Steve was very helpful, professional, and an absolute life saver. We had last minute cancellations for our ceremony music and our bartender. I let Steve know and he jumped right on it and tried to get me a bartender in such short notice. He was able to come to the venue an hour before the wedding to set up and played the ceremony music for us. He had the photo booth all set up for the reception. Steve personally helped us capture memories that our photographer missed and also made sure he had the time before the wedding to go over the whole night with us to make sure it was perfect. Steve was not only our DJ, but is now our friend. Thank you Steve for everything you did for us to make that night so special!

EMS did a great job at my daughters wedding in April. Steve played great music and kept the dance floor going. The photo booth was great, lots of props and quick delivery of your snapshots. Steve is the best. After having a laid back not assertive photographer and a pushy in our face videographer, Steve was a breath of fresh air! We had him for our photo booth. And he made sure we got 5 star service. He made sure to even get me a drink while i was in the booth being cornered by everyone :) he’s really a genuine guy who cares about his clients!

Steve was the DJ at a Masquerade Ball for teenagers last week. As we all know, teenagers (ages 12-18) are a tough crowd to please! All 6 of the guests traveling in our van climbed in wearily at 11:30PM and could not stop talking about how much fun they had. Many tried line dancing for the first time and felt the DJ encouraged them to come out and not be shy even if it was their first time trying the dance. We had a 90 minute drive home and everyone guzzled water - ate sweets and snacks and then after 30 minutes SNORING! :) Great Job Steve and EMS... Thank you for tiring out our teens!

Before getting into my review, I think it's important to list the very unique challenges we came with when meeting with potential DJs. We got married at a zoo. We needed a DJ who was able to move from the Jaguar Exhibit where we had dinner to a hall on the same property for cake/dessert during a break that was about 10 minutes long. This means we needed two setups, a vendor who was willing to make a seamless transition, someone who was extremely considerate of time, and most importantly someone to design a playlist that was both pleasing to the guests but also respectful to the animals surrounding us. The zoo staff were very adamant that the animals would always come first, and all of my vendors needed to make sure that the animals were accommodated above all. We spoke with a lot of people. Steve from EMS was the only person to make us feel confident that the job was doable, and he was actually really excited about taking it on. We were referred to EMS Entertainment by a former coworker. I was initially pleased by the many positive reviews and all of the pictures/video on the social media pages. I spoke with Steve first via email. He was quick to address all of my concerns and put my worries at ease. We made an appointment to meet with him in person. There, he discussed his background and his joy for taking on new challenges. We signed the contract that same day, and that's a decision I didn't take lightly. A couple of days before the wedding he checked in with us. During the actual wedding, we didn't see him arrive because we were off taking pictures. My first impression was walking into dinner where he was setup and already at work while my guests mingled. The music was great. During the move, if there were any issues, I had no idea. He was setup and ready to go in the next location before anyone had arrived. Because the music could be louder at this location, Steve was able to create more of a party vibe, and you could visibly see the change in my guests. It was perfect and played out exactly how I wanted! There were a lot of obstacles, and I really have to give EMS Entertainment the respect they 100% deserve for being true professionals and awesome to work with. Thank you so much for the role you played in one of the best nights of my life!!!

Steve did an amazing job on the day of our wedding and the days leading up! He met me in person for a quick introduction and we spoke a few days before the wedding to learn our music styles and to discuss the songs to play for the entrances and dances. At the wedding, he did a great job announcing all the family members and getting our guests out on the dance floor. In fact, he kept our guests on the dance floor the entire night! The venue said that they had never seen such a party on a Sunday night and had never seen so many guests stay until the end of the night. Highly recommend Steve for your next DJ need!

Very recommended!!! Steve was great and worked with me and my now husband a lot on our playlist. We got to hear all of our songs and had some awesome dance songs as well. We loved the mix of music and it was all timed perfectly!

I choose the best DJ. He has done work for my family in the pass so I know I was choosing the right person for the job. He motivate the family to dance and had props for us to enjoy.
