Gwen is amazing. Her staff is wonderful, her talent at cooking just what we wanted. Gwen made a menu which made even this picky eater scarf down seconds when no one was looking. No...
t only does this caterer make great food, but she goes above and beyond for the married couple by making sure they are fed, storing leftovers, and coordinating with the cake people. Gwen will cook whatever you want, stay within your budget, and even give great advice and suggestions.
We were all so happy with Gwen and her staff. She was very patient with us when everything was delayed due to the rain, was so helpful in the beginning stages of the planning, and...
SUCH a huge help the day of. Our "party helpers" got to the reception site and she had already lit all our candles, added more, and made the place look great. The decorations she brought for the food table were beautiful and though the set up was tricky b/c of our location, she made it work perfectly. Everyone still says the food was so delicious. So happy with her service! (our guests liked the bartender's heavy hand too) :-)
The food was wonderful and loved by everyone. The people were very personable and easy to deal with. One of the chefs (Gwen) even doubled as our bartender.
We opted for the chef-manned pasta station, which they refer to as "dinner and a show." It was fantastic. It allowed all of our guests to have their own creation. I had to smile...
at the guests walking by with their plates piled high. Chef Brian was great!
I dealt more often, leading up to the wedding and on the day itself, with Gwen. She was amazing! Don't bother getting a wedding planner! She was so helpful and truly dedicated to making the day smooth, worry free and absolutely wonderful.
Gwen and Brian also helped us plan a fantastic menu within our budget.
And get the alouette cheese filled mushrooms...amazing. A huge hit!
The chef and his crew were fun to have around and very accommodating...
