Shane captured our vibe and nailed the music for our wedding
My husband and I almost didn’t hire a DJ feeling we could run a playlist. I am very thankful we followed recommendatio...
ns and went with encore. The process of seeing samples from all the DJs and the ability to virtually attend open houses felt so professional and organized. My Husband and I both like more alternative/ emo music and felt so lucky to have found Shane Allen. It’s great to know when a DJ also has similar music taste and has a passion for it. The website was well organized and found the planning forms very helpful! We were able to put time stamp to make sure the important moments had the perfect part of our song choices. They were also able to play a recording my dad had sent of him playing our first dance song.
We felt at ease that encore had a team that knew how to do a speaker setup not only for our reception but four our summit ceremony. The organization between Shane/ the encore team, the venture coordinator, and our photographer was absolutely flawless! We ended up having a great rager during emo hour with all of our closest friends head banging and letting loose. We have already received so many compliments on the DJ service and how much fun the open dance was (as well as the whole wedding). Shane and encore really made sure our music taste was used to enhance our day and made it so special. I could not recommend Shane and encore enough and am forever grateful our day was so us.
Extremely professional with their appearance, their equipment, and their enthusiastic mindset for my daughter’s wedding. Highly recommend them!
I cannot recommend Encore enough!! Mickey helped the day run smoothly from planning to the perfect music to keep people on the dance floor. He checked in multiple times throughout ...
the evening to make sure we were having the best time. All of our guests have asked who our DJ was so that can use Mickey in the future.
Our wedding was a month ago 6/27 and let me just start by saying Rich killed it!!
My husband is also owns a wedding DJ so we were extremely particular in who would ring in the big...
day with us and Rich did not disappoint. I could say a million wonderful things about who Rich is as a person and a professional but I’ll stay in the lane of a DJ review haha!
Encore truly brings an exceptional service to their couples. From day one (about a year ago) planning was easy and I felt like someone was with us every step of the way. Encore staff was supportive and the planning software was easy to use. We received so many reminders via email to keep us on track (which we needed haha) and ensure everything was done in time for the wedding! As we got closer to the wedding we had significantly more time with Rich who was actually DJing our wedding- he met with us and was there for every question and concern we had!
Before I say how amazing the big day was I have to shout out Encores VIP event. Although we knew we wanted Rich as our DJ, I’ll never pass up a good time out with some friends. The VIP event is an amazing way to see what all the DJs can do and start to see who fits your vibe. It also shows how much Encores can truly throw a party!! Highly recommend!!
Okay, now for the big day- AMAZING is an understatement. Rich was there early and coordinating with the venue, photographer and us seamlessly! He didn’t skip a beat and really felt us out and kept us moving along at our pace, I didn’t feel rushed but we also managed to get through everything we wanted to that evening thanks to him and the venue.
Now for the fun part, the dance floor. Obviously with my husband being a DJ this part could have been tricky but Rich delivered and truly exceeded my expectations! We have a party group and we love a variety of music and somehow Rich managed to fit in just about every genre of music we gave him in the most spectacular way and checked every box plus some!! I really couldn’t have imagined this day without Encore but especially Rich! They truly helped pull the day together and make it everything we dreamed of!

phenomenal. I’ve never had so much fun on a dance floor. I wish I could have another wedding just to have Stephanie DJ again.

Amazing group, professional, pros at their job, fun, on time, just perfect, 11/10!
We cannot say enough amazing things about Encore Events and DJ Ray Tiano! From our very first interaction, the entire Encore team was professional, organized, responsive, and genui...
nely invested in making our event unforgettable.
Ray absolutely exceeded every expectation. He didn't just play music—he created an experience. From the ceremony to the final song of the night, everything flowed seamlessly. His ability to read the room was incredible, keeping the dance floor packed and the energy high all night long. Guests of all ages were dancing, singing along, and having the time of their lives.
What impressed us most was Ray's attention to detail and communication. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and executed it flawlessly. He kept everything on schedule, made announcements with professionalism and personality, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire event.
Even weeks later, our guests are still talking about how incredible the music was and how much fun they had. If you're looking for a DJ who is talented, professional, and knows how to throw an unforgettable party, DJ Ray Tiano and Encore Events are the absolute best. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made, and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding or special event.
Thank you, Ray and Encore Events, for helping create memories that will last a lifetime!
Where do I begin? What a night that Encore and Jack Laino helped us create. We could not have asked for anything more!
I entered the reception with my head spinning trying to see ...
where we were at to meet timelines and such and Jack made sure to calm me down and help me understand that this was all flexible and we would make everything work as necessary. He was able to add things on the fly and make sure our introductions and speeches and such went flawlessly. Looking back there would be a few minor details that we would switch up but no one else would have known or cared how it played out, everything still went on phenomenally. Our first dance song was a more obscure option, but Jack killed it with the mix and how it sounded. We had many complements on it. Same goes for our introduction, another obscure choice in which we wanted him to do a little speech intro going right into the drop for the start of the song and it was done so flawlessly. Just amazing.
Moving onto the big set and getting the music going, Jack did an excellent job. We didn’t want as many slow songs and had only a few selected, but once the music ramped up, the action and dancing did not stop. I don’t think I witnessed the dance floor calm down once all night until the end of the night. Jacks mixing and set was amazing and kept us moving all night. It was just phenomenal.
Im glad we picked Encore and Jack as our DJ. I could not recommend both more than enough to anyone!
Since the second we had our meeting with John from Encore Events, we knew he was the perfect DJ for the best day of our lives. He was so easy to work with from day one, made everyt...

rfect hype woman for the day. Throughout the planning process Encore and Jordan were very responsive and supportive. The day of the wedding, there were zero hiccups, this team from set up to take down was flawless, even asking for a second microphone last minute wasn’t a problem for them!

Great service! Highly recommend!
If you are looking into great and reliable entertainment for your wedding then definitely consider Encore events. We had Stephanie Hyde as our DJ and she was absolutely amazing! I ...
can’t tell you not only how much my husband and I enjoyed our wedding, but how many of our guests took the time to say that our event was one of the best that they’ve ever been to! Having music and dancing was such an important part for me and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to go with Encore. I also loved that they offer uplighting and a digital Photo Booth, which we also had! Definitely take advantage of their events that they host to learn more about them and see what they have available (You sometimes get deals or discounts too at these!!)- look into them sooner rather than later (in relation to the timing of your event) to try to get the best deals ☺️
The first thing that drew us to Encore Events is their “open house” event where they invite potential clients to a video call so we could hear snippets of work from a variety of th...
eir DJs. Since we were planning our Western NY wedding from CA, this was wildly helpful.
From that event, we knew Jordan was the girl for us! Her energy was infectious, even on Zoom, and her mixes were the perfect blend of old school and new style music - we couldn’t help but dance around our living room when her promo came on.
The platform Encore Events shared for tracking the music and timeline for the day was intuitive, easy to use and kept everything really organized. On the day of the wedding, Jordan and team brought the energy - there wasn’t a single guest who didn’t get on the dance floor at some point of the night. She exceeded all expectations and we’re so grateful for her and the Encore Events team!
We didn’t hire a videographer for our wedding (which I still actually regret-so you should def hire one) but Encorce Events surprised us with turning the vows we wrote for each ot...
her into a slow dance!!!! They generously gave us a copy and then when I asked them if they happened to record our whole ceremony, they said yes and sent along that audio as well!!! Our ceremony was hilarious and I feel so lucky that they captured the audio, and the true emotion of those 15 minutes. That audio is my FAVORITE GIFT that I received and Encore went above and beyond to 1. Even think of doing that! and 2. Gifting it to us afterwards. Truly touching and an incredible way to go above and beyond for a customer.
I also really appreciated their guidance as we were selecting songs for the party. Two things stood out…1. There were songs where I said I HAD to be on the dance floor for…But as the bride I kept getting pulled away. I heard one of my songs being played as I was leaving the dance floor but the DJ, adjusted on the fly and brought it back for me later in the night. I was SO THANKFUL.
And the last thing i loved, Rich actually just said in passing as we were doing music selection. But he said if I only wanted the chorus of certain songs then he could make that work too. I was surprised at how many songs I really only knew the chorus too and I felt like I got to hear so many songs and all of my favorite parts to them!! Loved the music platform that they used to create all of those song selections too!
I’m SO GLAD that we used them as our vendor. I originally just wanted my brother to “dj” with a playlist, and I’m so glad we got over that idea, spent the money and hired Encore. Our DJ, Rich Post, read the room and gave us everything we wanted! He mixed tracks together perfectly and we had the most amazing wedding! I had no idea that dj-ing music was such an art. Rich Post and Encore are worth every penny and they helped give us the most fun dance floor and perfect wedding celebration! So thankful for them as professionals and for going above and beyond for us.

We also rented a Photo Booth from Encore and it was a hit! Our guests were able to text themselves their pictures as soon as they were taken, and all of the photos that were taken were saved in a virtual album that we had access to after the wedding.
100% would recommend using Encore for your wedding if you want to have the best time!

The music was truly the best I’ve ever heard at a wedding. The dance floor was packed all night, and so many of our guests told us how incredible the music was. Mickey also helped us make decisions when we felt stuck and gave honest, helpful opinions that made the whole process easier.
If we had to choose a DJ again, we’d pick Mickey over and over without hesitation!
The Encore team was fantastic! We hired Encore to serve as DJ both nights of our 2 day wedding, along with videography for both days. They were easy to work with and did an incredi...
ble job with it all! From the start the entire team was easy to communicate with and helped coach us through the entire process. Our first day was an Indian Sangeet that included a Baraat and their team went above and beyond to use a mobile DJ station to get the party started. They worked with us to include music spanning multiple cultures and Mikey and Andre were superb. On our second day it was a more traditional American ceremony and Mikey was back with Jordan. Despite a night of partying the day prior, they kept the energy high and everyone on the dance floor all night! Many of our guests have told us since how much fun our DJ crew was! Jordan also helped us to set up photo booths for both days which was a lot of fun for us and our guests. We would highly recommend Encore and hope to party with them again in the future! For the videography the team offered a lot of flexibility on options, and captured our weekend alongside our photographer seamlessly.

Kevin and I just got married on 10/18/2025 and Kendrick was our DJ from Encore Events. Kendrick was an absolute delight to work with! He DJ'd for our friends' wedding back in 2018 ...
as well and his uplifting vibe got the crowd going at both events! Set up was seamless and the audio was super clear during the ceremony, cocktail hour, entrances, speeches, and ending with dancing. Everyone got out on the dance floor to tear it up - even my four year old nephew was attempting to breakdance. Everyone had such an amazing time we greatly appreciate all of the support from the Encore team. Everything from the open seminars, 1:1 meetings, and to the special day, the team at Encore was highly communicative and made the whole planning process a breeze. Highly recommend this team <3

yn was timely with communicating deadlines, add on options and how to navigate the planning website. The planning website was very easy to use and really helped us establish our timeline early in the process. It was helpful to see the timeline laid out and be able to move things arounds to our liking. We also purchased uplighting and photobooth packages from Encore. The uplighting is an absolute must to elevate any venue's space and they changed the colors throughout the night as we transitioned through our timeline (soft colors for cocktail hour/dinner and bright colors for dancing). We opted for the self-service photo booth that allowed guests to text themselves the photos. A week after the wedding we also got access to the photobooth library and absolutely love being able to see how much fun our guests had with it!
Austen was great to work with for our event. We had one meeting with him prior to the wedding and he was able to execute our vision for the dance floor perfectly. On the day of the wedding, I noticed he had arrived earlier to set up than he had mentioned just to be prepared with training a new employee. His style is totally not what you think of when you envision a traditional wedding DJ and he absolutely lit up the dance floor right from the start. Starting from cocktail hour, he was able to read the crowd to come up with the perfect playlist that made everyone stop at one point to acknowledge it was on point.

out hesitation we knew that we would also be using Encore Events for ours, as the company goes above and beyond and truly offers much more than just the DJ/Entertainment services they provide. We cannot say enough good things about the company as a whole but specifically the DJ that we chose, Jordan and her husband/assistant Ted. They worked closely with us to plan every last detail in the months leading up to our wedding and made sure all our needs were met. They brought our vision to life and were so helpful throughout the entire process. I had so many compliments on how everything turned out but guests specifically mentioned how amazing our DJ was and how much they loved the lighting and music. We added some extras including cold sparklers, and a photo booth that were well worth it and turned out to be such a hit for all of our guests. We would highly recommend booking Encore Events for your wedding or any upcoming event, especially Jordan (and Ted) because they are THE best and will definitely exceed all expectations you have for a DJ!!

throughout the planning process. Encore Events made everything so easy and way less overwhelming while planning. They truly care about each couple and making the day the best it can be for everyone involved. We can not recommend them enough!

didn’t play one of those songs. He played every single song we had on our “must play” list (which was also a lot) and even asked if we wanted any of those songs played again. He checked in with us multiple times throughout the day to make sure we didn’t need anything from him. He kept our dance floor packed all night long and that’s all we ever wanted!! That cold sparkler remote never left my hand and it was the best touch to our party. Thank you Andre for making our wedding day the best ever! I am so happy we chose to work with encore for our wedding. No regrets what so ever!

ibly easy. They worked so well with our other vendors. The biggest take away we had was that your DJ is your MC for the night. Rich instantly instilled confidence that everything was going to happen according the plan. I’d strongly recommend trusting Encore with your big day.

stress-free. Mickey was incredibly personable, easy to work with, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. He truly listened to what we wanted, offered guidance when we weren’t sure, and went above and beyond to make sure everything flowed perfectly.
On the day of our wedding, Mickey absolutely blew us away. He kept the dance floor packed all night long, there was never a dull moment! The transitions were seamless, the energy was unmatched, and the music fit our guests perfectly. We had people of all ages dancing and enjoying themselves, and so many of our friends and family commented on how amazing the DJ was. What stood out the most was how attentive and professional Mickey was, yet still so fun and down-to-earth. He knew how to read the room, keep the momentum going, and create such a joyful atmosphere. He never stopped checking in on us during our wedding day to make sure we were doing okay. It honestly felt like he wasn’t just our DJ, but a friend cheering us on and making sure we had the best day ever.
We’re beyond grateful for the role Mickey played in making our wedding so unforgettable. If you’re looking for a DJ who is not only talented and professional but also genuinely cares about making your event special, Mickey is your guy!

wife digitally record a cassette tape of her late grandfather singing a song that she used for her father daughter dance. Encore also cleaned up the recording to get some of the extra noise out. It was beautiful. Encore is very helpful and attentive. They are wonderful to work with. I have also been to other weddings with other Encore DJs and they are all amazing. I would highly recommend hiring them for your wedding and getting the cold sparklers! So cool! Thank you John and the Encore team!
Encore was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day! You get to attend Zoom nights where you can listen to different DJs play sets to see who fits your vibe for the day,...
ask questions about the extra services they offer, as well as general questions about their contribution to your wedding day. Their customer service is AMAZING. They truly make you feel so special and equally as happy about your special day. The process of choosing a DJ, requesting quotes for additional services, to the final meeting and wedding day was smooth and as easy as it can get. We had Mickey as our DJ and he was a blast to work with! Everyone raved about our music at the wedding how it kept everyone moving all night, as well as included songs for all ages to enjoy. We seriously cannot thank Encore and their team enough for supporting us throughout our entire wedding planning and making our day incredibly special. We will ALWAYS recommend this business and are looking forward to throwing a 1 year anniversary party with using them again!

Hiring a dj can really make or break your event, so if you’re considering booking with Encore, definitely do it!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

ALWAYS ready to have fun. Weddings are expensive but working with a top tier company that understands their clients investment, truly separates them from all the others. Now let’s talk Jordan. The world’s kindest soul, always smiling and loves what she does. She is an industry goddess and when I told her I wanted a mash up of two songs for our entrance, she said say no more and my girl killed it. I never had a doubt that our dance floor wouldn’t be packed all night and Jordan made sure of it. We still hear from guests that Jordan was the BEST DJ and we agree. Encore doesn’t allow you to have typical wedding music, hell I don’t think they even want it. The way they can create a night club scene but also get even the oldest of guests dancing, is truly elite. Hire Encore, I promise you will NOT regret it. I want to throw another party just so I can have Jordan again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your incredible professionalism and work. Lots of love to you all!

ick from a wide variety of DJs, and my wife and I went with who we thought was the best at mixing songs (no offense to the other DJs), which was Mickey Hamilton. Through out the whole planning process, Mickey helped us plan and choose songs for our wedding, gave us advice and recommendation on how to use the online portal which you interact with in preparation for your wedding, and was always quick in response to any question we had. The planning process was personally so much fun for me to pick out the music I wanted at our wedding. We met a few times on zoom before the wedding as well, and had everything ready for our wedding day. All this helped me on my wedding day, as I didn’t have to stress or worry about if something wasn’t right or if the DJ was prepared or not. I couldn’t stress enough the professionalism at Encore Events. As for the performance, it was 10/10. All my friends and family had a wonderful time and even asked me if they could get the setlist of the music. This led me to asking Mickey if he could do this for me, and he made me a list of all the songs he played, going beyond what he had to do for us. I am so happy with our choice, choosing Mickey as our DJ. My dad told me that having the the right DJ can either make or break a wedding, and we are so happy we went with Encore Event because we wouldn’t of wanted any other DJ on our special day. I don’t think it could of gone any better.
