ion. The foods we ended up choosing were perfectly prepared and delicious. I received so many compliments for “my” great food! Em and her staff have a great eye for details and they were constantly looking for little ways to make the day more special. Even for things that I just forgot to supply, they stepped up and filled the need, even though it wasn’t their responsibility. 10/10 will use Em’s Catering again for any events that I’m hosting. Hmmm…the chicken pesto salad was so good that maybe I need to plan an event just to have some more:)
