enue quite often and our venue recommended them. However, as the wedding was approaching they were not very helpful. They have a website where you can edit your music and timeline. Luckily we worked on it here and there, because a few weeks before the wedding they stopped letting us edit, without warning. So everything we needed to change, we had to send emails on- which is fine. It just would’ve been nice to know the deadline so, we could have made those changes we needed to before that. Then, about a week before the wedding he said he would call us to iron out the details of the wedding. Well, we didn’t hear from him until the day before the wedding and that’s only because I texted him and said we needed to have our final meeting. Call me crazy, but being the bride, I shouldn’t have to reach out to the vendor for the final meeting I was promised. It was just a quick run through of the songs and timeline. The day of the wedding, he got the aisle song incorrect. I specifically requested all instrumental music and the song he played as I walked down the aisle played with words. We chose the song we did for a reason, and I have to say, that’s a pretty important song to get wrong. He also ended up playing my bouquet toss song at a random point during the night. He did apologize for that, but still. I can’t help but think that if we had an actual meeting, prior to the day before, maybe these mistakes wouldn’t have happened. Pretty disappointed in our experience.

so professional and so willing to go with the flow of the evening. We never felt rushed and we were never caught unawares of the nights events. The music was well blended, there weren't any jarring playlist moments, and our dance floor was NEVER empty!

On the day of the wedding, Matt was so professional and took care of everything. Our ceremony and reception went smoothly with no technological interruptions or difficulties. Our reception was so much fun and the party last all night long! Matt really engaged our wedding guests and played a variety of genres and songs. Our wedding guests still tell us how fun our wedding was and all of the memories that were created. Thank you Jeff and team for everything you did to make our wedding memorable and so much fun!
