an expansive space that features ambient lighting and stylish furniture. The interior boasts a number of additional rooms for you to utilize, including the Fireplace Lounge, Champagne Bar, and VIP Bridal Suite. At Empire Room, the professional event staff will work with you to make sure that you experience your ideal wedding. The team is affiliated with Omaha Event Group, an organization that oversees events at some of the city’s most prestigious venues. From bartending to cleaning services, they will be on-hand to coordinate your celebration from start to finish. A variety of event items can be provided, such as gold Chiavari chairs, banquet tables, and full-length table linens. For those who drive, complimentary parking is available in the venue’s garage. The champagne bar is enhanced by the venue’s various beverage packages. These include a team of experienced bar staff that are happy to serve you and your guests. They can facilitate champagne toasts, and offer premium liquors alongside house beverages. To elevate your gathering, they can mix a signature drink to mark your special day.

The furniture fits in perfectly. And the several chandeliers are to die for! Nick, the owner, was amazing! Not what you would expect from someone that owns several spaces around town. He took the time out of his day to answer all of our initial questions and give us a tour (at least 3 different times!). Finally, Dallas and Robert, the on-site staff, were both an absolute joy to work with! Dallas was communicative, accommodating, and highly knowledgeable. She eased any concern we had and made sure our reception was flawless. Robert, the manager, went above and beyond all of our expectations. Any time we needed anything throughout the evening, he handled it immediately. Several of our guests even came up to us to let us know how incredible he was. We highly recommend the Empire Room Omaha to anyone looking for a beautiful venue and a wonderful client experience!

eautiful and can easily be transformed to fit any bride's wedding day vision! We also loved the location! It is in a beautiful part of Omaha and we loved that there were hotel accommodations within walking distance. Dallas is the wedding coordinator and she is awesome! She is easy to work with, knowledgeable and flexible. She was accommodating to us not living in the city and we met several times over zoom. Dallas communicated with our wedding planner and worked with her for day of coordination, which made our wedding day flow so smooth. We would highly recommend the Empire Room and their staff!

lity of having to change our date due to COVID-19, but Dallas was wonderful and made sure we still had the reception of our dreams. She was so supportive during the uncertain times and when we selected the new date, did everything in her power to assure us it was all going to work out! The Empire Room is an absolutely stunning venue that can be transformed beautifully for every occasion! The white walls, chandeliers, and large dance floor lend themselves to the most gorgeous events! I wish we could relive our wedding again and again and each time would hold it at the Empire Room.
