Eric Nelson was born in Brooklyn, and his passion for photography began as a kid when he bought a simple toy camera at Woolworth’s. When he took a school trip to an art museum, he realized his love for the craft and soon turned his hobby into a lifelong professional journey. Over the last four decades, Eric has honed his craft, working with every generation of camera and on projects for former California Governor Pete Wilson, the California State Capitol, and others. Since 1991, He has also documented over 458 weddings all over the country, ensuring he has the necessary skill and experience to capture the essense of your love story.

- Eric Nelson-SeinOwner/PhotographerBorn in Brooklyn, New York, Eric’s passion for photography began at age ten when he bought a simple toy camera at Woolworth’s. A class trip to an art museum soon inspired him to turn that hobby into a lifelong professional journey. Over the past 40 years, Eric has mastered every generation of camera gear—from 1960s film and 35mm cameras to medium-format systems and modern digital mirrorless technology. Having shot with Nikon, Canon, and Mamiya over his career, he currently uses the full-frame Sony a7IV. With four decades of hands-on experience, Eric has photographed over 450 weddings and 176 major events. His work covers premier destinations across California and Hawaii, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Napa Valley, and Lake Tahoe. His high-profile portfolio includes projects for former California Governor Pete Wilson, the California State Capitol, Travis Air Force Base, McClellan Air Force Base, and the National Credit Union Lobby.
