Wonderful, delicious, beautiful cakes!
Francie was AMAZING. She made the most delicious, gorgeous cake we could hope for! I had some ideas of what I wanted my cake to look like, and she went above and beyond to make it ...
perfect. Even better than how it looked, was how it tasted! The fillings were wonderful and the cake and icing were so good. I'm picky about my cakes, but I couldn't imagine anything better than what they created. Our wedding was aquarium themed, and she was able to make fondant seashells and orchids for the cake, which were also delicious! I can't say enough good things about Encore Bakery. You NEED them to make your wedding cake!
Our cake was gorgeous and tasted divine! Francie was so wonderful to work with. She really helped me to narrow down my ideas of things I liked and disliked in cakes to create the p...
erfect vision of our wedding cake. We had a tasting, too, so that we were sure to have the best flavors in our cake! Our guests absolutely loved the cake, and I would recommend everyone work with Encore for their wedding!

om guests about how wonderful the cake tasted. No trade-off here between looks and taste - both could not have been better!
Francie, owner of Encore Baking Company, came highly recommended by my husband's family, who are all St. Louis natives and thus have eaten many cakes at area weddings over the year...
s. I am so glad I listened to their advice and hired her to make our wedding cake! Francie's cake was not only light and delicious, but far more beautiful than I could have imagined! The most outstanding feature of the cake was the application of the sugar flowers that Francie hand created and custom colored to match our wedding colors perfectly. I had to look twice when I saw them because they looked so real at first! I hope to attend many more weddings in the future with Francie's cakes!

Everyone kept coming up to me at the wedding talking about how beautiful my cake was! I can’t wait until next October when we get to eat the rest of it! She is the best!

ping us fine tune our cake design and gave a lot of suggestions. The cake looked fantastic the night of the reception, everything we hoped it would look like. The edible flower arrangement to match our centerpieces, handmade by Francie, were the perfect topper. Check her out today!

hoto of my wedding gown, and she created a coordinating cake with perfectly crafted fondant flowers. It was absolutely beautiful, and we received many guest compliments. Furthermore, she created the most amazing Groom's cake for my husband. He is a Porsche fanatic, and Francie was able to design a cake in the exact likeness of the emblem. It was truly amazing and something he will always remember. Francie is such a lovely and talented person, and I would absolutely recommend Encore Baking.

ating the cake I had envisioned for my wedding day. We came to her with a specific design of a custom large flower and she nailed it! It was beautiful, and tasty too. We had no leftovers because most people went back for seconds! Would recommend her to anyone.

rancie when we went for our cake tasting. It was just my husband and I and Francie. She is a smaller business but absolutely a joy to work with. The price of our cake was extremely reasonable as well. It was the best price I found in the area. She was so sweet and our cake was amazing. I was very happy we went with Encore and highly recommend them to other St. Louis couples.
