I loved my photographer and my DJ. The DJ and MC were able to keep the party going all night and the dance floor was never empty. Our photographer was amazing and so accommodating. He really helped us to stay on schedule, especially since we were running behind, but we got everything finished before we were scheduled to which was so relieving. I highly recommend them!

STAY AWAY (Review Broken Down) I will be breaking this down into three parts: customer service leading up to the day, our DJ, and our photographer. Planning: 2/10 Overall a disaster. You will write to planning and they won't respond to you until you send a follow-up email to check in. They charged me after everything was paid off! They will frequently refer to having to consult the bookkeeper (spoiler alert: one staff member admitted to me they use quickbooks so not sure how the robot kepy charging after the balance was paid) Then when it came to the week of the wedding I had to constantly reach out to THEM to have the planning calls and send me the notes and they only gave it to our direct vendors two days before the wedding. It was so last minute, disorganized, and unprofessional. DJ: The DJ was the only good part of the experience. Jesse, if you ever read this, you're wonderful and I hope you leave and work on your own path! Photography: The photos is where I am ready to cry. Our photogrpaher did such a terrible job. Everyone was washed out with yellowed tints and he clearly did not know how to photograph people of color. The images had awkward angles, and he was not directive at all. He also took countless pictures of individual guests without us in it when we explicitly told him ot to and to only take pictures of each table as a whole. HE EVEN TOOK BRIDAL STYLE POSED PHOTOS OF A GUEST AND HER HUSBAND! I tried addressing this with the company directly. They told me and I quote: "We do not have any notes stating that you did not want individual guest photos or photos of couples taking couple-like photo" First off, I told both during the planning call an the photographer himself this and second, it is basic etiquette you don't take pictures of guests dipping their wives and kissing bridal-style (and no, it wasn't 1 photo, it was many) AVOID AVOID AVOID

We used Enchanted Celebrations for our DJ planning vendor. They made the process easy to go through and we were able to choose who we wanted. We chose Rish, and he was great. He knew how to set the tone and get the crowd involved. We feel he had a good read of the crowd. Rish was very accommodating to our requests and helped to get our messages to the guests. We provided him with a list of songs that we specifically wanted played and he worked them in seamlessly. You can expect to not hear directly from your DJ until the week of your wedding, but everything will work out exactly as it needs to. We were very pleased with Rish and the company as a whole.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We got married on 10/18/24 and this company is the easiest to work with. From day one they are always there to answer any questions and give helpful tips at any time. We booked them for DJ, Photographer, and Videographer, and they were nothing shy of impressive. DJ Adam was amazing all night, he really captured what style of music we were going for and I never saw the dance floor empty, even when everyone was eating there were still people on the dancefloor. My mother, who I never see on a dancefloor, said that Adam brought her back to her clubbing days! Our photographers Agnes and Christian really captured the day beautifully, getting all of the candid shots that we wanted and really capturing the beauty of the day. And the photos are stunning!!!! Our videographer Jon did an exceptional job capturing all of our special moments, and really got some great shots that we were so impressed to see ourselves looking like models in our video. I can't thank this company enough for everything they did for us, they deserve everything and more! I will vouch that everyone should be using this company for their wedding needs, you won't be disappointed!!

I loved working with Enchanted Celebrations! Summer was always available to answer any questions that I had. I am awaiting my wedding photos/videos but SO excited to see them! 100000% request for Brandon. He was so down to earth and made you feel so comfortable during the whole process!

We used Enchanted Celebrations for our DJ. DJ James was the absolute best. He was so kind and his partner was a true hype woman! I love how willing they were to adjust things and listen to our requests throughout the night.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. My husband and I were fortunate to have had the most exceptionally mannered photographer. Brandon was a dream to work with. We initially met Brandon during our engagement photo shoot and learned he lives in Delaware. How dedicated this man is to being the best photographer there is. He must’ve driven over 2 hours to get to our engagement session. Second, he was extremely responsive and answered every question I had, when I had it. Day of, Brandon gracefully handled my guests and family, much better than I would have. It’s like he knew the right words to say to all the right people. He could read my mind, I guess my face was silently screaming at all of the little annoyances from family members. He knew how to see the stage for emotion to show in photos. I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Brandon through all phases of our engagement and wedding. If I’m lucky, he’ll continue to be our professional photographer for years to come. Enchanted celebrations made our wedding unforgettable! My husband and I got married on 08/16/24, and we used EC for photography, videography, DJ, and lighting. For photography, we had Brandon as the lead and Oscar for our second. Brandon was amazing. He would set the scene, help with poses, and remind us to breathe. At times when he knew a moment would be emotional, (such as first look with my husband and my father) he would speak to us to put our minds and bodies at ease. As for Oscar, he followed Brandon’s lead and took many candid photos! He was the fly on the wall that we needed for the extra shots of memorable moments. For videography, we had Dušan. He was capturing everything! He had the wedding party engaged in the videos and took really cool slow motion videos too. For DJ, we had Adam. Adam understood the assignment when I said “think millennial club vibes.” Everyone was on the dance floor until we couldn’t dance any longer, it was amazing! He read the room perfectly and kept the energy high. Lastly, EC provided a wedding coordinator for the vendors. They were very responsive and informative. They asked questions about EVERYTHING to make sure that our vendors tailored to our needs. I highly recommend enchanted celebrations for your wedding. They were affordable and amazing, which are two things that everyone needs for their wedding. I couldn’t thank them enough for making our night more incredible.

Our family and friends said that our wedding at Kennedys in Breezy and having the Enchanted photographer, videographer and DJ made it the most perfect wedding. I highly recommend Enchanted Celebrations they came through and well worth the cost.

From beginning to end the Dj, photographer and videographer were amazing! So accommodating for our many demands. The planning we did prior was followed perfectly and made our day incredible! Our guests gave rave reviews to us about the team!

Enchanted celebrations was great to work with the team was very responsive in the process of wedding planning. Our photographer Marek was really wonderful, attentive, kind, and considerate. I am so happy that I chose Enchanted Celebrations to be a part of my special day! I used them for my photographer, DJ, and photobooth. Our photographer, Brandon, was the absolute best! He is so fun to work with and makes the entire day go smoothly. He truly creates magic with his photos and we are so lucky to have him capture our special day. He went above and beyond to make sure that everyone in my wedding party was comfortable and having fun while taking pictures. I cannot recommend Brandon enough. Our DJ, Jesse, brought the party! I told him that I wanted everyone on the dance floor and he delivered. He played every song that I put on my 'Love It' list and played songs that got everyone on the dance floor. He was fun and easy to work with. I highly recommend Jesse for your DJ! We also used Enchanted Celebrations for our photo booth and we were so happy we did! Brittney was great and the scrapbook we received at the end of the night is such a great memento from the day. Having our photographer, DJ, and photo booth all with the same company made it so easy for planning purposes. I cannot recommend them enough!

Thank you to Ash & Chris for making my wedding day the best day of my life. I worked with Ash for my engagement shoot and knew from there that I needed him for my big day as well. The communication with Ash and was amazing and fast. We trusted Ash and his vision and are soo excited to see our photos! The planning forms were so simple and an amazing tool to help make sure the day went smoothly.

Marek was a phenomenal photographer to work with the day of our wedding, and Enchanted Celebrations was quick to respond with any questions we had planning the wedding from across the country. The website they use is a little clunky and required reaching out to figure out our payment plan and update the photographer timeline though.

Enchanted Celebrations was very thorough and on top of everything during the planning process leading up- to our wedding. We loved Brandon's energy from the moment we picked up the phone. My husband and I recently got married and decided to choose our videographer from the company Enchanted Celebrations - it was the best decision ever!!! The all staff is very friendly, available to answer every single question, they made our day so memorable. The videographer’s name is Dušan, he was wonderful, super available and his shoots came out amazing. I would suggest this company to everyone! Thank you guys for making our day so memorable!

Enchanted Celebrations was a breeze to work with from the intro call, to planning and ultimately the wedding. Our photographer was very friendly and did everything he could to make our day perfect. Would highly recommend!

Our photographer, Anthony, was wonderful! The stars are docked for Enchanted Celebrations. Anthony was so personable and friendly from the first time we spoke! It was his first time at our venue and he seemed to love exploring the surrounding park and finding us the most beautiful backdrops. Neither of us like taking pictures but he gave us clear directions and made us feel so comfortable. Our photos are full of adorable and authentic laughing, kissing and adoring looks. I'm so happy to have these beautiful moments captured forever! If we'd known we'd have this good of an experience we would have done engagement photos before and had him for longer the day of! I feel like we got a gem from EC because our experience was otherwise negative, unfortunately. They required us to complete tedious, redundant online forms and the communication with them was extremely irritating. In the 3 months before our wedding I received 48 separate emails from them, many of them reminders to complete our planning forms. They would often call and text right after sending an email. My fiance and I both have demanding jobs and had very little help with wedding planning; it was really stressful to have constant reminders that we were “behind”. I replied to a few emails saying we needed more time to complete the forms but they continued to send them; I just had to ignore them after a while. Despite the harassment we received for not completing these forms sooner, they didn’t end up having any affect on our actual experience. The icing on the cake was 6 emails plus calls and text messages on the day before the wedding, as if I had nothing else to do that day! The messages were about our final payment even though I'd already received an email confirmation of the payment. We chose EC because we had so little time to devote to planning, we were initially grateful to get our DJ and photographer from the same place. But we ended up with so much unnecessary administrative burden that we regretted choosing them in the end.

Enchanted Celebrations exceeded our expectations and made all our wedding dreams and visions come true. We thank the team for making our planning sessions very smooth. The team is responsive and followed up with important next steps and to-dos as part of the process. Our pictures and video reel came out better than we had expected. We couldn't have went with a better vendor.

I used Enchanted for a videographer and working with them was so easy. Blair and Summer were great and I was thankful for them as they kept me on track for what needed to be completed in a timely manner. I also liked the pay monthly option I was able to do. I worked with Zach on my wedding day and he was flexible and personable! I cannot wait to see what he captures!

We hired Brandon at Enchanted Celebrations for our engagement photos as well as our wedding photography. Brandon is extremely fun to work with and he made my then-fiancé and I feel completely at ease during our engagement shoot at Princeton University. Brandon's work is amazing; he is super creative and has a wonderful personality, and you can tell that Brandon has a ton of experience and truly enjoys being a photographer. My husband and I absolutely love ALL of our wedding photos, which I don't know if everyone can say. Brandon really captured the essence of us as a couple and the overall feeling of our wedding day, and working with him is an enjoyable and special experience. I'm sad that we probably won't need professional photos taken again, but if we do, our *ONLY* choice is Brandon at Enchanted Celebrations!

Everyone in this company was so kind and helpful. I hired a photographer and a dj for my wedding. They were great!

Enchanted celebration was phenomenal for a one-stop-shop service of almost all of the extras - DJ, Photography, Videography, lighting, photo booth and more. During the whole process, they were very communicative and sent awesome reminders about their checklist. On the day of the wedding, their entire staff brought a positive energy that added to our big day. We would definitely recommend them.

Enchanted Celebrations started out great. They had a decent price point that covered everything I needed and the communication was on point. However, after several failed attempts at an engagement shoot (one because of weather, one because of weather and one of my children became sick, one a mandatory meeting on our end and one because the second photographer they were going to send in place of the first was 3 hours away) the communication started to slack. AJ - our first photographer, I was really excited to work with. His portfolio is great and he wanted to get to know us to make our engagement shoot personal. After we had to reschedule for the third time, I stopped hearing from him. He had told me he'd check his schedule and reach out but he never did. After over a week of no response, I contacted Enchanted Celebrations and they told me another photographer was available to do our engagement pictures. She was equally as friendly however, she was over three hours away, wanted us to meet her half way and then pay fees for locations which I was not going to do - with four kids all actively in sports, meeting half way was not an option. After this, I informed Enchanted that I wanted to cancel my contract and per their contract, I had already paid the 20% that they require in their cancellation policy and sent a written letter, also in their cancellation policy. It has now been 12 days since my email about cancelling my contract (to which I was told they needed to check with accounting and they'd "get back to me soon") and I have yet to have the contract terminated. Like I said, I had high hopes for this company but they have shown me that I cannot trust in their communication/execution. With the engagement photos being this stressful, I'm terrified as to what my actual wedding would have been like. UPDATE: I canceled my contract the beginning of May and found out the beginning of August that only half had been canceled after I followed all their instructions for cancellation. I am now not being responded to and being told I have to pay them more money. This company's communication skills are severely lacking.

The whole Enchanted Celebrations team was phenomenal to work with. From booking, to planning, to day of! They made the whole process so easy and not stressful. We had Marek as our photographer who was phenomenal he made sure he captured every request we had. Raf was our videographer and he was an absolute joy to work with he made it easy and painless and made us laugh the whole time. I could not say anything but good things about this company as a whole. I cannot say enough good things about Enchanted Celebrations! We booked with them well over a year ago for our 4/26/24 wedding, and from the moment we booked they were excited, hands-on, and welcoming. They kept us updated with where they were in the planning process, as well as making it clear they wanted updates on our end too! Summer was incredible to plan with. Fast forward to wedding day, we had Andres as our photographer, and he was SO much fun. He made things quick and easy so we could actually enjoy the day, and not be stuck taking photos for hours on end. He was casual, funny, and enjoyable. I also loved how he made all of my girls feel safe. He was included in our intimate getting ready moments, but no one minded because he was polite and respectful, and gave us space when needed! Super patient too. I’ll NEVER regret hiring Enchanted Celebrations, or Andres. They truly pulled our wedding together in the best way possible!!! 10/10 recommendation to anyone who asks!

Enchanted Celebrations' videography service, led by Edwin, exceeded all expectations. Edwin's attentiveness, kindness, and ability to capture crucial moments while remaining discreet were exceptional. I'm eagerly anticipating the footage, confident it will be nothing short of extraordinary. Highly recommended for any special occasion!

We got married on 4/12/24 and used enchanted for our DJ and photography and they did not disappoint. We had a ton of communication with Summer and the rest of the planning team. If I sent an email with a question I received a response with 24 hours. Enchanted's website was also extremely helpful, we used their videos to create our shot list, music choices and even helped write our ceremony speech. We had Adam as our DJ and he had people on the dance floor the entire night, many guests came up to me telling me how much they loved the music. We also had guests requesting songs to Adam and if someone requested a song on our do not play list he had no problem politely telling them no. We had Brandon as our photographer and he was on top of everything, immediately came in getting our detail shots and getting ready shots. We have a large immediate family and he directed our family pictures so seamlessly we were done way before schedule. Brandon also had two assistant photographers that were great and helped capture the whole night. We received our entire wedding library of nearly 4,000 pictures within 1 week of the wedding, they were perfectly edited and we couldn't be happier with our choice to go with enchanted.

Every team member I spoke with from my first planning call to the day of the wedding were amazing. We received so maybe compliments from guests for our music from DJ Jesse! The videographer and photographer made sure my husband and I both got exactly what we wanted. If we asked they were more than willing to do it. The website makes it so easy to stay organized and keep yourself on track.

Got married this weekend. The staff at Enchanted Celebrations helped us every step of the way. Their planning is superb. Communication is wonderful and their payment options are great. Summer was incredible in coordinating the whole thing. DJ Adam was incredible, had everyone dancing and was incredibly accommodating on a last second ad lib. Brandon was so calming and had a great demeanor as our photographer. He set the mood well, provided a personal touch and created tremendous shots. Wishing I could give a million stars.

I got married a bit over a week ago. My husband and I are both very satisfied with Enchanted Celebrations. It was a pleasure working with the entire staff. I often spoke to Summer, who is a gem! She was always available when I needed her and was always so kind. Robert, the photographer and John, the videographer were so professional, and thanks to them both we achieved the images we wanted. We asked them to lead us through the process and that is what they did. They kindly took charge and directed us to make sure we got the results we wanted – and we did. Alissa, the photobooth attendant was so much fun. She made sure everyone felt welcomed and made the experience very easy and fun. Lastly, we can’t believe the quick turnaround for final photos and videos. We already received everything! We will gladly recommend Enchanted Celebrations to everyone. – Jess and Kirby Gardner

If I could rate this company lower, I would. They have next to no communication and will lie when asked. They will forward you emails that badmouth you from other employees when you have concerns. They said completely inexperienced photographers who invite their "assistant" that happens to be their wife and they do nothing.they will refuse to do any actual editing of your photos when the photographer screws up. They will not give information to each other so you will answer the same question a million times. You will even send them inspiration photos that they will not look at nor care about and will ultimately forget it. Do not go with these people. They will screw up your most valuable memories.

We hired Enchanted Celebrations for photography and DJ and they certainly did not disappoint. James (DJ) was absolutely amazing. Blown away by his professionalism as well as his personality. I knew we were matched with the best after our consultation! Our photographer, Damian, was amazing. His vision to capture our special day was amazing. A true artist!

I decided on hiring Enchanted Celebrations after my venue recommended them. They did not dissapoint. Robert and Jared were incredible to work with and the photos they took were amazing. I got my photos literally less than a week after the wedding and they made me so emotional. Both Robert and Jared truly captured the wedding perfect and I am so grateful. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the communication around planning. I had a planning call and never got called and when I tried to reach out, I couldn't get ahold of the person I was supposed to talk to and then someone else called me. It ended up being fine, but it got confusing. Besides that, the company was great with reminders of when things needed to be completed by and made sure I was all set for wedding day. Great affordable option for great quality photography!

Enchanted Celebrations was one of the best decisions I could have made during wedding planning. They are a one stop shop for all your wedding vendors. I hired them for photography, music, and our photo booth. Working with one event planner from start to finish and everyone I worked with was incredibly thoughtful and kind. The day of, our photography, Brandon was so amazing. He was so easy to work with and listened to every direction. Adam, our DJ, was incredible as well and helped with every request. He even helped everyone learn the Cupid Shuffle which was so fun. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed working with this company.

Enchanted celebration has been an incredible experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better team day of. Stevan was our main photographer, he capture every picture we wanted with a moving timeline due to the weather and delays with hair and make up. Stevan was none stop with the camera and didn’t miss a moment. We have large families with a ton of children and he was able to keep them all engaged. Cristian was our second shooter and did an amazing job. He worked with my husband, groomsmen and in laws and the pictures captured them perfectly, he also took the best pictures of different angles from our ceremony and a ton of candids and formal pictures of our guest during cocktail hour that we would never get to see if he didn’t. Zane and his team were absolutely incredible. He never stopped moving, getting everything we asked for. He made you feel comfortable, excited, and kept everyone engaged at all times. We received our highlight video and it was so beautiful. He’s been great to work with and made our day even better.

We used almost all of Enchanted Celebrations services (Photographer, Videographer, DJ, and Photobooth) at our wedding on 10/27/23, and everything went so smoothly! Enchanted Celebrations and the individual professionals all followed up with us in a timely manner, and all of our professionals showed up on time and fully prepared for the event! We're still waiting back for our photos and video, but everything went seamlessly on the day of the wedding!

My husband and I were married on 10.21.2023 and had a mini-destination wedding in the Poconos. We are from NYC, so we needed to find vendors outside of our hometown. I came across Enchanted Celebrations and really liked the idea of having them handle the videographer, photographer and DJ for me. I am so glad that I chose them because my wedding could not have been any more perfect. Each of the professionals they sent were absolutely fantastic. They all worked together seamlessly and took care of everything that I had planned for our special day. 10/10 would highly recommend!

For our wedding 9/29/23 The photographer AJ and videographer Jon were phenomenal, they helped us loosen up and feel at ease throughout the whole process. Lots of upbeat energy to get us going and excited to strike poses. I can't wait to receive our wedding photos back! Working with Nahla was wonderful, very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. I would definitely hire again for other events!

We were very fortunate to choose Enchanted Celebrations for the videography for our wedding in Philadelphia in September 2023. We were a little nervous at first because we didn’t see a Jewish/Russian wedding like ours on their website, but they were extremely accommodating to execute our vision and special requests. Nahla was our assigned coordinator, who walked us through the entire process from start to finish, and made sure we were comfortable with our package and she took notes to give to our day-of videographers. She did a great job and made us feel reassured. The two assigned videographers at the wedding were James and Paul, who went above and beyond on our wedding day, and were incredibly friendly and professional. I can’t wait to see the final product!!!

We hired Enchanted Celebrations for videography for our wedding. They company offered a lot of support leading up to the wedding and we felt that communication was clear and thorough. Anthony was our videographer on our wedding day and was wonderful to work with! We are eager to see the final video product but had nothing but a positive experience on our wedding day with Enchanted Celebrations!

We really do not have enough words to explain how wonderful Brandon (photographer) and Paul (videographer) were. We worked with Brandon during our engagement shoot and were so excited to know he would also be the photographer for our wedding. Brandon was hilarious, friendly, made everyone feel comfortable and was so creative in his photographer ideas!! He listened to all our crazy ideas and brought them all to life. Paul was amazing as well! Paul & Brandon worked great together and were on the same page in regards to our wants. Paul was friendly, professional, and was right in the middle of the dance floor capturing all our special moments. This duo blew us away at their skills and creativity!! They were amazing to work with and helped make our day so very special!!! I have zero cons or complaints about the photographers/videographers themselves, but Enchanted Celebrations website was not user-friendly. We also found it a little difficult that leading up to the wedding day there were multiple office staff members we communicated with, rather than one direct individual to help us with questions/concerns. However, communication and responsiveness were never an issue. Overall, the Enchanted Celebrations office staff, Brandon, and Paul were great to work with!

I am so pleased that I booked my photographer and videographer through Enchanted Celebrations for my wedding! From the moment I booked it has been nothing but smooth sailing with Nahla as my coordinator who kept everything organized and made sure if I needed anything to reach out to her. I had an amazing time with my photographer Jean who was so fun and made us all feel so comfortable! James as our videographer was also so amazing and the drone coverage shots looked so spectacular when I saw the sample! I cannot wait to receive the edited copies of my video and photos! I would definitely recommend Enchanted Celebrations for any event! ❤️

Imagine getting married, your shot list not being followed, receiving subpar pictures and then when you express your concerns , your wedding album is withheld and you still have yet to receive it almost a YEAR after your wedding! Steer clear from this vendor. Any company that requires you to sign a confidentiality agreement is a company that should be avoided at all cost.

The WORST decision I made was hiring this company. I'm not sure how they receive such high ratings but I do know they hide the negative reviews or at least dispute them. Their work is subpar at best and they refuse to deliver my wedding album that was included in my package. I got married October 2022 and ten month later I am STILL waiting on a wedding album.

Enchanted Celebrations gave me a wonderful videographer experience! I had two and they were so incredibly kind and accommodating. They worked with me beforehand to make sure they understood my vision for my video and provided me with some great guidance. My coordinator Nahla was also so kind and great at communicating! She was there to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Enchanted Celebrations!

My husband and I hired Enchanted Celebrations for videographer services for our weddingin May. Our videographer was Zach and he did a great job and was very professional. We got our video back in quick time and it turned out so great!! The whole team really kept us on track in the months leading up to the wedding. I highly recommend Enchanted Celebrations!

They were INCREDIBLE. I had Brandon as my lead photographer. He made my husband and I feel so comfortable. Some of the pictures that he took were so different and fun!!! He even had me pose with a bag of chips and drinking from the champagne bottle. I have never smiled and laughed so much!!! Worth every single penny!

We used Enchanted Celebrations for our videography. Joey was amazing to work with. He was easy going, and efficient with timing. He worked really well with our photographers and followed their lead. He was great! We cannot wait to get our video back!

My husband and I just had our wedding this past Sunday and we used enchanted celebrations for our videography. We had Alvin as our videographer. He was amazing. He was so friendly and captured everything that we had asked him to. He was excellent!

My husband and I used Enchanted Celebrations (photography and DJ services) for our wedding on 5/5/23. We loved that there was a portal to organize all of our day-of information including playlists, timelines, and requests. Our photographer Brandon was the most perfect fit for our day. He fit into our family/bridal party seamlessly. He was considerate, flexible, and TALENTED! James was our MC. He was so much fun to work with and did a great job of reading the room and matching the vibe to our guests. We received so many compliments from our guests. Book them!! We do recommend paying for the full-day photography coverage. The standard package only covers 8 hours so if you start getting ready pictures at 12, your photography stops at 8. We added this on because we wanted cake cutting and dancing captured.

Brandon was absolutely amazing!! Made our day run so smoothly and just a fun and very personable photographer to have for our special day!!

I couldn’t recommend them more. The customer service and communication was on point and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Our DJ (Adam) and his assistant did an amazing job putting together a playlist for us and catering to our guests’ music choices. His announcing was on point and really moved the night along smoothly. Our photographer (Jean) and her assistant were fantastic as well. They had fun with us, capturing all the right moments; unexpected and appreciated. They made us feel special for sure. All I could ever ask for on our special day. They even joined us for a dance or two to finish off an amazing night. Thank you to this crew of energetic professionals who brought life to the party and who made a once in a lifetime night even more incredible.

I wish I could put no stars, but obviously I cannot. Anyways, we partnered up with this service back in January. Blair, who we spoke with, was fantastic and explained everything down to a T. She understood our entire vision for our 1920’s theme. Unfortunately, everyone we dealt with after that was like pulling teeth to get in contact with anyone. It took a little over 2 months to finally get an engagement session arranged which we were truly unsatisfied with. They offered a reshoot, but never got back to us as to who would be retaking our photos. They failed to mention that we would have to resign the contract BEFORE getting in contact with another photographer. Now we are told we owe 30% for a job that wasn’t even done right. $2,200+ down the drain. It hurts because I know most people work very hard to get a little bit of money, just to watch it go into the pockets of people who can’t even do their job right. So, please, I advise you to go with someone else.

We learned about Enchanted Celebrations through our venue. They gave a list of all vendors that have worked there previously. Fortunately, we had the pleasure of Mark and Tom as our photographer and videographer. Not only were they such an amazing duo, but they also made everything fun and lighthearted. They were able to perfectly capture the craziness of our friends and family and executed a beautiful video and photo album. We couldn't have been luckier to have found them and were the ones that they worked with. Our pictures and video came out absolutely beautiful and makes me love reliving the day over and over. This vendor is amazing they are so understanding and time efficient with getting back to you regarding any questions you have and they go above and beyond! You will not be disappointed. Highly reccomend!

We hired Enchanted Celebrations for photography and videography. Our photographer Brandon did both our engagement and wedding day photos. We are in love with all of our pictures! We still have family members and those in the bridal party complimenting how professional, fun, and talented Brandon was. Our videographer was Zach B. He did a great job and we love how our video turned out! Enchanted Celebrations has great customer service and they were always available to chat if I had a problem or concern.

Adam was our DJ such a nice guy listened to all our requests and really got the party started Brandon and AJ for our Photo was absolutely AMAZING!! beyond sweet and captured every moment and especially every request I had. Zach was our videography he was so nice and really listened to all the things I wanted to capture in my video even the ducks flying by me at smithville which is what I wanted to be in my video and he made it happen I cant thank you guys enough for making my wedding absolutely perfect and feeling like apart of my family as well!

DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!! Read our review first. Too much goes into your wedding day to risk it on these things. Absolutely could not recommend a company or service less. We hired Enchanted after being a part of 3 other weddings who had used them with positive experiences and results. We got their biggest package: Photo, Video, DJ, and Photobooth. The photographer did our engagement shoot and ignored all of our requests and what we asked for in terms of style. We asked for changes on the wedding day, they were complete ignored. We found out later the photographer was not kind to the bridal party and the parents of the bridge and groom. The DJ was atrocious. We had pre-planned everything with him over and over, and come wedding day, like the photographer he ignored all of our requests. He played songs on our DO NOT PLAY list and didn't play anything on our playlist. We gave this guy the easiest job we sent him a 10 hour playlist of songs and told him to essentially just hit shuffle, and he didnt. We had to send someone up to him in the middle of the wedding to ask that he play the songs we requested. To make things worse, we had a last dance planned after the reception. Once everyone cleared out to the after party, we wanted to have a final dance to ourselves in the empty space, something a little more intimate. Unfortunately, the DJ stopped playing 15 minutes early, so there was no after party the guests were able to go to. We finally ask him like hey you remembered the last dance right? and he scoffs and goes "well I'm packing up so you've got 5 minutes". What was supposed to be the most special night of our lives, he completely took away from. What's most frustrating though is the support I received afterwards. I contacted Enchanted and I told them like hey listen we're not really the type for bad reviews but this was egregious. The photos came out washed out, our big family group photos were ruined, and all the issues with a DJ, we really think this needs to be addressed, and their response was basically "sorry you didn't like the job they did, but they still did a job", and offered us 10 extra pages in a photo booth. We went back and forth with them and they went out of their way to discredit everything we said. Weddings are a once in a lifetime event and because of Enchanted, we enjoyed ours significantly less than we would've if we hired someone else. Take our advice and go with someone else. The good: The videographer did a great job. The secondary photographer was very good and we paid her extra on the spot to stay and salvage the job the inital photographer was doing.
