Empire sound did an amazing job at our wedding. Communication with Jamielyn was seamless throughout the booking and planning process. The MC and DJ kept the dance floor busy the entire night. We also booked our Photo Booth through them which was a hit. I especially appreciated that they found me and my husband at the end of the night to take a photo at the photo booth before they shut down because we didn’t have a chance to make it there earlier. We highly recommend empire sound!

Empire sound was so communicative and responsive leading up to our wedding which allowed our day to go so smoothly! Mike was able to capture a wide age range for our wedding and all of the songs came together so perfectly! Jamielyn was awesome and the Photo Booth was a huge hit! Empire Sound did an amazing job DJing our wedding. They were so responsive from the beginning of the planning process all the way to the day of. So many of our guests raved about the music from the youngest guest (5 years old) to our oldest guest (85 years old). The only bad part of the night was when it ended. We highly recommend Empire Sound to anyone who is looking for a DJ.

Empire Sound was very easy to work with, the MC had a lot of energy and was personable. My only constructive criticism was that I wish they had played more of the music that we selected. Overall, they were very good and you won't go wrong hiring Empire Sound.

We met some representatives of Empire Sound at a bridal show, and used them for our wedding this past July. They were AMAZING, and we would use them 10/10 times if we could. They captured our various requirements perfectly and went above and beyond what we needed! They were so professional leading up to the wedding and were very responsive - Jamielyn was really helpful from the office side, and DJ Mike used a mix of our requested songs and new ones that matched the vibe. We had such a blast with these guys. Huge shoutout to our MC too (though I completely forgot his name), who was so interactive and dancing the whole night with our guests. He was such a vibe and a really nice guy. They also did: - a custom track for the Mother-Son dance, - did our ceremony music - MC'd the night to get attendees attention for various events during the wedding reception We would recommend them to all our friends and anyone else who needs a DJ for their wedding, or any event.

Empire Sound knows how to party. Everyone there was amazing to work with. Jamielyn was awesome while we were planning and was great with the photobooth. Dominic is the best MC and kept the party going. I cannot wait to see our video because the videographers really took their time to make sure they were getting some great shots. Empire is definitely the way to go for anyone who is looking for a 1 stop shop for dj, video and photobooth.

I used empire sound for my wedding on Saturday for DJ, Photobooth and Videography. 10/10. Everybody was so wonderful! Jamielyn, who is the office administrator, would answer my emails faster than I could send them! The DJ was incredible, Photobooth was incredible, and videographers were incredible. And not to mention you can’t beat their prices. I 100% will be using them again for future events.

We are so happy with the services we received. I loved being able to hire three services all through empire sound: DJ, videographer, photo booth. All of the services were fantastic. Everyone was very happy with the music. They knew exactly what I wanted and executed perfectly. The videographers did such an amazing job with our video. I may be biased but I think our wedding video is one of the best I've ever seen. And the videographers were really unintrusive while filming. They were very good at being discreet but capturing all of the special moments. Thank you!!

Empire Sound did our DJ and Photobooth services and were both great!! We gave specific songs we definitely wanted and they kept along with the whole vibe to make a perfect playlist for us. Highly recommend!!

We hired Empire Sound after going to a few weddings that they had DJ'ed. I knew my wedding was in good hands when we hired them. They are fairly priced and very professional. This vendor is a pleasure to work with and knows every wedding venue in their area. Do not hesitate to hire them.

Amazing!!! You would not believe how many compliments we got on the music and flow of the night and I owe it to Empire Sound, and of course our incredible MC Rock. They were so easy to work with, so professional, great price point, and I'm not kidding even before dinner people were already coming up to me saying this was the best wedding they had ever been to and I know it was a lot of Empire Sound's doing. Dom stayed in constant contact with me through the months leading up to the big day. He executed on all the music and vibe we discussed. The team at Empire Sound is amazing. They made our wedding day very special and caught it all on camera for us to view later. Empire Sound were absolutely amazing! I couldn't recommend them more! They were extremely professional and great to work with. The music I requested from the guests sitting for the ceremony, to the bridesmaids walking in, and my own, the bride's, song as I walked into the ceremony were on point and played with perfect timing. Empire DJ was great to work with! We hired Empire DJ for our wedding on June 12th 2021, and worked with Frank and Rock. Rock was an incredible MC and always knew how to get the crowd moving, and met with us beforehand to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for. Frank was amazing as he catered to all our song requests while perfectly reading the room and knowing what songs to compliment what we wanted played. We got tons of compliments afterwards on how great the music was. We coordinated with Jamielyn beforehand who answered all our questions and was always available to speak with us. They also provided a photobooth which was a huge hit! Cannot recommend enough!

Empire Sound/Dominic were the absolute BEST! Dominic was great to work with, and was very helpful with rescheduling twice due to COVID. He really felt the vibe of our party, and helped keep it going! I am very picky with music, and Dominic & his team did a fantastic job. The music for the ceremony was wonderful as well. Guests all said what a fun party it was, and everyone enjoyed the photo booth as well. We have seen some teasers from the videography, and everything looks AMAZING. Highly highly recommend!

First let me start by saying I have intensely watched many wedding videos and by far empire sound was my favorite so I knew I wanted them for my special day. I reached out and Dominick was incredibly helpful with helping me pick the perfect package. He answered all my questions and promptly. We did have to reschedule due to Covid from 2020 to 2021 and Dominick handle the situation with compassion and made it super easy for us. Kashawn and Marcus came 30 minutes early and were incredibly professional and funny, they immediately felt like friends. They did such a good job at getting all the key moments we wanted and many we didn’t even know we wanted! We had our teaser literally WITHIN DAYS of the wedding. It blew all my expectations out of the water. Now we have our highlight reel and let me just say it was AMAZING! it will be something I cherish forever. If I could give Empire sound more than 5 stars I would!

Being in the wedding business already we've worked with Dominick, Frankie, Rock, Jamielynn and the cinematographers multiple times and every single one of them has always been phenomenal. Starting with the ceremony the DJ did a fantastic job, right on the music cues and everything was played perfectly. Dominick (the owner) was so attentive throughout the entire process. He was quick to answer my multiple emails. I was struggling with a song to be introduced to during the reception and after sitting with Dominick and talking a bit he recommended and put together The Greatest Showman (we're big fans) and we LOVED it. We requested DJ Frankie and he came down from Oneonta on a Friday night after his morning classes just for our wedding. We've known him for years and our wedding day would not have been the same without him. He knew what we wanted to hear, when we wanted to hear it and the music was amazing all night. MC Rock was fantastic and kept the dance floor full all night. He was always on the dance floor with us and engaging everyone to get up and dance. Great high energy and always moving and making sure we were having a good time. Jamielynn and the Photobooth were a huge hit! Guests were lining up all night and she kept the prop table clean and neat and also had no problems printing extra photos for us to take home! We decided to not go with an album and made a shadowbox frame for ourselves instead. If you're questioning whether to do cinematography/videography there is no question about it. DO IT. They were a last minute add on and I'm so happy with just the teaser trailer I got a week after the wedding! You guys were absolutely fantastic! Our wedding was perfect and we loved everything that you guys brought to make it even more perfect. Our guests were obsessed with the photo booth, the up lighting was gorgeous and the music was spot on. Your MC was so great at keeping the energy alive. Ali and I just got married last week on 9/28/19. We used empire sound for their DJ services, videography and their photo booth. All of the services were great. Although, contact over email wasn’t the greatest especially prior to the wedding, when we spoke to Dom we were able to cover all information required for our day. Dominick and his team played about 90% of the music we asked for and even the Star spangled banner which was requested by one of our guests. The videographers and drone controller blended with the party we barely knew they were there. The photo booth was a huge hit and a lot of our guests used it. The package we got had all three services for 5500 and we received a guest book signed with strips of pictures taken throughout the night. They are a great company and offer a lot to make your big day great!

Easy communication with Dom to set things up. His prices are exactly what he says. They send you a list of the songs they normally play and you pick what you want. They were punctual and Rock had our party flowing all night. We got multiple comments on how great our music was. We had guests from age 2-88 and the dance floor was packed the whole night. Highly recommend.

Book with this DJ immediately !! Empire sounds was truly phenomenal . We used them for DJ services as well as videography . Last minute the videography was added onto our package , I highly suggest everyone adds a videographer . Unfortunately as the bride and groom you miss really awesome things like the wedding party entrance , 1 million percent worth it !! Where do I even begin to thank Dominick and his team at Empire Sound? From the minute we met Dominick we knew he was the DJ for us. He was able to blend two songs together seamlessly on the spot when I asked him about putting mine and my Father's requests together for our dance. He was super responsive to emails and when we met to go over our wedding song list he really just got us. He had the dance floor going from the very first song to the very last. Dominick was such more than a DJ and MC. He truly became a part of the party which was great. He constantly checked in on my husband and I and honored all of our requests. If we ever need a DJ again we will definitely hire Dominick and Empire Sound. Our guests can't say enough good things and neither can we.

Empire Sound was the DJ and photo booth at our wedding on October 19th. They were awesome! The music all night was perfect! We provided them some song choices, and gave them the go ahead to read the group and play what they thought people wanted to hear....and they did just that! everyone was on the dance floor all night long! The photo booth was a big hit (we were not originally planning on having a photo booth, but decided last minute we wanted one) Dominick was so accommodating and was able to book the photobooth for us and everyone loved it! I would 100% recommend them for any event! a great time was had by all!

We could not have been more thrilled with our decision to go with Empire Sound on our wedding day! We chose them as our DJ, videographer and also for our photo booth. Dominick and his team were phenomenal to say the least! Dominick was there whenever we needed him throughout the whole process, was very patient with us and also super helpful when it came to picking songs! On the day of our wedding everyone was prompt and professional, and Dominick was by our side and rolled with everything unexpected that came up! He was also great at reading the room and choosing music accordingly that would please the crowd which ranged in age from 15-95! The videographers were also very professional and laid back, which made me very comfortable throughout the day since I was nervous about being in front of the camera. The staff running the photo booth were also amazing, engaging and so much fun! My only regret was not spending more time in there! I would book Empire Sound over and over again, and recommend not looking anywhere else for a DJ, videographer or photo booth for your wedding or event, because you cannot do any better!

Dominick is absolutely fantastic. We got so many compliments on him. He brought such a fun energy to the wedding and had everyone on their feet dancing. Dominick and his DJ basically saved my wife and I. We came in late from our photography session and didn’t have the sequence for the reception set. These guys jumped in and seamlessly worked their way into hosting the entire event. I went from panicking to completely cool as Dominick introduced the bridal party into the reception. They were the first people to respond to our contact (within the same day too), and kept great contact throughout the process. Even when we needed last minute equipment for the ceremony, they pulled through. Extremely professional and good at their job. And they know how to keep a party moving! Never a dull moment; their mixes and knowledge of how to keep a party classy but fun made everyone (ages 5-75!) happy. Cannot recommend strongly enough. Don’t even consider other DJs in the Hudson area.

Dom and Frankie did such an amazing job DJing our wedding on Sunday!! Dom made the entire planning process easy by responding to all of my emails in a timely manner. He was extremely patient and flexible when it came to last minute changes, and he even trimmed some of my song choices for special dances. Our dance floor was never empty the entire night (and that's saying a lot considering my family and friends aren't big dancers). They were great. None of my pre-requested song selections seemed to be making a presence until I spoke with Dom who played 2 of them following dinner. Dom was very attentive. He even brought us drinks when he saw ours were running low or getting watered down!! He had our guests up on their feet dancing the whole night. It was such a great experience. We also rented the photobooth. Our guests loved messing around with the funny props. All the doubles of the printed pictures were put into a photo album with handwritten captions by our guests. The album is so lovely! My only suggestion would be for the DJ to review the forms submitted with song selections to be sure they’re played - including the choreographed songs (Cupid shuffle/cotton eyed joe) which were checked off on our sheets but weren’t played Overall fantastic!! We had such a great time. Thank you so much!

Awesome wedding DJs - flexible and fun and made our reception an incredible night!!

Dom and his team were great! A couple of weeks out from the wedding he reached out and sent over some info for songs and timing and stuff like that. It was all very organized and helped us make sense of our crazy day. My wife had one special request... "keep people dancing" and Dom and his team did just that. Everyone had a great time. The music sounded great even in a half outdoor-half tent situation, not over bass-y or loud. I cannot say enough good things about the music. He really paid attention to what we wanted, as well as the timing of the event. At one point the Wedding Planner came up to me and asked for the DJ's card was because Dom was reaching out to her making sure everyone was on schedule. She was blown away by his promptness, and professionalism. The photobooth was a huge hit. Very high quality prints, using a high quality camera. It was a proper DSLR running off of a tablet, with correct lighting. Images all looked very crisp, and were well printed. They had also brought along a ton of props, which were all very clean, maybe even brand new. We simply couldn't have picked a better DJ/Photobooth team for our wedding. We have a few friends with weddings coming up, and have suggested them to all couples.

My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Empire Sound from start to finish. We were guests at another wedding that Empire Sound was working at and knew they would be perfect for our wedding day. Dominick is extremely personable, organized, and professional. He made sure he gave us plenty of guidance during the planning process and was very accommodating to any special requests we had. For example, we asked Dominick to announce our bridal party using personalized introductions using brief stories and jokes - he even sung some Justin Bieber during the intros! This was definitely a testament to how charismatic and adaptable him and his team are. All hired Empire Sound staff that day was professional, punctual, and interactive. It was very obvious how well they work with our other vendors as well as our venue (all of whom had great things to say abut them). Dominick was extremely attentive to us that day, always checking in with us to see how things were going, seeing if we needed anything (including drinks), and to give us reminders about certain upcoming events (dances, cake cutting, etc.), to ensure we kept things moving on time to allow our night to go as smooth as possible. Ian & Mike (videographers) worked well with our entire bridal party and were very respectful throughout the day and Rock (DJ) ensured he kept the dance floor full throughout the night. We received a ton of feedback from our guests that they never wanted to leave the dance floor and really enjoyed the music selection. Thank you Empire Sound for doing a fantastic job at our wedding and my wife and I would highly recommend you guys for any event!!

Empire Sound is amazing! They are so easy to work with. DJ was on point...everyone LOVED the music, EmCee was super personable and entertaining, PhotoBooth ran super smooth, and the Cinematographers were extremely nice and willing to work around our timetable both at the hotel and venue. The best in the biz!!!!!! I don't know where to begin with my love and gratitude for having Empire Sound at our wedding! We had the triple package of DJ, Videography and Photo Booth - all which were beyond perfect and made our day the unforgettably amazing day that it was. From the videographer capturing footage of the bridal party on our party bus while taking requests to ask the driver to stop for some spare beverages.
