My fiancé got my engagement ring from Engels, and I am absolutely in love with it! His mom has been getting her jewelry from Engels for years, and now I can see why!
I stopped in ...
today because I had a broken necklace (that wasnât even purchased from Engels), and Carrie Ann was more than happy to help me! On top of that, she cleaned my two-week-old engagement ring! đ She even took the time to let me try on wedding bands just for fun! I never once felt pressured to buy anything, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable and welcoming!
My little sister came along with me and even made sure to mention how good the store smelled! đ
Such a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back! I highly recommend Engels Jewelry! đđ

us and answered all of our questions very kindly and accurately. Even though I wasnât planning to buy anything that day, that didnât deter her from giving us an amazing experience. She was very helpful and courteous the whole time. I came back the following day to refine my search for a ring, and she recognized me by name. Once again, her service was very kind and welcoming. She helped me pick out and purchase a ring. After I purchased the ring, her service has still been exemplary. She contacted me personally through a phone call that I requested when the ring was ready, and she has been very considerate, explaining what terms meant and what additional services they offer multiple times.
I look forward to working with Engels further for any jewelry I want, both for their customer service and price. Iâd highly recommend Engels to anyone looking for a jeweler.

They ran every idea by me at each step and made the perfect ring for me to propose to my fiancĂ©e. or you, which I did for my fiancée. I went into this without knowing a thing about jewelry or rings, which was pretty daunting. Mark Engel and Robin made it easy, helping me every step of the way. Encouraging my creativity and giving their own input from their expertise when I got lost designing my custom engagement ring. The ring was exactly how I imagined it would look, and my fiancée loves it too! The customer service made it so much more meaningful, they really went out of they way, even scheduling an appointment off hours because I couldn't be there during business hours! We're grateful we have a local jeweler that we can rely on. I would recommend Engel's to anyone, especially someone unsure where to start, like I was. 5 stars!
