ioned Enchanted Moments Sweetshop in Broadway, NC. This was really close to home, so I decided to call and make an appointment to see what she had to offer. Tracy Melby is VERY talented and she's absolutely wonderful! Upon arrival to our appointment, my husband and I each had two flavors of cake set out for us to sample, which was delicious. Not only delicious, but she makes GORGEOUS cakes! She's not limited in style, she can do anything! She has styrofoam boxes in the exact shape and size of the cake set out for a visual so you're able to visualize how big the cake will be. She's really wonderful! She also includes a free anniversary cake with the purchase of your wedding cake! Everyone who had our cake at our wedding thought it was delicious. The cake was perfect. It was exactly what I had pictured and I am very happy with how everything turned out. I had a three tier square cake that fed around 150 people. It was two layers marble and one layer vanilla butter cake. White buttercream icing smoothed to look like fondant with chocolate ribbons around each tier and swiss dots, topped with a monogrammed topper! Our cake was one of our favorite things about our wedding!
