first tour, to our wedding day, and all of the planning in between, Ben and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had never been to ECC before, so we solely chose the venue based on our first impression, and it was the best decision we could've made. The property is stunning. The inside is beautiful, bright, recently renovated, and clean. Ben was always quick to respond to emails and always made himself available to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot!). He was beyond accommodating, patient, and did everything with our best interest in mind. We want to thank Ben and his staff for making our wedding day the best day of our lives. They made sure everything remained on schedule per our timeline and every single thing went perfectly! You always hear people say that something is bound to go wrong on your wedding day, but we can't relate. Vicki, my bridal attendant, was also a dream come true. She was my shadow throughout the entire day and night. She is so incredibly sweet and cared so much about making sure I had what I needed at all times. She took photos and videos on my iPhone throughout the day and night, so we have so much awesome content to hold us over until we get the professionals back. The food was endless and delicious. People are still raving about our cocktail hour and the sushi. We could go on and on, but we'll leave it with this: If we had the chance to redo our wedding, we wouldn't change a thing. Trisha was there for us step by step for the wedding planning process- continuously keeping me calm when I got anxious. She honestly had a solution for every single bump in the road. . When we visited Engineers, we were impressed with how beautiful and modern it is. Trisha, the Event Sales Director at Engineers, played a huge role in having our wedding planning and execution go so smoothly. She was extremely responsive leading up to our wedding day. She is so kind, patient and provided immense guidance to us throughout the planning on any questions we had. I am a very detail-oriented person, so I especially appreciated how thorough she was in answering our questions, allowing everything to be thought out ahead of time. On the day of our wedding, both Trisha and the bridal attendant, Vicky were incredible. Vicky followed me throughout the day and night to help with whatever I needed. She also assisted my husband, our immediate families and both of our bridal parties with anything needed throughout the day, including making sure we ate and provided help with anything we needed for our outfits. We were able to get outdoor photos on the golf course during the day and drove a golf cart, which was one of the most fun experiences of the day. We had beautiful ceremony inside the Ballroom. The flow of the cocktail hour and reception was so smooth and the level of service was amazing. All of our guests raved about how good the food was, some saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Our cocktail hour stations and passed d'oeuvres were so expansive and we got so many compliments! Our wedding was so wonderful and fun and we cannot thank Trisha, Vicky and the rest of the staff at Engineers enough! We highly recommend the venue!

On wedding day, we were pampered from the moment we arrived to get ready. I, as the bride, has the luxury of having their bridal attendant, Vicki, with me all day. I cannot say enough good things!!! To holding my dress all day during pictures, holding onto my lip gloss, taking pictures on my cell phone throughout the day so we had pictures to immediately look at the next day, bustling my dress, getting me drinks throughout the night, she was AMAZING and on top of everything! We also have our rehearsal dinner at Engineers because we had a lot of out of town guests staying at the hotel nearby. It was also a beautiful evening and in a different part of the club which didn’t make you feel like you double-dipped in any part of the venue. 10/10 recommend getting married or having any event at Engineers. Our guests couldn’t say enough good things about the food and drinks. We left married, happy, and full!

Country Club was at the top of all our lists for so many reasons. The space felt warm, felt inviting, felt cozy. It has so much character, so much charm with a modern vibe. With 220 guests, we were very sensitive to selecting a venue that could more than accommodate without feeling cavernous. The Engineers checked all our boxes. We all fell in love with it. However, most importantly, it was Trish, the events manager, hands down, that won us over. From our first meeting, we instantly liked her. Trish was warm, calm, poised, knowledgeable, genuine, likable. She exudes an ease that just makes you feel so comfortable. And that is priceless. With so many moving parts to a wedding, Trish oversaw the entire planning and coordination so exquisitely. She is so organized and made a potentially daunting experience feel like a walk in the park. We were in the best hands possible. My son’s wedding was picture perfect. The food was elegant, delicious and gorgeously presented. We received so many compliments, such as, “best sushi ever”, “great taco bar”, “awesome dim sum”, such an authentic southern station”. And those desserts, “wow”! All we kept hearing from our guests for weeks after, in so many ways, was “best wedding ever”. And, we were surrounded by the most incredible band ( Marcus Reid), jaw-dropping flowers (Andrew Pascoe) and mesmerizing photographer (Danny Weiss). We are so grateful to Trish and her team. She left no stone unturned and she has a gift of making it all seem so effortless.

private country club yet - please check it out. It’s both the most gorgeous setting but it also an extremely convenient location. Engineers wasn’t even on our radar originally. We had such terrible luck looking at other venues that we literally walked into ECC one evening without an appoitment or plan. Even though we totally bombarded our way in, we were still greeted and given a full tour. It was that night we met Trisha, the best wedding gift we could have ever received ! Meeting Trisha is quite literally the best thing that could have ever happened. As dramatic as that sounds, Trisha reassured us every single step of the way, was always available, and listened to all of our wishes. She went above and beyond her role to ensure we had our dream wedding. Something I noticed everywhere else we went was the cookie cutter business feeling. It was never about me or my husband. Trisha made it a point to get to know me, my husband, and our families. She let us come see the venue as many times as we wanted, sent us table ideas, and would even responds to my many panicked late night messages. I never felt like I was bothering her or just another bride. Trisha was genuinely there for us every moment of wedding planning. Engineers was an absolutely stunning venue that only has one event a day. The private attention is key when planning your big day. Most other places had timelines or several other events happening at once. The privacy not only allowed us to create our own timeline but, we had access to the entire property. All of the day of staff was incredible including my bridal attendant Victoria. She did everything from fix my dress to taking behind the scenes photos for us. The venue was recently renovated so everything is brand new. The ballroom doesn’t feel like a catering hall and has no carpet! As ridiculous as that sounds, it meant a lot. Everything felt fresh and adaptable to our decor. In addition to the gorgeous rooms and outdoor spaces, the food at Engineers ? INCREDIBLE!!!!!!! Everyone was raving about our food selection. The engineers wedding menu is extensive and totally customizable. I actually pray that one of my friends gets married at ECC just so I can go back and eat. Besides the actual food served at the wedding, the food spread we had while getting ready was phenomenal. We had full access to ECC the day of our wedding. We got to set up and get ready there at no extra charge. They had a delicious lunch spread and bar stocked for the entire wedding party. There are truly not enough words to express the gratitude I have for ECC and especially Trisha. I don’t think our wedding would have been anywhere as incredible as it was if it wasn’t for Trisha or ECC. I’m already looking forward to the next big event we can plan with EEC !

ckdrop was a magnificent golf course. Since I had never been to this beautiful venue and booked it based on a FaceTime call with Trisha I was taking a leap of faith. She guided me every step of the way. Planning an event like this can be stressful but with her help and execution we couldn’t have asked for more. The venue was beautiful, the food amazing and the staff top notch. Our guests are still raving about the food and many have commented that it is one of the nicest rehearsal dinners they’ve attended. sha went above and beyond throughout the whole process to make sure our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. The food, the décor, the atmosphere, the service, the drink selections - every aspect of the wedding was exactly what we wanted. The venue itself is beautiful, and we had access to the facilities the entire day, as they only do one wedding per day. The ballroom is very spacious and elegant with a large dance floor and a nice bar to keep serving guests the entire night. We held the cocktail hour indoors and it was a perfect set up with plenty of food stations and seating and tables. There is also a huge bar which is great as it never feels cramped when people are gathering around the bar or waiting to get a drink. We also took some beautiful photos on the golf course and on the beautifully landscaped grounds. The food was top-notch; even in spite of all the time spent greeting people at the cocktail hour, we were determined to get a taste of everything because the food was so tasty. And the first and main courses were terrific as well, as was the dessert. We held our after-party in another room upstairs and it was a perfect place to end the night - there is a large terrace overlooking the golf course with fire pits and plenty of seating, and there is a dance floor (although our after-party was pretty low key and relaxed) and plenty of seating indoors as well. We also enjoyed some great comfort food after a high-energy party. We looked at a lot of venues during our planning, but we could not be happier with our choice. Many of our family members and guests commented on the great food and the beautiful venue, and the service and assistance that Trisha and her team provided rounded out the entire experience and helped us have the best day of our lives!

We spent the whole day at ECC getting ready and not only was the room where we got ready spacious and pretty but there were delicious food and drinks for everyone. We had hoped for an outdoor ceremony but unfortunately weather didn’t cooperate and we were forced to have the ceremony inside. The ceremony was beautiful and the room change over from ceremony to party was seamless and fast. Trisha was available all day if we ever needed her and Vicki was a wonderful bridal attendant. All the food was amazing. The sushi bar was delicious as were all the other stations. We chose to pay for one extra station more than was offered as I wanted the room to feel full and I wanted the food to be plentiful. It definitely was!! Pass arounds during the cocktail hour were delicious and plentiful. The main course was a duo of steak and salmon and everything was cooked perfectly. I think it’s hard for 200 steaks to be cooked perfectly and they were!! Everybody loved the passed around desserts as well as the cookies, wedding cake and fruit that were delivered to each table for dessert. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Trish and all the staff at ECC.

but the staff is phenomenal. Trisha did everything for me without even letting me think. She was wonderful, supportive and there 24/7 with any answers I needed leading up to the day. My bridal party needed to be there at 8am and she made sure to be there at 7:30am for us, again, very accommodating. I am so appreciative, lucky and grateful to have had the help from the rest of the staff at the Engineers Country Club to give my now husband and I the best possible day of our lives and they succeeded at doing so. Trisha Ben and the staff exceeded our expectations in their attentiveness and with their calm cool and collected attitudes. This put myself and my fiancés mind at ease through the entire process. Not only was our wedding day seamless, but through out the planning process the team had been prompt with getting back to us and the most helpful figuring out with our vendors what the best course of actions was in any given matter. I could not have got through this process without Trisha and am so thankful for all she had helped us with. The wedding was pure perfection and it was all thanks to the engineers team!

e amazing reviews about the food, multiple event spaces, and how easy they were to work with during a global pandemic, we ultimately decided to also have the rehearsal dinner at the club the evening before. We were thrilled with this decision and the outdoor area was perfect for it, with the beautiful view of the golf course. Trisha was a rock for us during wedding planning. She was on it for every detail. She was responsive, organized, kind, flexible, collaborative and went above and beyond in every way. She was more than a pleasure to work with. In fact, every single, person we met within the ECC team (e.g., Oscar, Tucker, Vicki) contributed to making the wedding planning process less stressful and the wedding day flawless. Everyone went above and beyond with both the big details and the little ones that truly make a large difference. Any question or concern I had about the event or planning process was immediately squashed when Trisha would offer a solution. For example, when my mother was concerned about the rehearsal dinner being indoor/outdoor due to COVID-19 and immunocompromised attendees, Trisha altered the plan, and the rehearsal dinner was completely outdoors. When we asked about BOTH the cocktail hour and ceremony being outside so that those that were immunocompromised could at least stay through cocktail hour, they made it happen, even if it wasn’t ever done or offered before. ECC made it a joy to visit each time we came to Long Island from the city. ECC became somewhat of a home and place of comfort for us, which is ironic when we think about planning a wedding during a global pandemic. The timing of all transitions throughout the night was perfectly executed. The extent of the professionalism amongst everyone that evening was exquisite, and our wedding day turned into a night that we will forever deem as perfect. The team worked well with every other vendor we hired (e.g., florist, band). Our vendors seemed happy to know we were having our wedding at ECC. There was no need to hire a planner, day of, or month of person because Trisha and the day of bridal attendant take care of it all. Everything the Chef touched was gold and that is coming from a foodie. Guests constantly told us both during the wedding and the weeks that followed that the food was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding. An uncle even called to tell us that there were consistent efforts to ensure his comfort and safety throughout the night due to a severe food allergy. We didn’t need to rent a stage for the band because of course ECC already had one. They then put in another stage for the afterparty. There were no waits for drinks and the room looked incredible (also thanks to Robert at Pedestals). I could not speak more highly of this place for a wedding or event. Thank you ECC!

Trisha went above and beyond to make sure she was there for us and our families! Every time we brought various family members to the club she always made us feel welcomed and like we were family! When the Covid-19 pandemic hit and wedding planning became rough Trisha was always there for us to talk, listen, give advice and lead us in the best direction. We postponed 2 times without hassle and the process was always smooth and easy! Even better, on what should have been our original wedding date Trisha even invited us to have lunch with our families at ECC which was BEYOND DELICIOUS!!! Once the restrictions began clearing up and we knew date number 3 was a go, Trisha continued to always be there! She was our hype women, she answered every concern and question without hesitation! The weekend of the wedding was an absolute dream come true! The Engineers Country Club staff was on point ALL NIGHT LONG! Victoria the bridal attendant was UNBELIEVABLE and was there for us all the entire event ! I recommend everyone check out this amazing venue as we can’t say it enough, the place is beautiful the food OUTSTANDING (people still talk about how delicious our duet entree was ESPECIALLY the Burrata appetizer) but most importantly the staff are just the most delightful people to work through the good the bad and some of the most stressful times !!!! I can’t wait to throw another event at Engineers Country Club in the near future !!!!!

The food was absolutely amazing (we choose an upscale BBQ - steak, chicken, mac and cheese, etc.) as were the drinks. Everything about the night was seamless and made us even more excited for our wedding the following day. Would 100% recommend doing a rehearsal dinner (or even a wedding here).

The #1 part of the experience was working with Catering Manager Trisha Jaiman. She knows how to work with multiple families and she's an awesome problem solver. If you are looking for a wedding spot in Long Island, go to Engineers and sign up. You will be very happy.
