My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary June 20, 2026 at Encanterra County Club using their ballroom. Tina, one of their events coordinators in EXCEPTIONAL. Her demeanor is inviting, she is professional, talented, accommodating and communicative. She listens to your vision and works with you to achieve it. The facility is stunning and sells itself. However, Tina is the one that makes you happy you chose Encanterra. Our daughter used Encanterra for her wedding in March 2026 and again Tina was the ONE that ensured a smooth process providing everything we needed.  Full disclosure the food at the wedding was very average. However, I expressed our concerns and the food at our anniversary event was DELICIOUS! We had 120 on our guest list and over 90% of our guests said dinner was delicious. Our guests were also impressed with grounds and atmosphere of the facility. I thank Tina, the chef and their wait staff for providing us the outstanding service and a beautiful and memorable evening.

We recently hosted our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding reception at Encanterra for approximately 75 guests, and it exceeded every expectation. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with elegant indoor and outdoor spaces, gorgeous landscaping, and a warm, upscale atmosphere that our guests couldn’t stop talking about. So many people commented on how beautiful the setting was and what a wonderful place it was to celebrate. What truly made the experience exceptional was Tina Langbeen and her incredible team. From our very first planning meeting through the last moments of the reception, Tina was organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. She offered thoughtful suggestions throughout the planning process, paid attention to every detail, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel enjoyable and effortless. On the day of the reception, everything was executed flawlessly. The room looked absolutely beautiful, the food and service were outstanding, and the staff was professional, attentive, and friendly. We were able to relax, enjoy time with our family and friends, and create memories that will last a lifetime because we knew everything was in such capable hands. Our daughter and son-in-law had the perfect celebration, and we are incredibly grateful to Tina and the entire Encanterra team for making it such a memorable evening.
