Enchanted Celebrations

We had David as our photographer and Stephen as our videographer, both of these men were so sweet!!! They were so kind and fun to work with and I am so excited to see how our photos turn out. Enchanted Celebrations struggles with communication. I feel like I do not get any response back from them until they need something from me. I think David and Stephen are excellent at their jobs but I think given the size of the company they struggle with communication.

Working with Enchanted Celebrations was an overall great experience! The coordinator Summer had great communication and was always willing to hop on a call to answer any of my questions. The videographer Steve was so kind and professional and our video turned out AMAZING. We're so happy! We also used Enchanted Celebrations for our photobooth. It was affordable and they worked with us on coming up with the exact design strip that we wanted. Highly recommend!

We had such an easy time working with Enchanted Celebrations staff that I would jump at choosing them again! Blair and Summer were professional, thorough, empathetic and communicated very clearly all the different features of the videography plans so that we felt like we chose the right plan for our wedding day. As time came closer, Summer was diligent at working with us on the details for the day-of, and then a few days before the wedding we confirmed everything with Edwin, our assigned videographer. Edwin’s style was spot-on with what we imagined and the videos came out beautiful and so much quicker than we expected them. We’re delighted with our experience!

We used Enchanted Celebrations for our videographer. Their team was always so responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Steve was our videographer. We really liked that Steve had a phone meeting with us a few days before our wedding so we could get the know each other and so we could tell him exactly what we were looking for. Steve was super nice and did an amazing job on our wedding day. He made sure he captured everything we wanted! We received our wedding video a few days after our wedding and were so shocked by how fast we received it! The video came out great and we cannot stop watching it! I will definitely be recommending enchanted celebrations for videography services!

Enchanted Celebrations was fantastic from the first meeting! My team was open and communicative, always ready to answer any of my questions. Shout out Summer M! Making changes to some of our details was super easy- we had a hard time deciding which song we wanted to back our wedding video. Summer and the team were also patient with us as we figured out our timeline. We never felt rushed or like we needed to make an on the spot decision. Our videographer day of, Anthony, was professional and worked flawlessly with our photographers. My husband and I have watched our wedding video too many times I can't count. It is so beautiful and captures the day perfectly!m Thank you everyone who helped capture the best day ever!!!

We took the biggest chance booking a trio bundle with a company we never heard of before but we are so happy and relieved we did! We are so grateful for this company helping to make our wedding day absolutely amazing! We had a few changes in our photographers but we are so happy that we had Isaiah and Erin for our photos. They are absolutely beautiful! We hired Zach for our videographer and he made sure to capture every important moment of our day! Lastly, all of our guests are still raving about DJ John! He played all our requests plus some! Our dance floor was never empty! Thank you enchanted celebrations for helping to make our wedding day so amazing!!!

We used enchanted celebrations for our photos, video and DJ. Our wedding day vendors were fantastic! The only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is because the communication leading up to the big day wasn’t great, but our vendors themselves really were! Robert was our photographer and shot both our wedding day and our engagement shoot. Robert had such an eye for cool shots and really captured all the sweet moments! He went above and beyond for both photo shoots. Our DJ was Adam and he was also amazing! He kept everyone on the dance floor all night long and incorporated songs for all generations. Zachary was our videographer and he also did a fantastic job! The video we got back was amazing! Our vendors themselves were fantastic, but the communication from the company was very limited and it left us feeling a bit stressed at times as we were unsure who was showing up and got answers only a few days before the wedding. Other than that, they did a terrific job for our wedding!

I think they were okay. Did not get my raw footage yet. Company was very communicative, maybe a little too much and I felt pressured at times to complete things so far in advance. They did not happen to get our private vows tho, and asked if we could re do them. I declined as the moment was over.

I had been looking to book a videographer at a reasonable price. Enchanted Celebrations provided that. That, along with 2 hours of unedited footage that includes pretty much our whole ceremony. The edited 4 min long video is wonderful. Like a fairy tale, hallmark movie, and movie wrapped into one. My family and friends love it. I am impressed. They connected us with a great videographer as well. Dusan was wonderful, personable, professional, and just hilarious. Thank you EC, I appreciate all the priceless memories you have provided us.

We got married 09/30/2023, and we booked Ash as our photographer through enchanted. And let me tell you, these pictures are a DREAM! I’m in love with my wedding photos. They make me feel like I’m part of a Bridal Magazine. I asked for natural looking photos, and they delivered exactly the vibes we wanted. My husband is very camera shy, and the photographer helped him feel more comfortable in front of the lens. My grandpa has Alzheimer’s, and we were doing a first look. The photographer was very kind and understanding. Taking the photos felt so natural. There were many candid photos which we loved. I’m so grateful Enchanted captured this special moment. Throughout the coordinating process, Nahla helped me SO MUCH. She was very kind to answer all my questions through email and whenever we had a telephonic appointment to go over wedding details. Would definitely hire again!

We got married June 17, 2023. We had them as our photographer, videographer, DJ, and Photo Booth. Everyone was so kind. They really try to do what you ask them to do.If I ever do a future party, I definitely will go to them again. I think the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that the planning is done mostly online and can get a bit confusing. However , they usually answer your question when you email or call them. They also will explain anything you’re confused about. Plus they go over the plan over the phone a couple of times. They are very helpful.

Enchanted Celebrations was absolutely wonderful! Our wedding video was absolutely beautiful. I am so glad that we decided to book them. Blair, the owner was awesome and everyone on her team was great. While Blair was the owner she has a rather larger team that helps with the planning and coordinating. The only thing was that while there was so much support during the planning process, at times it was difficult to know who to reach out. I think that during the planning process, I had 4-5 different people communicating with me. When I had questions I was unsure who to direct them to. The planning tool was very user-friendly and made everything very organized. Overall we were very happy with Enchanted Celebrations and our videographer, Steven. I would highly recommend Enchanted Celebrations!

We booked James through Enchanted Celebrations and were not disappointed. The professionalism and attention to detail that James, Nahla, and the staff at Enchanted Celebrations showed us during the process of our wedding planning was absolutely amazing. We are so grateful to have had this wonderful team capture so many memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

An incredible experience with Steve as our videographer and Isaiah as our photographer! The video is BEAUTIFUL and I am soo soo happy with how it turned out. We had so many guests compliment the professionalism of both videographer and photographer. They were such a great people to work with all day. We felt like they were both friends of ours! The photos and videos are spectacular! We also had a shadow photographer, Frank, who was incredible. Especially with my husband being very camera shy, they made him feel so comfortable and because of that we have fabulous photos/videos! Enchanted has a terrific staff, and they were always great at responding to my calls leading up to the wedding. They were very affordable and yet provided such luxury content. I cannot stress enough how great it was having Frank, Steve, and Isaiah with us all day. Great people that provided great vibes to the day, AND then let us with beautiful videos and photos that we will cherish forever! You are in good hands with EC!

We had our wedding November 25th, and I must say, Luisa went above and beyond for us. She was very punctual, and listened to all of our needs. We have not received photos yet, but I have full trust she did an amazing job. She captured all of our special moments, and was very hard working. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of Enchanted Celebrations!

From beginning to end they were on top of everything. They could not have made the process easier to prepare for our video. It was also a plus that they had the option to pay in monthly installments so that was one less big bill getting closer to the wedding. We had Joey as our videographer. He was super nice and my bridesmaids all thought he was cute! We just got our video and I can't tell you how many times I've watched it. We are so happy with it!!!

We used Enchanted Celebrations for our wedding videography. The coordinators I interacted with were great, and the pricing for the services was very reasonable! We had Paul as our videographer on the wedding day, and he was great to work with!

We booked Daniel through Enchanted Celebrations for our videographer and are so happy with our final product! We booked when they were running a promo deal and really just wanted to make sure our day was documented fully, with our package including 6 hours, all raw footage and one highlight reel. It was the perfect package for us. Enchanted uses their online portal to make planning as easy as possible and we spoke with Dan the week of our wedding to directly work out any questions/logistics needed. We are so happy we have both the perfect highlight of our day but also all the raw footage that captured little moments we either didn't catch that day or would have forgotten without the video!

Enchanted Celebrations was amazing from start to finish! Daniel (videographer) and Brandon (photographer) were incredibly talented, professional, and fun! The team that coordinated everything prior to the wedding were extremely helpful and proactive! Everyone at our event commented on how great the photographer and videographer were and what an amazing job they did! The turn around time was also incredibly fast. We received our video and photos within two weeks and the team worked with us on changes very quickly! I highly recommend the team at enchanted celebrations, especially Brandon and Daniel! You will not be disappointed and the prices are incredibly fair!

We used Enchanted Celebrations for our wedding video. They were great! Through out the process the office team was always quick to respond to my questions and made sure they knew what elements we wanted covered in our video. We had Ben the day of the wedding and he was wonderful. Very nice and professional and he worked so well with our photographer. The videos came out beautifully. What I liked about enchanted celebrations was you also get the raw footage that was shot. From shopping around for video initially that’s not always the case and a lot of them were more expensive. So I thought they were affordable and you get all your footage!

Absolutely amazing! The event coordinators and planners are so quick to respond and answer any questions I have! Although I barely had any questions because they go over everything in such detail! The DJ was amazing and followed everything I wanted perfectly and had my guests dancing all night long! The photographer captured amazing shots and listened to what I had in mind for some pictures. Everyone is so attentive to detail and made the process so much less stressful for me! Thank you Enchanted Celebrations!

I found Enchanted Celebrations through The knot.com for Photography and DJ services. Everyone at Enchanted Celebrations was a pleasure to work with during the entire planning process up to our wedding day. All communication was responded to timely. Special recognition goes to our photographer Brandon who was wonderful to work with. He was punctual arriving all the way to New York from Delaware. He was easy to pose for and offered many suggestions to get the most out of our photos. He surveyed the wedding halls architecture and patiently waited on our behalf for the right time to get every picture perfect. When our minister was stuck in traffic he recommended someone in our area but the wedding hall had a backup on standby. I ant wait to see our pictures. Also, Adam was great to work with on the DJ side of life. He was very helpful in recommending alternatives in musical selections to keep the flow of the music on point! Thank you Enchanted Celebrations for making magical memories with us.

We could not be happier with Enchanted Celebrations. We used them for photography and videography and received our video and over 2000 photos in just 10 DAYS! Kristen and Zach were absolutely amazing!

Enchanted was amazing! Everything from the early stages of planning to my big day, they were there to make sure everything went according to plan. I am very pleased with the professionalism everyone had and I would recommend them to any couple! I used them for an officant, DJ/MC, photographer, videographer and photo booth. I can’t wait for my photos and video to come out! :)

The team at Enchanted celebration was very helpful leading up to the wedding. They made sure to lay out deadlines so we could plan what my husband and I wanted of that day. The videographer they sent, Ben, was amazing the day of and we had a blast with him. We received the downloads for the edit and raw footage by the time we returned from our honeymoon. The video was exactly what we asked for. We wanted an office themed video, which they said they haven’t done before, but they hit it right out of the park. We had multiple people ask us which company we used and that they absolutely loved it. This was also one of the only places I could find that would give us the raw footage which was a huge plus for me. There are so many details that I missed the day of our wedding that I get to re-live now.

I hadn’t heard much about Enchanted Celebrations before but found them as a very affordable videography option. We had Sean and Steve shoot the footage from our wedding day- they were both fantastic! The team was so organized and communicative throughout the entire planning process!

We had Nate as our videographer and he was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera which is not easy for me (the bride). He caught so many great moments of the day and I find myself rewatching not only our highlight and 60 minute videos over and over but also the raw footage. It's like a chance to relive the day over and over. The edited movies came out fantastic after a bit of tweaking from the editing department but after on re-edit that were absolutely perfect! Our only regret was not hiring him to stay longer into the night! We highly recommend Enchanted Celebrations and Nate for your wedding videography!

We used Enchanted Celebrations for videography and a photobooth at our wedding and we were thrilled! From our initial phone call to the final moments on the big day every interaction we had was one of professionalism and care. Everyone we worked with was so nice and helpful. We've received our highlight video and it is magnificent. We also had a great time pouring through the copies we received of all the photobooth photos, which our guests had a ball with! One of the best decisions we made.

If you want a stress free wedding day.. book with this company. Wedding planning is incredibly stressful. As a professional in the mental health field I can speak for myself and I am so sure many other couples out there. This task is up there with training for an Olympic sport.. but with the help of Alissa and the team at Enchanted Celebrations I feel the need to be a spokesperson of all the great things this company did to help me plan my big day. I never write reviews.. good or bad.. but when it comes down to the biggest day of my life I felt the need to express my gratitude. I was completely overwhelmed with planning this thing after meeting with my venue and getting engaged. So many things to think about and decide on. So many things had to get done... but I booked all my vendor services with enchanted celebrations which made it easier to coordinate and plan all my services with one team who always had the details of my wedding at hand. No matter who I spoke to with this company I knew I was in good hands. They looked out for me, they let me know the pros and cons of my ideas so I could made the best decisions for my wedding. I have no regrets about my wedding day and using Enchanted Celebrations was by far one of the best decisions I could have made

It's literally so confusing how great Enchanted Celebrations is. I don't know how they were able to pull off my wedding without a hitch and never disappoint me. I never write reviews but I am incredibly critical and my expectations were admittedly high for my wedding. I wanted my dreams to come true and they really have. I used Enchanted Celebrations for my videography service. They answered all my questions, assured me the videographer would be unobtrusive (i am camera shy) and worked with me to create an edit that I would love. I requested changes and sent what I wanted to be changed and after they gave me the complimentary re-edit it came out perfect! I cannot wait to watch this every year on our anniversary.

Joey was our videographer and he was incredible! I just keep watching our wedding video over and over.

From the start, enchanted celebrations staff were so responsive & kind. We hired EC for our video. Julia S. assisted us with linking up with our videographer, Joey B. Joey was so nice on our phone call the week before our wedding. He asked many questions and answered everything I had to ask. On the day of, Joey was awesome! He was so much fun and helpful with positioning us for certain shots. Thank you SO much EC!!!!

We used Enchanted Celebrations for our wedding videographer and we could not be happier! From the initial planning to the final video, everything was so easy and fun, but also so professional. Nathan was our videographer for the day, and he did an amazing job! We are thrilled with our edited highlight video, and we (along with many others whom we have shown) cry every time we watch it! We are so happy and grateful to be able to re-live our special day. Our raw footage has been fun to watch as well. It is great to be able to see the things that went on all over our reception when we were not in that area, as our venue had several places where people spent their time. Having those important moments from our day is invaluable. The entire experience exceeded our expectations!

We used Enchanted Celebrations for our Videographer and were very happy with their price and service. Manny was our videographer and he exceeded our expectations. He was personable, professional, and fun to work with! I would definitely recommend his skill and talent to anyone planning a wedding. We are also very happy with what was included in our price - we will get all of the 'raw footage' that Manny recorded, as well as a highlight reel (which is still being worked on). We decided to hire a videographer after postponing our wedding twice, just to capture the parts of the wedding we could not see (like the entrances to the reception) and the parts we knew we would want to watch again (the ceremony and the speeches). The highlight reel is just an added bonus! Leading up to our wedding, there was a lot of communication and online 'paperwork' that needed to be completed via their online portal. I imagine that if you use Enchanted Celebrations for all of your vendors, the portal and questionnaires were helpful and reasonable. For us, it felt like too much. I was getting texts and emails the morning of my wedding and the week after asking me to 'approve' of changes of the timeline. I responded via text and email, but apparently I actually had to login to the portal to formally 'approve' of everything. Other than that added headache, everything was excellent! We are very excited to see our highlight reel in a few weeks!

We used Enchanted for videography services. While we haven’t seen the video yes, Alvin (videographer) was great the whole day! He was capturing it all and was great to work with.

We used Enchanted Celebrations for videography for our wedding and they did not disappoint!! They would send us monthly emails to make sure we're at the right point in the planning process and submitting the necessary documents at the appropriate times as well. They were extremely easy to work with, especially during a pandemic. We kept our original date and had a micro wedding at a different venue and they made the switch very easy. We got our wedding trailer and the raw footage 9 days after our wedding!! Our wedding trailer is absolutely beautiful and we are constantly getting compliments on it!! They were also very affordable and there was no extra fee for them to travel to the east end of Long Island. We highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with my experience with Enchanted Celebrations! We got married 10/10/20 and had been planning for about a year. We got our photographers (AJ & Andres), videographer (Evan), DJ (Jessie), officiant (Greg), and photo booth (Michelle) via EC and it was the easiest planning process, I don't know what I'd do if I had booked all my vendors separately. The whole staff was amazing, Lindsay made it so easy to seal the deal and book everyone, and Jessica was so responsive and helpful throughout the rest of the planning. I loved every single person that we worked with, they were all so kind and so fun to work with. So far we got our highlight video back and I was in tears watching it, it was more than what I hoped for. Thank you to everyone who made our wedding day so easy yet still so special!
