Encanto Rojo Photography & Video

eeling of that day.

es!

ed in our wedding planning process—and a firm decision that we do not regret. They helped us create something memorable in our relationship. They blew us away at our engagement session (and again at our wedding a couple of weeks ago)! Their quality of work is exceptional, and they helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera. They are very personable, yet professional and always prepared (they even helped me with an energy drink when I was fatigued during our engagement photoshoot). Lucy and Javier’s personalities made me very excited throughout the wedding planning process. I am always in awe when I sort through our engagement photos, reminiscing of these two who helped us capture these precious memories and how fun the experience was. I cannot wait to see the finished product from our wedding! Encanto Rojo is a treasure that I highly recommend.

moment with exceptional photos. Lucero even met with me at the outdoor location the evening before for a walk-through while it was sleeting. And the final photos turned out incredibly. Lucero and Javier are truly talented and have a way of making you feel comfortable. They even sent us photos the evening of the proposal that were edited so that we could share them with our friends and family to announce our news. The quality of the edits were phenomenal and brought the beautiful Riverwalk and Christmas light in the Pearl Brewery area to life even though the photos were captured late in the evening while it was dark. We loved Lucero & Javier’s photos and them as a couple so much that we have decided to book them for our upcoming wedding! This was th quickest and easiest decision we have made in the wedding planning process and knew immediately when we received our proposal photos that we had found our wedding photographers! We can’t wait for them to shoot the wedding and are grateful that we have two people we feel so comfortable with to share the day with. We can’t say enough great things about Lucero & Javier!

otographer. Lucero took the time to FaceTime with us as we live in Houston, for as long as we needed to map out our dream experience. She helped us create a timeline and explained everything we’d need from a photography standpoint. I chose a bridal session with my package. They were so helpful in listing tons of places where we could have the shoot at. They worked around their wedding season schedule and with our travel schedule to book my bridal session to ensure I had bridal portraits to display at our wedding. When we got to the shoot, they made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. They both have such an eye for artistry within their work. It was amazing to watch as they BOTH captured the same shot from different viewpoints. They never ran out of creativity and seemed more inspired with each shot taken. They’re truly a dynamic duo and their work definitely shows from it.

recommend them for anyone looking to hire a wedding or bridal portraits photographer.

saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words and Lucy and Javier photos speak volumes

to include grandparents (my parents) in pictures and video — which is so important to me. I’m so grateful to know that we can relive that special day through pictures and their amazing wedding video. Sharing with friends and co-workers was fun too! I’m glad that we were given that capability. Awesome job! Thank you so much!

ositive feedback from both sides of the family. Payment and contract was very easy and straightforward. I would highly recommend.

of the biggest priorities for me (and us) was to capture every moment of that day through film. Cold calling Encanto Rojo (Lucero) was the best decision I’ve ever made! Grace found them through a review on Facebook and we met with Lucy the following week. Our initial meeting with her gave us the greatest security because we meshed immediately with her passion and vision. We booked them that same day to secure our date — it was an easy decision and process to complete the contract. The communication with Lucero and Javier (video) throughout the planning process up to our wedding day was excellent! On the day, Lucy and Javier were punctual, friendly with all guests, willing to accommodate time for our HUGE families, and followed our timeline to a T! My wife and I are not the most easy people to pose, yet they captured both candid moments (and poised) between us that I cherish and will hold onto for the rest of our lives. Bottom line: they make you feel like family and that’s the most important part. We were incredibly happy with the services they provided and can’t rave about them enough. Highly highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a photography/videography team with authentic talent!

team, they take the most amazing shots. One person is taking a portrait while the other goes in for a long, panoramic shot. Their style is almost journalist-like with a carefree and natural-warming feel. We took our engagement pictures at the coast and Lucero even braved bees, snakes, spiders, and sharks to get the most amazing shots for us. What kind of photographer would do that and not make a single peep about it?! They were warm, friendly, and I wasn't nervous at all posing in shots for them. They were excellent directors and gave positive feedback on how to look natural/not-stiff in pictures. When I saw the engagement pictures for the first time online I was at work. I literally downloaded the entire album they shared and tried not to ugly cry from the beauty and raw warmth captured in each shot. I would highly recommend Encanto Rojo for all of your engagement and wedding needs. I don't know if they do maternity and family shoots but I'll definitely hit them up for it in the future if they do. Book them soon. You will not be disappointed.

y take BREATHTAKING photos. I did my bridal portraits with them a few weeks ago and was more than happy with the work they did. They make a great team and I am so excited for them to shoot my wedding in a few months! I would recommend them to anyone.

your day your way. I was really really picky when it came to which person I wanted to shoot my wedding, and they really did a lot of work before even hiring them to make me feel comfortable with them. They showed dedication to me and my business even BEFORE I hired them. They were very easy to work with on my contract and scheduling different services (in my case, being willing to adjust day-of shoot times so I could capture a Chinese Tea ceremony the day before my wedding). Lucero planned a detailed schedule for my day of (even more detailed than my coordinator!), and spoke to me for over an hour about what sort of things I wanted to look for in my pictures, and if there were any that I really liked. When it came to actually taking photos, they was on time, and ready to go. They made me feel completely and totally at ease, and made a long shoot seem to fly by. When I actually got my pictures back...holy cow. I've always struggled with self image, but Lucero and Javier made me feel beautiful. They captured my personality perfectly in my pictures, and just did a beautiful job overall. If you're looking for someone who will work exhaustively to make your photos what they want, produce incredibly high quality work, and are a joy to work with, choose Encanto Rojo. Best decision in wedding planning for me.

tly felt like family.

our needs. She made us feel comfortable and at ease as went went through the entire process leading up to the day as well as the day of our actual wedding. Being that our wedding was a same sex wedding, being comfortable and at ease with our vendor was a must for us, and she both Lucero and Javier far surpassed our expectation. They were very punctual and professional through out the whole event of our wedding. They were both very flexible with our timeline the day of our wedding, as we were inevitably behind schedule. On and then there’s the pictures. Amazing! We love the artistry and creativity of their shots. You can see their passion for photography in their work. I would 100 times recommend Encanto Rojo.

ommodate our hectic schedule and when coordinating dates for our sessions. We are really pleased with the way our photographs came out and would highly recommend this team to capture your big day.

!!

aving Encanto Rojo capture our wedding day. They captured everything we wanted and more. Our wedding pictures are amazing. We could not have imagined anything better from the Encanto Rojo team.

I can’t recommend them enough - I promise you won’t be disappointed!

ro and Javier worked with us on creating a photo timeline and helped make sure that during our 1.5 long wedding (Getting ready, ceremony and reception) we would capture all of the intimate/important moments that we wanted. Although our wedding was short a lot was packed in, and they kept up with every special moment! It was also really really nice to have two photographers to capture the different angels. I loved the way they worked together, I loved the way they edited the photos, and I loved that they were so intent on making sure they understood what WE wanted for photos. When we got back from our honeymoon Lucero wanted to meet with my husband and I so that she could personally go over the photos with us and show us how to work the website that she uploaded all of the photos to and gave us the BEST present. She had one of our wedding photos professionally printed as a gift and we were able to hang one of our wedding photos up that same day. If you are looking for photographers that genuinely care about making sure your wedding day is as special as it should be, choose Encanta Rojo. They are the best.

tation and after quickly realizing how much we loved Lucero's personality, style, and passion for this art -- we were both sold -- along with my parents. She dedicated so much time into getting to know us as a couple and our personalities. Leading up to the event, they kept open lines of communication and talked us through everything (making it very simple on us). On the day of the wedding, we met Javier for the first time, along with their assistant, and immediately felt like we were old friends, just like we did with Lucero. Neither my husband nor I are very photogenic, but they made it feel like we were! Photos that meant a lot to me were taken at the perfect moments while getting ready with my mom and first look with my dad. We have 8 sets of parents and huge families and they were extremely patient with EVERYBODY, even when I wasn't as much. Haha! Also, Javier did a fantastic job at directing the groomsmen and my hubby in their getting ready suite -- which is super impressive! Another thing that stood out to us was their commitment to our timeline, which was organized with Lucero's help. They were also incredibly flexible and so patient!!! Guests at my wedding complimented their dedication to our big day and how sweet they all are. My husband and I cannot wait to receive our pictures and video. Overall, book with Encanto Rojo for your big day if you want sweet photographers/videographer dedicated to making your day all about the two of YOU! We enjoyed working and becoming friends with Lucero and Javier. They are incredible! BESOS XOXO, Grace and Philip

working with us, which is not something that you can say about every vendor. We used Encanto's services for our wedding videography (10/7/17) and chose them because we were drawn to their style which seemed more cinematic compared to other companies that we looked at. We heard rumor of a sneak peek of our video coming next week and are super excited to see how it turned out. I can remember their presence at all of our special moments - noticeably present but not at all intrusive or in the way. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more, and we can't wait to relive it when the final video arrives! :)

pture. We are so blessed to have had them capture our special day as they were able to capture the essence of our love in such a timeless way. Lucero and Javier are very professional, keen to details and most importantly visionaries. They were very attentive to our needs throughout the entire process, made every encounter we had together an enjoyable and easy one. I would highly to recommend them to anyone who is looking to have the best photography and services for their special day.

quality of their work is unmatched and I 100% recommend them. You can also look at their amazing work online.

to their photography and videography is unmatched by any other photography business I have ever seen. My fiancé and I decided to have them document our wedding day next year because we have just fallen in love with their work!

ptivating than we had hoped for. Lucero and Javier both have an amazing work ethic, eye for detail, and, professionalism. After meeting them, it was clear how their personalities and passion matched their talent. Not only did they make us feel comfortable the day of our wedding, but they made the whole process leading to the big day less stressful. We loved Encanto Rojo and we definitely recommed this talented pair!
