Not only is the venue beautiful, but Tina and all of the staff are so helpful! Tina is great with answering all your questions timely and willing to make all your wedding dreams come true! This was my second time coordinating a wedding at Encanterra, and it was such a pleasure to be back! The beautiful grounds and landscaping make a gorgeous backdrop for a wedding, but the venue staff and banquet team make the experience just as wonderful. Everyone was welcoming, communicative, and a pleasure to work alongside.

s inviting, she is professional, talented, accommodating and communicative. She listens to your vision and works with you to achieve it. The facility is stunning and sells itself. However, Tina is the one that makes you happy you chose Encanterra. Our daughter used Encanterra for her wedding in March 2026 and again Tina was the ONE that ensured a smooth process providing everything we needed. Full disclosure the food at the wedding was very average. However, I expressed our concerns and the food at our anniversary event was DELICIOUS! We had 120 on our guest list and over 90% of our guests said dinner was delicious. Our guests were also impressed with grounds and atmosphere of the facility. I thank Tina, the chef and their wait staff for providing us the outstanding service and a beautiful and memorable evening.

Encanterra for approximately 75 guests, and it exceeded every expectation. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with elegant indoor and outdoor spaces, gorgeous landscaping, and a warm, upscale atmosphere that our guests couldn’t stop talking about. So many people commented on how beautiful the setting was and what a wonderful place it was to celebrate.
What truly made the experience exceptional was Tina Langbeen and her incredible team. From our very first planning meeting through the last moments of the reception, Tina was organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. She offered thoughtful suggestions throughout the planning process, paid attention to every detail, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel enjoyable and effortless.
On the day of the reception, everything was executed flawlessly. The room looked absolutely beautiful, the food and service were outstanding, and the staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. We were able to relax, enjoy time with our family and friends, and create memories that will last a lifetime because we knew everything was in such capable hands.
Our daughter and son-in-law had the perfect celebration, and we are incredibly grateful to Tina and the entire Encanterra team for making it such a memorable evening. ble when it comes to a wedding! How she manages to juggle all of the weddings and events and still be everywhere all at once blows my mind. She is a miracle worker! She is so responsive, kind, accommodating, and brings such a warmth to the wedding. At times she was even seen jumping behind the bar and serving food to help out! The whole staff did so great. As soon as it ended, they were on top of the cleanup, they were so efficient with the food and set up tables perfectly. We didn't have to lift a finger day of, and we are so beyond grateful. Everyone has been raving about the food and the servers. The numerous comments I received are basically that they have never been to a wedding of this size where the food came out hot, cooked to perfection and so good. Please relay that from myself and our guests and thank them for making the meal so special.
Other comments I received were the Encanterra staff was so attentive and "the lady in charge" never stopped hustling to make sure everything was so special. They were obviously talking about Ashley. She was so attentive to every detail, so friendly, professional and an absolute joy to work with.

She handled all my special requests leading up to the event and she kept things calm and on-course all throughout the day of the wedding. Additionally, her attention to detail was beyond spectacular! All my guests were blown away, and everybody had a great time! The pictures were beautiful, largely due to the incredible backdrop the venue provides. The whole day was a complete joy!

We were provided with a day-of bridal concierge, which handled everything to help the day go more smoothly- arranging delivery with vendors, setting up the ceremony and reception, and setting up our decorations as well. Encanterra worked with us to create a custom menu, as well as personally serving us our plates during the station dinner. Everything on the venue's part went perfectly on the wedding day, we couldn't have asked for more professional or attentive service. They also helped my family pack up our decorations after the wedding was over, and allowed us to pick things up the next day. Kimberly and the staff at Encanterra did an excellent job at making sure our day went smoothly and ensuring the wedding of our dreams. Absolutely beautiful!
