Emsy Robinson Jr

Emsy Robinson Jr is a multi-instrumentalist who offers beautiful wedding music in Dallas, TX. This talented professional is also a producer, educator, and composer whose formal education began at the Tyler Street Christian Academy and also includes studying music composition at UNT and taking private lessons with jazz guitarist Chuck Pangburn. Throughout his time as a gigging musician, Emsy has played with close to 40 bands and has opened for national acts like The Toadies, Ludacris, Chicano Batman, Macy Gray, the Turnpike Troubadours, Funkadelic, and RZA, among others. What’s more, he writes and records commercial music, some of which was used in the Lionsgate film, “2 Minutes of Fame.” He has also taught with the School of Rock, Swan Strings, and more and has worked with The Thriving Minds since 2010 as an educator, offering instruction on everything from the piano, guitar, and percussion to bass and ukulele.
