Noel was the best associate we could have dealt with! I wasn't 100% what style I wanted for a dress and she was super patient, kind and helpful! She helped me find my dream dress!

Noel was so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make the whole experience fun and special. My wedding is only 4 months away, and she made sure that I only tried dresses that could be delivered in time. She also knew her stock so well! She knew there was a rack dress that was exactly what I was looking for. It ended up being THE dress! I was so impressed by how she nailed the look I wanted. The salon itself is modern, clean, and very inviting. The natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling windows lets you really SEE the dress. It's so much better than only seeing the dress under artificial light. The dress selection was also great! There is quite a variety in style, fit and size. Also, I didn't see a single "cheap" looking dress in the store. Although the dresses don't look cheap, they are affordable for the caliber and quality of dresses offered.

Truly the best bridal salon!! I went to a few other before visiting Encore, and walking into this salon I knew right away that I would find my dress here! My stylist was so patient and efficient and helped me try on several incredible gowns until I narrowed it down to two. She then helped me realize that I knew which one was the perfect one for me. Truly a wonderful experience and I would recommend Encore to anyone and everyone!

I am a plus size bride and was very afraid I wasn't going to find a dress that would fit right, however from the moment I walked into the shop I was treated very well and not like I was anything but a beautiful bride. Jessica did a great job helping me find my beautiful dress and since no dress in the shop is over $2000.00 I walked away spending much less than I was prepared for! Highly recommend!

I scheduled my appointment for a Saturday. I was able to try on many many dresses and found my dress. The staff there were all so friendly and helpful. I came in not knowing what I would like and they pointed me towards some of the most beautiful dresses. I was told it would take months to get my dress in from production however it was ready in a week, which I know isnt normal and I am very lucky. I am just happy I found my dress and that Encore was the right fit for me.

Amazing Wedding Dresses! I highly recommend any bride comes here first before going to davids bridal or any other location. They sell one of a kind dresses for reasonable prices. I was able to buy the perfect wedding dress for about 475$! Granted, it was on sale, and they do have more expensive gowns in the store, but it is a great place to shop with friendly sales representatives.

If you’re looking for a dream dress for your dream wedding you may find it here then have those dreams completely crushed!!!! This place is an absolute joke! Went in the first time to look at dresses and found one I was absolutely in love with, let the girls know that I would return with my family in a month or so to purchase it. Before I made the appointment for the final try on and to purchase it I called the store to verify and let them know my plan, to try on the dress one more time and then purchase it whoever I talked to said ok just make your appointment on line and so I did. Fast forward to the day of the appointment when I got to the store they couldn’t seem to find my dress in their system and were a little confused. Come to find out, my dress had been discontinued and they didn’t seem to think it was a good idea to let me know before hand. So, at this point I’m pretty upset but still wanting the dress. I’m trying to work with the owner to see what she can do for me and this is where things get worse. Jessica, the owner is the most rude person I’ve ever had to deal with. I think she maybe said sorry 2ce the whole time. She was completely unapologetic and rude. She didn’t have any compassion that I had family that drove into town from 6 hours away for this try-on and fitting. Every time I attempted to explain my situation she kept interrupting me. Now, she did offer me a whole 25% off of the dress and I probably would of still ordered it from her if she wasn’t so nasty!! I understand things happen but I don’t understand how someone runs a business being that rude!! I’m tellin ya ladies go somewhere else for your dress!! Oh! I also want to mention that when I asked for water they offered me a cup and to fill it from the bathroom sink!! What kind of luxurious feeling is that? Not something I would expect from a bridal store. They did end up finding a mini water bottle to offer that was just sitting under their desk. I’m sure they knew they were there the whole time and I’m still wondering why they offered me bathroom sink water!!

Encore Bridal has the kindest staff and owner any bride could ask for and their customer service is top notch! I bought my dress with them back in October and had an amazing experience buying my first dress. Last week I went in for my second alteration appointment and realized I wasn't in love with my wedding dress anymore and did not feel beautiful. I was obviously upset knowing I would not feel pretty on my wedding day, so I decided to head into Encore to see what my options for a new dress would be or if I had time to get a new dress before the big day. Visibly upset, the staff member working stopped everything and started searching for another dress with me. She pulled anything she thought I would love and reassured me this happens more than we would think. She called the store owner to fill her in on the situation and the owner came in to help find me my perfect dress! How many business owners do that anymore! I never thought I would be that bride looking for a second wedding dress but they made me feel beautiful and find my perfect dress.... again! I will forever recommend any brides to come see them here. Not only do they have stunning affordable dresses but the staff is phenomenal! Thank you ladies once again for helping me find my perfect dress, I can't thank you enough!

I found the most beautiful dress at Encore, and one of the best things-it was affordable! I felt amazing on my wedding day and the dress checked all my boxes. I was comfortable, felt beautiful, was constantly complimented, and fitted in the Marlowe dress. I recommended Encore to two of my friends, who subsequently found dresses there as well. My consultant, Kiah, was amazing. She picked my dress out immediately and made me feel great during my appointment.

I really wanted to like encore bridal. Their dresses are absolutely beautiful but my consultant was the least professional or helpful person out of the 6 bridal stores I went to. She first of all kept answering the phone during my appointment at least three times. Left me in the dressing room with around 10 dresses with no help whatsoever, she also did not help get a majority of the dresses on and another consultant ended up helping me more even though she had another bride. My bridal party had to go and pick out other dresses as she gave absolutely no suggestions. I left confused and frustrated especially because she said she was going to check on another color of a dress that I liked and never called me back.

The best bridal experience I could have dreamed of. The consultants are friendly, personal & professional. The dresses are beautiful, they have a good selection & they are affordable. They give you tons of attention, without over-stepping boundaries. I would recommend this shop to any bride!

Encore Bridal was amazing!!! They had a beautiful selection of gowns and accessories. Jessica was amazing in helping me say Yes to the Dress. She was very helpful with sizing, ordering, and then preserving the gown after my ceremony. I highly recommend Encore Bridal!

Encore has beautiful dresses and they will do everything they can to help you in anyway possible. We had an issue with the shipping of my dress and Jessica the owner made sure my dress was at the store on time! She does wonderful work!

Encore Bridal was phenomenal to work with. From the moment I entered the shop, until I came back the second time to re-try on my dress, they were friendly, helpful, and very personable. Their facility is very clean and welcoming, they have great lighting, and a broad selection of dresses. Their "off-the-rack" selection is also phenomenal, and budget friendly! I got my dress for $550! The girls who worked with me were very attentive to my needs, and paid close attention to detail and my reaction to the dresses. The second dress I tried on is the one I chose, and I had no idea what I wanted going in. I will always recommend Encore to my friends and family, and I am so pleased with my wedding dress.

The women that work at this store are INCREDIBLE! They are so helpful! I found my dress and am in LOVE ❤️ I suggest coming here they are amazing!

This was not my first stop for a wedding dress. So before going into encore I was unsuccessful finding my dream dress. It didn’t take long at Encore after my first few dresses and process of elimination I found “the one”. It was a wonderful experienc.

Beforehand I had researched online and knew they had options that might work better with my budget. I made an appointment online but before I walked in, I was nervous to tell them those were the dresses that I wanted to check out because I was afraid the sales person might be bummed. I met with Jessica today and her reaction was quite the contrary. She made me feel comfortable right away and even like she was excited to help me. I was flying solo because my friends and family are out of town so her caring and attentive demeanor meant a lot. Together we found my dress! I asked her if I could take a picture and text my mom and she said, "why don't we FaceTime!" It was so special! Also, she had a great sense of style and picked out the belt I am going to wear with my dress. When I figure out how I will wear my hair, I may go back for a hair piece! Great place. Highly recommend. Emulates what I love about this town!

These ladies were great! Willing to listen to me, my needs, and my price point :) I had my heart set on a specific dress and they were willing to order it for me - they even called the seamstress to talk to her about sizing options before I ordered.

I LOVE Encore bridal! Although Jessica only sells dresses from a couple brands, her selection is still very vast, and the fact that she sells gently used dresses at discounted prices allows for a huge variety of wedding gowns to choose from. We were able to walk into the store and be helped right away to try on gowns. It's a smaller boutique so we got full attention from the assistant that was there, and they were more than willing to help pull dresses that I liked. She also supplies a large variety of shoes, belts, jewelry, and veils along with bridesmaid dresses and suits for the guys. I purchased my dress, belt, and veil from Jessica, and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else! Plus, it was nice to be able to support a local business!

Did not end up finding my dress here but really enjoyed the selection and personal feel of the store!

So happy my mom found this shop! They had exactly what I was looking for and the staff was very friendly and helpful! I've already recommended this shop to friends and they've bought their dresses here too! The prices were very reasonable and had a food selection of different shapes and textures!

The ladies at Encore were great to work with. Very attentive and knowledgeable.

First of all, I was visiting my mom from out of town and already had a dress that I was only okay with. We were on a mission to find a veil and sash that day. After going to a few different shops we ended up at Encore Bridal. The second we walked into the adorable store, Eliza greeted us kindly. I told her we were only looking for sashes and veils so I didn't make an appointment. They were very busy but still made it a priority to help us. As I said before, I already had a dress but one caught my eye from the corner of the store. I had to try it on. I did not have an appointment as we were not planning on trying dresses, my wedding was only 4 weeks away. Eliza let me try on the dress even though the store was packed and I fell in LOVE with it. At first we were unsure if I could get the dress in time but Eliza and the owner Jessica went out of their way to make it happen. I ordered the dress that day and it came to my front door step not even a week later, inspected by Jessica herself. I was SOOOOO happy I ended up at this bridal shop....I love my dress and can't thank them for bending over backwards to get me my dress in time :) Absolutely recommend this place to any bride looking for an awesome dress that is reasonably priced.

Jessica is the owner of Encore Bridal and immediately helped make me feel welcomed and comfortable upon entering her shop. And her shop is wonderful. It's a cute little boutique type shop that has it all. There are plenty of new dress samples to try on, she can order dresses (depending on the designer) and has a consignment section, as well, which is a perfect option for tight budgeters or finding that unique look you've been searching for. I was searching high and low for the dress of my dreams that I found on a website. She had a sample very very similar to the dress I wanted, which I tried on. We then went ahead and ordered the exact dress I wanted. And it ended up being perfect! She was very kind, willing to help out and definitely goes the extra mile to make her clients happy. She even held my dress for me for an extra two months while I was out of the country. Great shop, great owner, and great selection!

Jessica was so helpful when finding a dress. The seamstress was amazing getting all done quickly. When stressed on how to pack the dress, Jessica was more than helpful to help with it. Great price! One on one service :)

This is a wonderful bridal shop. The staff and owner are very nice and helpful. I went in a few times before I finally purchased something and they were always exteremley patient. Everyone (including me) loved my dress and you never could have guessed it was pre-loved. Thank you.

After a couple extremely stressful dress shopping excursions, my mom and I finally found Encore Bridal. This cute consignment shop was everything we were looking for: a large selection of dresses in a variety of price ranges (new and used!), friendly, personal service, and an alterations specialist. I found my perfect dress almost right away and was able to take it home with me the same day. This was by far one of the easiest parts of planning my wedding!

They have sample dresses for sale, used dresses, and they also carry new allure bridal gowns. They are so very nice to work with and it always helps to go local
