with. When we arrived at the church an hour before the wedding, the church just had a couple of close relatives in it, but the quartet was already set up and playing (as I had hoped!). As I went up to introduce myself they warmly greeted me and they played so beautifully, their music brought tears to my eyes. Ensemble Aevia brought a wonderful sense of beauty and serenity to my daughter and son in law's special day!

The musicians were early to the wedding, very personable, but most importantly, their playing was to the highest standard I could have wished for. They played every requested piece with precision and artistry and I only wish I had booked them for the entirety of the reception instead of just the three hours of pre service, ceremony, and cocktail hour. I will add that I found their fee very reasonable and Matthew was very easy and pleasant to work with. Thanks, Ensemble Aevia, for making a most important part of my daughter’s wedding perfect.

I sent Matt a few classical covers for modern songs, and the cellist was able to provide honest feedback as to what songs would sound best with his instrument. We received so many complements on the professionalism of the musician and beauty of the music. Thanks Ensemble Aevia for being one of the least stressful part of planning a wedding!!!

hey sounded wonderful. I was a little nervous that I wouldn't be able to hear any of it until the big day but they were very professional and I didn't need to worry. I also requested a specific song for him to play, and he learned it and played it exactly as I asked!! Very professional, very nice, and his pricing was the best compared to everyone I asked. really invested in making the music appropriate for our taste, as well as appropriate for our ceremony (it was a Jewish ceremony and the ensemble provided us with wonderful traditional music during the recessional.) As a classically trained violinist myself, I can say that the quality of this group is superb. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend using them in your wedding!
