We booked Engaged&Co for our day of coordination and feel as though we did not pay them enough for the impeccable and wonderful help that they gave us. Casey, our day of coordinator, was with us every step of the way, way before our wedding weekend even started. The spreadsheets and google drive documents were phenomenal resources to get us started and keep us on track until we met with Casey a few months before our wedding to go over details. Casey's attention to detail, responsive communication, and calmness allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding planning and wedding weekend because we knew we were in great hands. As a bride, my goal was to be present and grounded on my big day and I was able to do just that. I didn't have to worry about a single detail because I knew Casey and the Engaged&Co team had it handled. Besides their professionalism and amazing organization skills, Casey and the team are warm, friendly, genuine, and FUN to be around. Our day was perfect.

I did not use a wedding coordinator for our previous family weddings but did use someone for day of assistance so I was not sold on the need for a wedding team. But I was wrong!! My daughter felt she needed a team and I have to say THEY WERE INCREDIBLE FROM START TO FINISH!! Tori helped every step of the way and made everything so much less stressful for our daughter! She was THE BEST!!! Worth every dollar and then some!!! Actually when you do the math and see how much they do and how much it enables you to actually enjoy the whole experience-especially that day, it’s SO WORTH IT!!

I wish I could do more than 5 stars! Truly an incredible team...from start to the very end. I do not know how I would have managed this process, and especially "the day" without them. From the templates to the email reminders to the vendor coordination...Krista thought of everything (and then some). She was even watching the weather (when I refused) to let me know it was time to order pashminas from Amazon...and even gave me the link. On wedding day, Casey, Ciara and Krista ensured everything was smooth and exactly what I wanted it to be. If you are on the fence...do it!

We wouldn't have been able to have such a memorable day with Engaged With Nora and Robin. From the first virtual meeting, the incredible GOOGLE Doc and Checklist, to all the frantic emails to the final day. We couldn't have asked for better assistance with planning our big day. So many of our family and friends told us this was the best wedding they have attended and couldn't believe it started on time, had no hiccups and that everything was just so elegant and ran smoothly. Where do I start?! After getting engaged I knew I was going to need a planner who would help bring the vision in my head to life - especially because in my mind there was NO WAY my idea of purple and blue worked. But Nora knew EXACTLY what I meant when I talked through my ideas with her and brought them to life without even blinking. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process from start to finish, and was always available to answer questions, calm concerns, and suggests options if we were unsure about something. She ALWAYS made sure me and my now husbands (yay!) ideas and wants were a priority, and assured everything we wanted happened. Being a type-A person, I knew I wanted our wedding to look and feel a certain way, and I was nervous for someone else to execute what I had spent so much time planning over the last year, but Nora took my ideas and ran with them! And she exceeded EVERY. SINGLE. EXPECTATION. From the flowers and linens, to the tiniest of details that I probably only noticed - Nora was there to make sure they were PERFECT. On top of all of this, we had an amazing team in Casey, Emily, Moriah, and Sav, to make sure the entire night was right on schedule and everything was going according to plan! Our wedding and reception ran so smooth and perfect - and so did my morning as a bride was as well! Nora and my bridal attendant, Tori, kept me calm, cool, and collected while I was getting ready. I even had a bit of a panic attack once photos started since it was so go-go-go, and they were AMAZING at helping me relax and working with my photo/video team to make sure I was not overwhelmed. I could probably write a book about how much I love Nora and how she was a STAR throughout this entire process, so I will leave you with this - HIRE NORA. Period. There is not a single thing I would change about our day because of her and her amazing team. Max and I are so thankful for you, Nora! We love you.

One of the very best decisions we made for our wedding was going with Engaged & Co as our wedding coordination team. From the start the planning tools they provide are so extremely helpful to guide you up to your wedding day. Savanah was our lead planner and went above and beyond to make sure our rehearsal and our wedding day went off without a hitch. Savanah and Casey made sure everything that I envisioned for the day was made possible. They were always at the ready. Not only were they so incredibly helpful for me, but also made sure our parents were treated as guests of honor, too. Savanah seamlessly solved vendor hiccups and discreetly handled unexpected situations as they arose. I truly cannot recommend Savanah and Engaged & Co more to make sure you have the wedding of your dreams!

Where do I even begin talking about our experience with Engaged & Co. From our initial meeting with Casey I had a good feeling about this. Then I was introduced to Tori for our lead planner and she exceeded all expectations to making our wedding day flawless. From meetings to emails to countless text messages Tori delivered through it all. Tori is genuine, detail oriented, creative, and dang right fun! Tori and Engaged & Co want the very best for each couple they work with and it was so evident to see during our time together. Tori took the stress away from wedding planning and made it truly fun and relaxing. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Nora and her entire team were. I had no idea what I wanted when I first met Nora and she guided me through the entire process. She kept us on track with timelines and helped with everything from our Save the Dates to our Registry. Aside from marrying my husband, she was the best decision I made for my wedding! Nora brought the joy back to wedding planning and designed a wedding beyond my dreams. She helped us find the best vendors and asked questions I didn’t even consider! She was the best hype woman and answered every email I sent with the patience of an angel. My husband ended up taking a job in another state about 5 months out from the wedding and Nora made what would likely be the most stressful part of wedding planning easy and relaxed. She and her team ensured I was fed and hydrated while getting ready for the day and brought my husband and I food at the reception. I would recommend Nora to anyone getting married! There is no one else in the business like her.

We worked with Engaged and co for coordinating services and I cannot say enough good things about them. Tori was our coordinator and a true godsend. We started working with Tori about 4 months before the wedding to get our timeline together and then as we got closer Tori took over all communication with vendors, taking away our stress. At the rehearsal, she was organized and efficient and gave everyone mini pocket timelines. As someone who’s a natural worrier, I was able to be fully present on my wedding day and didn’t think of any of the logistics because Tori had it down. At the end of the day, she loaded up everything in our cars and I didn’t have to do any clean up. I would hire 100x over.

We hired Nora for her partial planning services and it was easily the best money we ever spent with regard to our wedding. 15/5 stars. Nora took the edge off of this (already anxious, type A) gal, and I already want to throw another party for Nora to plan. Hire Nora, her team, or anything. You won't regret it.

I wasnt sure if I even wanted to go the wedding planner route but the moment I hung up with Nora on my first call I knew this was the way to go. She was beyond helpful from beginning to end. I was never stressed during the planning process because she made it so fun and easy. BEST MONEY EVER SPENT. If you want your guests to have an amazing expeirience and walk away from the wedding saying it was one of the best they have been to- hire Engaged w. Nora! Special shout-out to Tori who spent her whole day with me- If anyone had a question about the schedule, needed anything, or needed a hand while they peed- Tori was there! I can’t recommend Engaged with Nora enough!! My husband and I planned our wedding over 2.5 years + truly cannot imagine our wedding day without Nora and her team. Nora was there to answer any and every question I had, making me feel calm and comfortable throughout my (somewhat long) planning journey. Tori was an absolute dream to work with as well, she and Nora were my righthand women! EWN will forever feel like family! The most amazing team of all time. This review is hard to write because of how excellently executed my wedding day was… I don’t even think I could touch on every bit. When I initially met with Nora, I told her we wanted to plan a wedding in 45 days, and I essentially didn’t want to lift a finger. Instead of telling me I was insane, her response was “no problem! Let’s do it!” And did it we did! Or should I say they did. The easiest and most fun day of my life. Tori made sure everything ran smoothly with my quasi-bridal party, including playing with my son. Abra killed it at the venue. I could go on and on and on. But their team is so amazingly thoughtful. We will simply never forget this day. If you’re looking to plan a wedding quickly and perfectly tailored to you, but maybe you don’t have the time to do it all yourself, set up that consult with Nora. You absolutely won’t regret it. We will be forever grateful!!!

We absolutely loved working with Robin from Engaged with Nora! She was the calm and collected presence that we desperately needed! We are beyond thrilled that we booked coordination services for our wedding and would recommend to absolutely anyone to book this team for planning or coordination! Robin was understanding about all the emotions surrounding wedding planning, and helped me keep track of all the insane, personal, and hand-painted details I made for our wedding (I am an artist and when I tell you I did too much… I did TOO MUCH lol). She helped us stay organized and on top of everything. While we still planned everything ourselves, we got some great vendor recommendations from the engaged team throughout the process that we were really happy with. We also had help along the way, with our 3 month coordination consultation call, and then having Robin and Nora with us at our final venue walk through a month before the wedding, and finally having them take over all vendor communications the week leading up to the wedding! It made the last few days absolutely easy breezy, so we could just enjoy every moment!! And goodness gracious, if we didn’t have her there with us that day, as well as some amazing assistants, I don’t know what we would have done! Having her there helped me feel literally the most present I’ve ever felt in my life. I have truly never been more focused on everything happening and just able to enjoy a day so fully as on my wedding day. I hardly touched my phone. If I didn’t know where something was, I knew Robin did. She brought me my shoe change once my heels were starting to hurt before I even had a chance to ask for them. She helped coordinate a golden hour photo shoot outside the venue with the giant backdrop I painted, and did it sooo smoothly! It started behind our head table and we wanted it to land on the side of the room at our “selfie station” for guests to use as a backdrop, and no one even realized that it had been gone for a few minutes for the shoot or that it was moved at all! I thought it might be clunky and be a huge, obvious thing, but they were so slick. And when we were outside with it for the photos, her assistants literally held it in place so the wind didn’t knock it over! Talk about above and beyond! She was truly so on top of everything, and we were beyond grateful to have her and the team with us all day to make everything go so stinking smoothly!! I highly recommend these awesome ladies to make your wedding day the best it can be!!

Sam from Engaged with Nora did an absolutely phenomenal job coordinating our wedding! I was so impressed with her ability to run our wedding smoothly. Everything went perfectly on our Big Day and I give Sam all the credit for making that happen. Words truly cannot express how grateful we are to have worked with Nora, Casey and the entire Engaged with Nora team. Beyond the impeccable design and perfect organization, the peace of mind we had working together was priceless. I came to Nora in a bit of a panic at the start of my wedding planning experience and knew I wanted to work with her right from our first conversation. After moving forward with the partial planning package she provided recommendations, checklists and constant email support for everything we needed as we selected vendors and made changes. As a type-A bride I had so many questions and details to discuss, but Nora and the team were consistency one step ahead of me. I always felt more calm, centered and excited after every meeting. Nora created a design for our day that I never could have brought together myself. She incorporated inspiration from our favorite restaurants and travel locations that culminated in an evening that felt so beautiful and authentic to who we are. Nora was also an incredible advocate for us, working with vendors to take on things outside of the norm to ensure our vision could come to life. Her willingness and ability to support us in these situations was such a comfort and took so much off of our plate. Casey lead during the wedding weekend and went above and beyond any planner I've seen from steaming the bridesmaid dresses to coordinating our extended family members with so much kindness. Our families got to sit back and enjoy the wedding day as guests because Casey and the team were handling every detail and keeping us informed as the day progressed. Engaged with Nora was AMAZING. I will be honest that when I was first looking for vendors I was hesitant on if we needed a planner. I’m SO GLAD that we dove right in with Nora and her team! I would not have been able to plan my wedding without them. I did partial planning and my only regret is not doing full planning! Nora and Sam we incredible thorough and detail oriented. They kept me on task with our to do list and made it so easy for me by arranging lists and check boxes. They also made an incredible time line for the wedding weekend and day!!! It was broken down so well and answered all of my families and wedding parties questions. On wedding day Sam was my right hand girl, she kept the timeline going, communicated with vendors, and made sure I could relax and enjoy my day. Best decision I made for my wedding was hiring nora and her team! They made everything so smooth not only the day of but throughout the entire planning process. If you are debating on whether or not to get a planner DO IT - I cannot recommend them enough.

We had such a positive experience working with Engaged w/Nora (Engaged&Co). We worked with Tori Santiago as our Day-of Coordinator. More like two month coordinator! We had other phone calls with day ofs, who truly were only available to you the day of. At Engaged with Nora, you immediately receive a google doc upon signing, that you can begin to fill out with all of your to-dos, guest list and meal selections, table assignments, timelines, etc. This made the process so much easier than trying to explain your vision to someone the morning of. I have a hard time letting go of control when it comes to anything that personal, and anytime Tori would reply with “I got it” or “no need to worry about that because…” I instantly trusted her, and felt relieved. She consistently proved knowledgeable and skilled on everything we spoke about. My husband and I live out of state from our venue, so to have Tori’s skill set, and knowledge about our venue, helped so much. She had previously worked multiple weddings at our venue so she had tons of great advice and ideas. Because of the distance, and scheduling conflicts, we did not meet Tori until day of. Leading up, she offered and hosted multiple zoom and telephone calls to make sure we were always on the same page. I sent photo references of decor inspo and she knocked it out of the park. I was so nervous planning a wedding from out of state, and in the end with Tori’s help, I had no reason to be. Throughout the entire day, Tori remained calm, and helpful. She handled everything with grace, and I received countless comments on how great she was at handling the entire event. Our friends and family fell in love with her as easily as we did, and we all enjoyed her presence. I knew Nora would be fantastic when after our first call together I described the vibe I was looking for for our wedding and she nailed it in the mood board. They say nothing is perfect, but it’s hard to convince me that our experience with Nora wasn’t beyond it. Samantha was THE BEST wedding coordinator we could have ever asked for. She was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Booking Nora, Casey, and the EWN team for our wedding was undeniably the best decision we made and money spent on our big day! I cannot even begin to recommend them highly enough to do their incredible creativity, patience, kindness, attention to detail, and expertise justice. Let's rewind: I'm a type-A, do-it-yourself, design-focused bride. Right after my now-husband proposed, I was convinced I was going to plan our entire wedding myself and I didn't need any planning support. He had the foresight to know that finding at least a partial planner from the get-go would be *life-changing* for the 16 months of planning that lied ahead, and I caved and agreed to it. (little did I know he would be SO very right). After talking to a few options, EWN was the absolute most obvious choice, and I could tell Nora and Casey were going to be great partners in making our vision a reality. Over the 16 months that ensued, Nora (as our planning lead) quickly became a close friend, confidant, mediator, and creative collaborator. She had the patience for my long emails with laundry lists of questions and ideas, she brought the excitement about choosing every single little detail, she connected us with some wildly talented vendors, and she had the most incredible worksheets and resources to make sure that we stayed on track every step of the way. Nora let me lead the event design, as I had wanted, but she was quick to provide supportive feedback and nudge me when she knew something wasn't going to turn out precisely as I envisioned. It was always a "yes, and" with Nora, never a "no you can't," and our collaboration made our day more thoughtful and beautiful than we could have ever dreamed. Fast forward to the day of. Wow. Casey, as our lead coordinator, was our best buddy and right-hand gal every second of the day, and I honestly felt like I was hanging out with a long-time girlfriend. She put out fires I didn't even know were burning, assured me things were fine and on time, and still had time to pay attention to the smallest details. I don't want to ruin any surprises for future couples, but the thoughtful details kept appearing, even after we had returned to our suite at the end of the night!! Our bridal party and family could not stop talking about how much they loved having Casey around the whole day, and we couldn't agree more! She is the BEST. Then of course there is the rest of the EWN team! My only regret is not spending MORE time with them because they were all magnificent. They took the decor pieces we had gathered over 16 months of planning and made Tenk absolutely shine. They even added their own creative flair, which filled our day with moments of surprise and delight. All this to say: you 10000% need to book Nora and her team for your wedding. No questions asked. They will absolutely go above and beyond not just to make your wedding day, but your entire engagement, ~*magical.*~

Nora is the best wedding planner! She is great with communication and was readily available throughout the entire planning process. She is very organized and detail oriented. Nora coordinated with all our of various vendors so efficiently and made sure everyone was on the same page. She also has a substantial network of vendors that she has worked with before, which made the planning process so much easier. On the wedding day, she convinced our other vendors to wait out the rain so that we could have the outdoor ceremony we dreamed of and it was absolutely perfect! Emily went above and beyond, was always reachable, and was beyond organized. We worked with Tori Santiago for our wedding on June 2nd. She and her team were amazing! From day 1, they helped us with planning and gave us tips or advice on how to make our wedding vision come to life. I was finishing medical school, so my schedule was all over the place, but Tori was super responsive and fun to talk to, which always helps! She was there from set up the day before to well after I left on the wedding night. It was so nice to have someone there to move things along and make sure everything happened the way we wanted it. I even had a dress malfunction that she came running to help with! I highly recommend Engaged with Nora. Could not have asked for a better coordinator.

We had the absolute privilege of having Emily and Casey from Engaged&Co as our wedding planners for our weddings and let me just start by saying they were the ABSOLUTE best. We couldn’t have done it without them. Emily was available, kind, offered great advice, and was truly so amazing to work with. Her and Casey helped make every aspect of our wedding day absolutely perfect. From our first meeting they made us always feel like we were their top priority and were available for any questions we had. My husband and I talk about it still that we truly were blessed to have had them as our planners and we truly couldn’t recommend them more!!

If there is one thing you need to do to make your wedding day beautiful, calm, organized, and seamless, it is hiring Engaged with Nora. I cannot speak highly enough of EWN. They literally gave my husband and me a wedding that exceeded our wildest dreams! My husband and I planned our wedding at the Cleveland Museum of Art from our home in NYC, and we knew as soon as we dug into the initial planning phase that we needed help. We sought out a wedding planner about a year before our October 2022 event to assist with florals/decor, Cleveland-based vendor suggestions, and month-of planning. We knew as soon as we met Nora for an initial consultation over Zoom that her team would be a perfect fit for us. Nora walked us through a very detailed questionnaire about our wishes/ideas/inspiration for our wedding and showed us her massive array of super detailed spreadsheets, Google Drive folders, etc. to keep everything organized during the planning process. To be honest, Nora's organizational skills and attention to detail sold me right then and there! I knew that we would be in good hands with someone so organized, especially when planning from several states away. Based on the questionnaire, Nora created a STUNNING mood board that would guide all of our wedding-related decisions moving forward. We found this step to be so helpful in creating a cohesive event and to ensure that all of our small decisions would create a beautiful whole. It was also fun to show it off to friends and family - it really helped us get excited to see the final product! Nora assigned another planner on her team, Casey Hoxworth, to guide us through the remainder of our wedding planning. I am not exaggerating when I say that we absolutely could not have had a successful wedding day without Casey and her helpers from EWN. Casey was by my side from the morning while I was getting ready with my mom and bridesmaids until the very end of the reception and made sure I had everything I needed at all times. Casey calmed me down when I was feeling anxious, she kept everyone on schedule perfectly, and she communicated efficiently with all of our vendors to ensure that my husband and I got exactly the experience we wanted out of our wedding day. She also reminded us to have fun and took care of us in small but extremely thoughtful ways, like bringing us each our signature drink as soon as the reception started. This thoughtfulness was emblematic of how Casey treated us throughout our wedding day, and left such a positive impression on both of us. Our experience with Casey and the entire EWN team truly could not have been better, and hiring them was one of the absolute best decisions we made during the wedding planning process. The entire team is kind, funny, and EXTREMELY talented at what they do. They are also incredible at prioritizing what YOU want out of your day, because that is what matters most. Where do I even begin!? We hired Engaged With Nora to help us with Coordination, and it was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. We got paired with Casey, who specializes in Coordination, and I cannot have imagined a better person to have alongside our wedding journey. We wanted to DIY our wedding, partly because I love personalization and crafting and partly because of budget constraints. But one thing that was really important to me was to have someone on the day of who could handle all the details I'd worked so hard on, so I was free to actually enjoy my day. I am still truly amazed with how much Casey & her EWN team (shout out to Macy & Mary) did for us. I was so impressed with the amount we got for our Coordination package. It was so much more than day-of coordination like I had expected; we got planning spreadsheets, Casey met with us several times before, she took over communication with vendors, had walkthroughs, setup/tear down help, AND every ounce of logistics and emotional support on the day-of. We were planning our Ohio wedding remotely from Virginia, and Casey made the effort to ensure her services were still exceptional regardless of distance. The overwhelming emotions and stress of the actual wedding day were significantly reduced because of Casey. She was supportive and positive and 100% there for us in whatever we needed. Not only did she always know what was happening and kept everyone on schedule, but she even fixed our day-of surprise oopsies with ease and grace (like forgetting the wine for our picnic & the boys missing the photographer meet up). Her attention to detail and confidence in her job made me relax and trust her throughout the process (which is really saying something because I am very Type-A!) I truly felt Casey cared about us and our day on a personal level. I am so grateful for the Engaged with Nora team, and for all that Casey did to make our day the best it could be. If I could recommend one thing from our wedding experience, it would absolutely be the Engaged with Nora services. Do yourself a favor and contact them!

If you are considering working with Nora and her team, do it! I want to get married all over again just to have Casey organize one of my days (seriously, I have never walked a day on this earth where everything was so... easy). We were very fortunate to work with so many amazing and talented vendors on our wedding day, but Casey and her team were the glue that held the whole team together. Casey went above and beyond all day. I overheard many other vendors complimenting how organized she and her team are and that they have never seen a wedding planner help with some of the tasks Casey was willing to jump in to assist with. We had a detail session a few months before the wedding which gave the final, stressful months of planning structure and clear direction for my husband and I. I’m sure there are countless other things she did behind the scenes that my husband and I didn’t even realize, but she made the whole experience extremely low stress, and it was an absolute pleasure working with her. Nora, who I only met a handful of times, always remembered me and something about our initial conversation and brought me in for a hug when she saw me in the office. They were so welcoming at our in-person meetings, and accommodating when we were not able to be there in-person with virtual options. Right before booking with Nora, I had been to a wedding where the planner was very disorganized and asked the bridal party for assistance and guidance with key details during the wedding. That experience encouraged me to take my search for a wedding coordinator very seriously. Choosing Nora's team was an easy decision that I was so glad I had made again and again throughout the process.

Nora and her team are absolute rock stars and made our wedding weekend run SO smoothly. We continue to reminisce of how special our wedding weekend was and can’t help but give credit to a lot of that to Nora and her team. So many of the small little details, coordination and behind the scenes operations were beyond amazing because of her. I was calm throughout the entire process because I knew Nora could and would handle anything and everything. The help and support she offered went beyond her job responsibilities and we felt as if it were a friend offering us help. I would highly recommend Nora and her team to anyone!

We booked Engaged with Nora as a comfort in having to worry less and worry about less details. We booked a little less than a year in advance, but we’re so excited for it. When I first started planning (I am such an organized person) I was so interested in joining wedding planning as a part time gig! We met with Nora, and she was FANTASTIC. However, you don’t work directly with Nora. Throughout our process, we were assigned not one, not two, but THREE different assistants to work with. It added a lot of stress having to basically re-explain and start over each time. It also made you feel like you were unwanted and kept being pushed to the bottom. In the end we worked with Jaclyn who was very kind and sweet but not as forward as Nora to get things done and take charge amongst loud families. If I were to do a wedding again, I honestly feel I’d be okay without. It was a good sense of relief to not worry about everything but I felt I had everything organized and planned way beyond what the planner did for me. The biggest kick was never being featured on social media. You look forward to your big day for a year, sometimes more. A year I watched Instagram posts and stories from Nora for multiple weddings each weekend. “Beautiful wedding, great working with this couple, etc”. My day came and went like we didn’t even matter to them. Not one shout out. What was the point of sharing all the Instagram handles of vendors? Little frustrating that you spend so much money with this vendor, and just felt like you didn’t “make it” in their eyes.

I’m a bit of a worrier and a VERY detail oriented person, which can make planning a wedding feel impossible. Nora and her crew were phenomenal. There wasn’t a detail overlooked. She supported us every step of the way, turning what otherwise could’ve been a stressful endeavor into a mix of laughter and memories. From day one until ‘I do’, Nora and her crew made sure we were a priority and even stepped in where other vendors had faltered. Honestly, I would start the process all over just to work with them again.

I truly could not have made it through my wedding day without Nora! She did an incredible job from start to finish. I could not imagine my wedding day without her. I highly recommend Engaged with Nora. The package I chose was very reasonable for the job that these planners do. I use to be an event planner myself but I knew planning my own wedding there would be a lot I couldn't take on such as coordinating vendors, timelines and especially day of responsibilities. From the very beginning you get access to your own Google Doc where you and your planner have access to adding contracts, files and endless spreadsheets to help you stay on track. This was extremely helpful for me to reference whenever any of my vendors had questions. My event planner was Casey, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was very professional, timely and organized. She came to my final venue walk through and went through the timeline from start to finish. She was excellent the week of my wedding, help me remain calm and stress free. The day of the wedding was an absolute breeze as she took care of many of the items I wouldn't have been able to do myself. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful but Nora kept me on task with her Google Doc check list, had the best suggestions and knew exactly where to find different things I wanted incorporated into the wedding. Engaged with Nora is an absolute MUST for your wedding. Casey was our main coordinator and she was phenomenal. She made our wedding day/night perfect. I don’t know what I would have done without her & the rest of the team. Casey continued to check in with me and my fiancé (now hubby ;)) to make sure we were having a good time/if we needed anything. Nora and team were awesome. Three things that stood out: (1) After initially discussing a wedding at a more traditional venue in Cleveland, my now-wife and I decided to pivot to a wedding 3 hours away, at a non-traditional venue, with no knowledge of local vendors. Nora didn't miss a beat. To say we couldn't have done it without her is an understatement. The mood board she developed with our assistance and feedback was our north star throughout the process, and the design came to life so beautifully on our wedding day. (2) Nora, Sam, and Emily were so helpful on the day-of! Their finishing touches and final adjustments were brilliant. One example: Our wedding was outdoors and a week of rain had turned our planned dancing area into a bit of a mud pit. Nora and team cleverly re-purposed the rugs that lined our aisle into a boho dance floor that was a huge hit. (3) Planning a wedding is stressful, but Nora's positive energy on our calls was very reassuring. Additionally, her willingness to go above and beyond gave us such confidence that we were in good hands. An example of going above and beyond: Nora even drove us and our dog Genie home on our wedding night so that Genie could stay at the reception until the end! We strongly recommend the Engaged Team for your wedding needs!!

Before I hired Nora and her team, I was stressed and had no clue what I was doing, but after Nora, I had not a single worry. Her and her team of highly professional, courteous, and caring individuals answered all of our questions, and essentially took the reins and made our vision come to life. She kept us informed every step of the way; I knew exactly what needed to be done by me or by her and when it needed to be completed thanks to her extremely organized google docs. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, DO IT and hire Nora, Samantha, and team. We were unsure at first whether this was another wedding expense we wanted to take on, but it was hands down the best investment we made. We worked most closely with Samantha and she is amazing. She took care of so much, including things I never would have thought of. I felt like I could really relax and be in the moment because I knew she was on top of everything. Our families and wedding party commented multiple times throughout the day how great she and the team were. Fun anecdote: moments before the flower girl walked down the aisle she accidentally ripped a tassel off the pillow she was carrying. Nora sprung into action with a safety pin and fixed it just in time. I only got married two days ago and I’ve already recommended Engaged with Nora to others. They went above and beyond! As my man of honor said, ‘Sam is a literal icon.’

Nora was the best decision we made (outside of deciding to get married) for our wedding weekend! We were getting married in Cleveland but both of us live in a different state, so we were relying on Nora and her team for just about everything. We originally just had Nora planning our dream wedding (about 200 guests), but quickly realized how great she was that we asked her to also plan our welcome party/rehearsal dinner (over 100+ guests). We communicated with Nora via virtual meetings, email, and text messages in the months leading up to the wedding weekend and she was always extremely responsive and helpful. She always provided us options for the different vendors (each with a little different styles so we could pick which fit right for us). Even had some last minute requests (like week of) that we decided we wanted and she pulled it all off. Then came the weekend. With both of our jobs being pretty demanding, the weeks leading up to the wedding were a bit chaotic. But once we saw Nora the morning of the welcome party, all the stress was gone and the show was in her hands. And it could not have gone better! Her and her team executed everything perfectly. It seems like every guest commented on how well organized and run the evening was. From the ceremony to cocktail hour to no one waiting in long lines for food stations to transition to the dancing/party! Many small touches were included throughout the night - it is clear Nora deeply cares about her couples and truly creates a magical weekend for us, our families, and friends. Can't recommend Nora highly enough.

Nora and her team were amazing! I knew I wanted someone else to take on the organization for the day, so I hired her right away, one of the first parts of the planning process. She helped with vendor recommendations, design, decor, and of course the entire coordination piece. And she didn't just coordinate the wedding day, she also organized vendors, details, and reminders the whole week before the wedding and ran the rehearsal! She assisted with a carsick bridesmaid like it was no big deal, warmed my ears when they were cold, checked in with us all many times throughout the day, and most importantly, managed my dress like an absolute boss woman!! She had suggestions and methods for everything from how to cut the cake to how to pee in my big ballgown dress. Seriously above and beyond in every way throughout the entire day. I cannot recommend enough!!
