The best choice we made was hiring Nicki to be our day of coordinator. We felt a little in over our heads with the day-of details and last minute decisions and once Nicki took over...
, everything fell into place. She communicated with us every step of the way and when we were running late on the day of the wedding, she helped us navigate all of that. She deserves all the credit for everything running smoothly and was such a great person to work with. It was clear to see her passion for weddings and helping people’s visions come to life-we are so grateful to her!
Nicki was phenomenal. I knew I was wanting some help with planning especially for day of and my partner will admit, he was less bought on the idea of how necessary a planner was, b...
ut the moment Nicki stepped in, she helped pull everything together (things my partner and I had not even thought of). She was so receptive and communicative with us and our respective vendors and bridal party. The day of the wedding, she worked her magic and when I arrived to the venue, it looked remarkable. Not to mention, she was so respectful in getting us to our cues for the dances, cake cutting and the actual ceremony itself. Honestly out of all the vendors, I'd say she was the most important because she was the glue that held it all together. Thanks, Nicki!

dules there was just no way. We hired Nicki a little over a year out from our intended wedding month/date, and straight from the start she was so helpful and patient with us. She’s truly a miracle worker and we are honestly so impressed with how she pulls off planning beautiful weddings on the side, because it honestly feels like ta full time job! This just shows how dedicated she is to this work and her clientele.
She is extremely detail oriented, professional, and honestly just such a pleasure to talk with (both over zoom and in person). She was able to execute exactly what envisioned for our wedding and have no doubt that she’ll do the same thing for you when you book her!

every brides dream. She executed the vision that we had and it was even better than we envisioned. Walking into the venue all decorated literally took my breath away!
It is actually funny to think back to when we were planning the wedding. At first we were thinking that we would be able to coordinate everything ourselves. We are very glad that we were decided against that! Nicki was essential to making everything come together!
Nicki was so incredible that by the end of the night, all of our family and friends were asking her about doing future events with her! Simply put Nicki made out wedding exactly what it was, a dream come true.
Nicki was the most amazing vendor I worked with, I could not recommend her enough! Nicki was my day of coordinator for my NYC wedding. I signed my contract a year in advance and wa...
s pleasantly surprised by the contact she kept throughout the year. She consistently checked in with myself and fiance and was always sending over fun reminders and helpful information. About a month and a half before the wedding, she took over contact with my vendors, which was the perfect timing as it let me focus on other things leading up to the day. About a month out from the wedding, Nicki found out that one of our vendors had gone out of business. She was calm and collected throughout the entire situation and helped us find a new vendor within 2 days.
As the week of the wedding came around, Nicki was my right hand woman, making sure my vision was coming to life. Last minute We had to switch our rain plan and knowing I was upset, Nicki sent me a bag of my favorite candies to try and cheer me up! The day of the wedding went seamlessly. Nicki handled everything and allowed me to fully enjoy the day without worrying about anything. She became more than a vendor throughout this process, but a friend! If you are looking for event support, you will not regret choosing this amazing human!
