Empty Pockets Country Variety Band

I found this band through theknot.com and was not disappointed. In calling several bands with many not calling me back or not interesting in my mid-sized wedding, I found the Empty Pockets. Jim, the contact for the band, was not only forthcoming about all aspects of the band he talked me for close to two hours! This bands plays and performs because it is what they like to do! Top notch professionalism and easy to work with. My reception was in a new venue and the band was so flexible with the inexperienced staff. Our guests went on and on and on about how good the band was! This made our reception. With our few requests in hand they preformed every song without a beat. After my new husband and I left the reception, the band kept on rocking and our guest danced until we closed down the party. The only complaint I got was that they did not take on the spot requests, but personally I liked this because then I didn't have to worry about the chicken dance sneaking up at my reception! I can not express the amazing experience this band gave us and I would not trade hiring them for the world. It is great to have good people with great talent surrounding you on your wedding day. (or for any celebration)
