Empirical Cuisines is a wedding-catering company based in Waldorf, MD, founded by life-long culinary enthusiast Chef Morgan. From a young age, Morgan was heavily influenced by Caribbean culture and flavors as she learned to cook at home. Her greatest passion in life, cooking became Morgan's inspiration and motivation, allowing her to pursue a career with a positive impact on others. Working in hospitality for years, Chef Morgan studied advanced culinary arts at Stratford University and was mentored by well-known professionals in the field. Always learning, Morgan devotes her time to building her repertoire and giving couples a gourmet experience they can remember. Newlyweds can indulge in delicious dishes such as lobster mac, slow-braised oxtail, and herb-crusted lamb before dancing the night away. Empirical Cuisines caters to every stage of the wedding day, from the morning-of breakfast featuring french toast and bacon to the indulgent dessert station. Couples are welcome to customize packages to suit their style and budgets and sample their menu at a tasting. Dietary requirements such as vegan and vegetarian are also available.
