I called to place an order and found out they were a lot more expensive than I anticipated due to really high delivery fees, so I changed my mind and told them I didn't want to com...plete the order. Then they filled it anyway, sent out the flowers (the person receiving them got two bouquets, the other one was considerably cheaper and just as beautiful) and charged me! When I called and talked to the owner she ADMITTED FAULT, but was completely rude and refused to give me a refund even though I never actually ordered the flowers. I will NEVER use them again, their customer service was horrible.
