THEN, the wedding ended, and our bus that was supposed to take us back to the hotel left without myself, my wife, our parents, my brother, and 2 of our friends. We were stranded, and wouldn't be coming back for at least an hour. Everyone was at our after-party without us. That's when Dom and his team packed all of us in their cars and drove us up to Fishkill. I can't say enough about how amazing that was. They did not have to do that by any means. But they saved the day!

Starting with the ceremony the DJ did a fantastic job, right on the music cues and everything was played perfectly.
Dominick (the owner) was so attentive throughout the entire process. He was quick to answer my multiple emails. I was struggling with a song to be introduced to during the reception and after sitting with Dominick and talking a bit he recommended and put together The Greatest Showman (we're big fans) and we LOVED it.
We requested DJ Frankie and he came down from Oneonta on a Friday night after his morning classes just for our wedding. We've known him for years and our wedding day would not have been the same without him. He knew what we wanted to hear, when we wanted to hear it and the music was amazing all night.
MC Rock was fantastic and kept the dance floor full all night. He was always on the dance floor with us and engaging everyone to get up and dance. Great high energy and always moving and making sure we were having a good time.
Jamielynn and the Photobooth were a huge hit! Guests were lining up all night and she kept the prop table clean and neat and also had no problems printing extra photos for us to take home! We decided to not go with an album and made a shadowbox frame for ourselves instead.
If you're questioning whether to do cinematography/videography there is no question about it. DO IT. They were a last minute add on and I'm so happy with just the teaser trailer I got a week after the wedding! They did such a great job already I can't wait to see the end result.

en we spoke to Dom we were able to cover all information required for our day. Dominick and his team played about 90% of the music we asked for and even the Star spangled banner which was requested by one of our guests. The videographers and drone controller blended with the party we barely knew they were there. The photo booth was a huge hit and a lot of our guests used it. The package we got had all three services for 5500 and we received a guest book signed with strips of pictures taken throughout the night. On the day of our wedding everyone was prompt and professional, and Dominick was by our side and rolled with everything unexpected that came up! He was also great at reading the room and choosing music accordingly that would please the crowd which ranged in age from 15-95! The videographers were also very professional and laid back, which made me very comfortable throughout the day since I was nervous about being in front of the camera. The staff running the photo booth were also amazing, engaging and so much fun! My only regret was not spending more time in there! Everyone had a great time. The music sounded great even in a half outdoor-half tent situation, not over bass-y or loud. I cannot say enough good things about the music. He really paid attention to what we wanted, as well as the timing of the event. At one point the Wedding Planner came up to me and asked for the DJ's card was because Dom was reaching out to her making sure everyone was on schedule. She was blown away by his promptness, and professionalism.
The photobooth was a huge hit. Very high quality prints, using a high quality camera. It was a proper DSLR running off of a tablet, with correct lighting. Images all looked very crisp, and were well printed. They had also brought along a ton of props, which were all very clean, maybe even brand new.
We simply couldn't have picked a better DJ/Photobooth team for our wedding. We have a few friends with weddings coming up, and have suggested them to all couples.

For example, we asked Dominick to announce our bridal party using personalized introductions using brief stories and jokes - he even sung some Justin Bieber during the intros! This was definitely a testament to how charismatic and adaptable him and his team are. All hired Empire Sound staff that day was professional, punctual, and interactive. It was very obvious how well they work with our other vendors as well as our venue (all of whom had great things to say abut them). Dominick was extremely attentive to us that day, always checking in with us to see how things were going, seeing if we needed anything (including drinks), and to give us reminders about certain upcoming events (dances, cake cutting, etc.), to ensure we kept things moving on time to allow our night to go as smooth as possible. Ian & Mike (videographers) worked well with our entire bridal party and were very respectful throughout the day and Rock (DJ) ensured he kept the dance floor full throughout the night. We received a ton of feedback from our guests that they never wanted to leave the dance floor and really enjoyed the music selection. ld our date for us. We had some fairly specific musical requests and Dominick worked with us to make sure everything could be included as we imagined. Even on the day of the event when due to weather, last minute changes needed to be made, he and his team made everything work flawlessly. As an MC he had the right touch knowing when to get people's attention and when to let people do their own thing. Seriously, everyone at the wedding was up and dancing pretty much most of the time. The photo booth was a huge hit too and we got an album at the end which is now a much beloved and often looked at (thanks to some ridiculous photos from friends) keepsake. We've been to other weddings where the photo booth felt very restrictive or not well run. Not the case here. The photo booth staff were helpful in inspiring folks, but also let them have fun and do their thing. We couldn't say enough nice things about the Empire Sound team. Thank you for making our wedding the fun and dance-filled event we were hoping for. We would recommend Empire Sound to anyone looking for a great DJ/MC/photo booth.
