Chef Matt was so wonderful to work with and did such a phenomenal job at our wedding! From our first conversation with him it was so evident that he’s passionate about what he does...
and he really cares about making each event as amazing as he can. His whole team was super professional and kind and they all went above and beyond for us and our guests. Everyone raved about how delicious the food was (fan favorites were the yum yum meatball appetizers and the beef tips), it was very reasonably priced especially considering the quality of the food he made, and my parents were going on and on about how Chef Matt was the definition of good people. We had a situation where all of our tablecloths we had bought were nowhere to be found on the day of our wedding, and Chef Matt came to the rescue and took them out of storage and literally saved the day. Couldn’t recommend them enough, they were absolutely wonderful and we appreciate all of the thoughtfulness, kindness, and professionalism they brought to our special day! If you’re looking for a caterer for your big event it should be an absolute no brainer to choose Enlightened Catering. Thank you so much!

From the very first tasting I knew we had struck literal gold with Chef Matt. The tasting went so well we literally scheduled a second one just to eat his food again. He was attentive any time we needed to make a menu change, he was thorough, and he TRULY catered to everything we said we wanted.
On the day of, Chef Matt arrived early and was prepared. He worked just as hard as the rest of his staff and was there every step of the way to make sure the experience was extremely professional. Even our photographers (who do tons of weddings each year) were like, this is the best wedding food I've ever had and I need to recommend Chef Matt to more brides!
