Honestly I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. This coffee was so good I immediately came back and grabbed another. The flavor profile was exquisite. The coffee was so smooth. The attention to detail that was put into the coffee you could tell just how passionate he was. I’m not one to write a review but this cup was so inspirational I felt like I could write a novel dedicated to the aroma of excellence it brought. The experience was unlike anything I’ve ever had. I would say I loved the coffee but I felt like this coffee loved me. So inviting, warming, hospitable. Truly incredible. I know this sounds outrageous but if you are ever in the Ft. Worrh area this coffee is a MUST have. Thank you Encounter for reimagining the way I view coffee and my taste buds. Simply incredible.
