Victorianna and Denise were the perfect mother daughter duo for the best day of our lives. They brought the heart and soul to our wedding. We rented a beautiful glass card box and table numbers from for our wedding and they were perfect! They were exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was incredible to work with and very accommodating! They have quality items and I highly recommend using them for your decor rental!

I was so impressed with the Enchanting Moments team! I booked an arch with drapery and two signage stands for my wedding. Their responsiveness and communication was top notch, and the arch and stands were exactly as pictured! I also closer to the wedding unexpectedly had to ask them to set the arch up an hour earlier, and they were super considerate of this request and did not charge me for the extra hour! And they showed up another hour even before that on the wedding day! Enchanting Moments is overall flawless.

The arch was absolutely beautiful! I did not have to worry about anything, they dropped off and picked up the arch- it looked amazing! It was also easy to make payments!

They understood my vision and made the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets. They communicated very well during the entire process and everything they created surpassed our expectations. When I was looking for florals, I was overwhelmed about the price of flowers, especially when they are only used for one day. Then I found enchanting moments here in my town of Bristol. When I looked at their page, I couldn’t believe the flowers were even faux to begin with. They look so real. I reached out for a consultation. Prior to meeting they send you a detailed questionnaire to help you decide what you’re looking for and what your budget looks like which was very helpful when the consultation came they had an idea already of what I was looking for. I sat down with Victoriana & Denise and then we created my bouquet mock up, as well as my bridesmaids mock up. They had such a wide variety of flowers in the color pallets that I was looking for. It was hard to choose but we eventually narrowed it down and Denise gave her expert for input and helped me create my vision. They also had an option for me to rent the centerpieces in order for me to stay within the budget I had set for florals. Later on I decided to add on a couple of extra things such as a sweetheart table swag, and an extra bouquet for a bridesmaid. They were able to accommodate my needs on short notice and we’re so professional. My guests were so impressed with my flowers & centerpieces. I’m so glad that I went with this team for my florals. I now have my bouquet that will last a lifetime and I don’t have to worry about preserving.

Enchanting moments did our flowers last October for our wedding and to say they knocked it out of the park is an understatement! We both couldn't believe how real they looked and how great they were to work with. Truly a great team and it felt like talking with friends rather than a business exchange. I am so happy we booked Enchanting Moments for our wedding! They made the most beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres for us, as well as a gorgeous arrangement for our cocktail hour. Denise even found the perfect vase in our wedding colors for the arrangement! Working with Victorianna and Denise was so easy. They are both warm, friendly, and fun to chat with! We had a blast during our initial meeting with them and every interaction was wonderful. Having faux florals took away a lot of anxiety because I didn't have to worry about being able to get the exact flowers I wanted or that my flowers would look amazing all day. Our flowers were perfect from start to finish and look vibrant and beautiful in all of our photos. The best bonus is my bouquet is already preserved! I'll be able to have it forever in my home and didn't need to spend any extra time or money having it preserved after the wedding. In addition to the florals we made use of their rental products for centerpiece mirrors, a card box, welcome sign, and easel. This was also an easy process and they were very flexible about when we did pick up and drop off, so there was no extra rushing or stress right before or after the wedding. Coming up on my first wedding anniversary and I STILL remember the incredible experience I had with the mother-daughter duo at Enchanting Moments! From my first video consultation, I immediately felt connected and well taken care of by these talented women. When it came down to coordinating my pickup for my bouquets, Denise drove over an hour to meet my parents to hand off my bouquet (I was not local while planning my ceremony) - talk about above and beyond! The final product was STUNNING and I could not be happier with my experience and my bouquets. Currently, my bridal bouquet is sitting on my dining room table as my centerpiece and I always get compliments on it. Thank you so much for all that you did to make my bouquet dreams come true!! P.S. Denise and Victorianna were absolutely wonderful to work with and my flowers were beyond what I had hoped for! I knew I wanted faux florals for the sustainability and reliability as well as cost savings compared to real. I had been toying with renting premade floral sets, but I also had a very specific color palette in mind and only custom bouquets made sense in the end. Each member of the wedding party wore a different color of an autumn sunset palette, and Denise and Victorianna were able to make their bouquets and boutonnieres match! During consultation, they had sample suggestions for each color and had amazing vision to expand upon my initial color idea, so that all the florals looked good together as well as held their own. They also managed to customize dual-duty aisle markers/centerpieces so our ceremony space and reception space used the same florals. I highly recommend Enchanting Moments for all your faux floral design needs, especially if you have a complicated or unusual vision! Victorianna made it such an easy process, Denise worked wonders, and my wedding flowers were an absolute dream.

Victorianna and Denise are truly the best mother-daughter duo and absolutely blew me away with my centerpieces and bouquets! It only took about 2 minutes into our initial meeting for me to know they would be my florist because of how enthusiastic they were about what they do and their relationship reminded me of my mom and I. Victorianna was with me right until the very end when I was adding things onto my contract even the week before lol! She was so easy to work with and everything turned out perfect. Choosing Enchanting Moments was definitely one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. My bouquet looks exactly like it did on the day of my wedding and it’ll stay that way forever. Victorianna and Denise seriously exceeded all expectations I had for my florals and I cannot wait to work with them again on something!

I am so glad I found this company! They are the only 1 to provide a life size Cinderella carriage for photobooth/prop purposes on the east coast. This carriage was the perfect fairytale touch to my Cinderella Wedding. Victorianna is who I dealt with and what a pleasure she was. She was so responsive and she provided exactly what I needed. I rented the carriage from them and it was the absolute hit of the night! Everyone took photos in it and it was the perfect touch to what I envisioned for my fairytale wedding. They were affordable and super accommodating because they are from Connecticut and they traveled to my venue in New Jersey. I am so grateful they were able to work with me. All of my guests have pictures in that carriage that will last a lifetime including my husband and I and even the staff at the venue was amazed and took pictures in it. From the first meeting, I felt so comfortable. Victorianna and Denise definitely listened to the vision I was going for and executed it flawlessly. They are so kind and professional. During our initial meeting, they brought along so many samples and gave input and ideas. Everything turned out so beautiful. I’ll be using my sweetheart table centerpiece for years to come as part of decor in my house. And my bouquet was and still is so gorgeous! Denise was quick on her feet when the big day came and realized I hadn’t ordered a boutonniere for groom. I cannot wait to see my professional pictures of all the floral touches.

They executed my beautiful bouquet with literally 1 meeting and 1 Pinterest pic. All my guests were blown away and no one knew they were faux! Now they are beautifully displayed in our bedroom. If you're on the same search for artificial wedding flowers, as I was, then Enchanting Moments is the way to go. I found their company almost completely by accident in a Facebook group for brides. At the time, I was still going back and forth between real vs fake flowers when I had seen someone recommend them. As soon as I saw the bouquets they were capable of creating, I wasted no time shooting them and email and my mind was made up. Within an hour or two, I was in contact with Victoriana who set up a time for a phone conversation to go over the vision I had in my head. They were so friendly and were able to guide the conversation in a way that made me feel like I knew what I was talking about (LOL), and given this was all during the COVID summer, there was no way for me to be able to see in person what they had to work with. With blind trust and a good vibe, I gave them a deposit and hoped for the best! What they were able to put together was beyond what I was expecting. The colors, the style of bouquet I loved - everything, was perfect. Majority of our guests didn't even know they were fake until they got close. I could not be more happy with their services and with what I was given. My bouquet now sits as a proud centerpiece on our kitchen island for all the many years to come!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Let me just start by saying we had my parents 30th anniversary vow renewal on the 14th. I started planning right away. I found their beautiful work online and contacted them. I spoke to Denise who co owns with her amazing daughter and they were so sweet, knew exactly what I needed and wanted!! They walked me through the whole process. They do exceptional work and you can see the talent and love that goes into everything they do. They are affordable and being able to rent the pieces was awesome!! They were very punctual and set everything up for us and took everything away!!! The whole experience from beginning to end was nothing short of wonderful and comforting knowing it was just taken care of !!! They know what you want and take care of the rest!!! Wonderful, easing booking! Walked down the aisle to a beautiful arch, worry free! The company transported the arch to and from the location and securely set it up and had different options of style, material and color! Their pricing is extremely competitive! Highly recommend!!

Such a great family to work with! Denise & her daughter did the most amazing work on my bouquet , my bridesmaids bouquets , my husband and his groomsmen’s boutiners and corsages for my mother & mother in law ! They came to my home and listen to my ideas , likes and dislikes and made my dream flowers a reality ! Denise kept me in touch through the whole process and sent pictures to make sure it was what I envisioned! She is very reliable , very professional and her prices were very reasonable! The flowers looked beautiful and were made with amazing quality .. so much so My wedding party and I traveled with our bouquets all the way to Jamaica for our destination wedding ! The flowers looked perfect at the wedding ! I received so many compliments on how realistic they looked ! I brought my bouquet all the way back home from Jamaica where it is on display on my dining room table as perfect as the first day I received it ! Enchanting Moments LLC is the most amazing company to use for your wedding. I got married March 9, 2019 and Denise is wonderful and listens to everything you need. I contacted her for her princess carriage and ended up enquiring about boutonnières too!! BOUTONNIÈRES-I did all fake flowers and Denise went above and beyond looking high and low for the color (grey) I needed and gave us multiple options and tweaked every detail my (picky and skeptical) husband asked. She also came to deliver them to me so I did not have to travel so far! He loved them and so did his grooms men! They were money saving and a great momentum to keep forever. CARRIAGE- it was beautiful set up before I got to my venue. I had problems with locations because of snow, she was so flexible and accommodating and placed it exactly where I asked even after we decided on a different location. I never saw the people come or take it away but they were amazing. She has endless options for any wedding ‘emergency’, want and need! And the most convenient payment options!THANK YOU Denise for helping my wedding dreams come true!
