he was naming during our planning meeting but it was perfect! She worked within my budget, she was very professional and very easy to connect with. My wedding was a destination wedding, and after I told her my vision and ordered my flowers, I didn't have to do anything else but show up on my wedding day! I wished I could have taken all the flower decorations home with me, but overall you cannot go wrong with Enchanted Florist!

rhaps this vendor is phenomenal with local brides and services, but as a destination bride I was highly disappointed. We had an extensive email thread and reviewed needs and expectations via phone multiple times. I was paid for extra items that may or may not have been needed, because we didn't have the luxury of meeting this team in person. Their reviews on here were SO good, I was certain it would be the least of my worries. Needless to say when I arrived at the venue I was highly disappointed in the centerpieces and table decor, my bouquet, and the grooms boutonniere. The florals did not seem to meet the price point we agreed on in size and decor was lacking. Caprice had already left and did not respond to my wedding coordinator's calls until a day or so later. She in fact, never called me afterward after I requested a conversation, which I think is highly unprofessional. Thankfully, our wedding coordinator was actually an angel in disguise who worked tirelessly to fix the gaps and ultimately made everything come together within a hour or so before the wedding. I was not offered even an apology, only a wish that my day was full of the important things like friends and family, and that those things is what I would focus on instead of the disappointing florals. This response was condescending and insulting, and did not address my concerns directly. Ultimately, the problem was never resolved and left me feeling as an unappreciated customer, a number in the books if anything at all. I cannot recommend this vendor, especially as a destination bride.

I️ would recommend this florist to everyone. Price felt a little bit high, but I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” and I️ was beyond satisfied with the end result, so I️ have no complaints! :)

adjust your order when you are needing to change it and you will always know how much your order will be. There are no hidden fees, all of the prices are included in your proposal and they adjust it every time you change something. I would highly recommend using them

tiful. We did our ceremony at Scarritt Bennett and the reception at Riverwood mansion and Caprice did just an amazing job at both. The flowers were beautiful, as were the centerpieces and decor. Although our agreement was through our Riverwood contract, we went over the alotted amount, but it was still incredibly reasonable! LOVE Enchanted Florist!

at was over 16 feet long and if you think that sounds incredible – it was beyond! Guests were gushing over the flowers, taking photos, even trying to figure out how she created some of the arrangements. I have never seen that happen at a wedding before and I think that alone is a testament to the great job she did. From my bouquet to the buffet centerpiece, and every item in between, every piece was stunning. Caprice’s work is truly enchanted and so is she. She is kind, creative and professional. She brought to life my dream wedding flowers!

e I know I was not describing it very well. We decided to go with her even though it was a bit more expensive than another florist we were looking at because there was this ease and I knew I did not have to worry on my wedding day. I changed what we wanted a few times and she was so patient and replied to all my inquires immediately. She even offered to make us the lei's we wanted at reasonable prices and not many people to that in TN. She was so willing to work with us and our budget and walk us through all the little details. Come wedding day all the girls bouquets were beautifully done and the floral centerpieces at the reception were PERFECT. It was like she had seen the picture in my head of how I wanted it to look and made it even better! All our guests loved it and many took the centerpieces home they were so beautiful. Lastly, when we took some of the flowers home ourselves the flowers lasted for at least three weeks afterwards! I cannot thank Caprice and her team enough for helping to make our wedding gorgeous and an event our guests are still raving about!

I love flowers because they are beautiful, but the realistic side of me knows they're expensive considering they die so quickly. My husband, on the other hand, thought spending any money at all on flowers was a waste. So, we met in the middle and did very minimal flowers for our ceremony and reception. We had simple centerpieces, an arrangement on the altar, and standard boutonnieres and bouquets, but my bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen. I met with Caprice only twice, but I had several changes discussed through email because I was so unsure of what I wanted in the beginning. I knew a general color theme, but visually I was lost, and my flower knowledge was limited. Caprice had no issues meeting with me and accommodating my requests. She offered great suggestions for flower choices and told me about the pros and cons of some flowers for the heat of Nashville. I was nervous about how all of the arrangements would come together, but the moment I saw them, I was completely satisfied. I couldn't stop looking at my bouquet, and the colors of everything else were perfect. Finally, Caprice can really work with any budget. Like I said, we didn't want to spend a huge portion of our budget on flowers, but we still wanted the added beauty of fresh flowers. She had us tell her what we envisioned for the flowers first, then we talked budget, and then we made changes to meet that budget without jeopardizing the overall effect. Caprice was so warm and welcoming, and she seemed genuinely excited to be working with us. I can't wait to find another reason to work with her again!
