Originally constructed in the late 1940s, the barn is the largest of its kind across several states. At 4,500 square feet, it is an impressive and retro-chic spot to host your wedding. Facilities and Capacity Engelbrecht Farm can accommodate 200 guests and is set apart by its unique two-story interior. This allows friends and family to sit on the second floor and look down upon the head table, ensuring that everyone feels part of the festivities. The reception area is complemented by the outdoor ceremony area, transformed from an old feedlot into a beautiful flower garden with iron pergola. In the evening, this garden is also a great place to play lawn games with your loved ones and to sit around the stylish fire pit. Along with the barn, rental of the facility comes with a fully renovated three-bedroom farmhouse. Also included in your rental are tables and chairs, large props, and 600 lbs. of ice for your drinks. There is also staff included to assist in the rehearsal, wedding and reception. This is the place where you are not rushed in and out. You have plenty of time to decorate, have your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner. You have the entire house to get ready in. Don't forget to start the day on the front porch with coffee and end the day sitting around the fire pit. Then the third day gather your items and checkout is at noon. Services Offered Engelbrecht Farm's wedding package is a flat rate with no upcharges with guest counts under 200, with three-day rental of the estate. Starting on Friday, you and your guests will have exclusive access to the property. This will allow you to set up and decorate on Friday, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, host your wedding on Saturday, and gather for a farewell brunch and breakdown your decorations on Sunday.
