The Backdrop turned out awesome!!! 99% of what I wanted but the service prior to the wedding was terrible. I contacted him 3 months prior the wedding which is what he told me to do at a bridal show. The backdrop was not finalized until 3 days before the wedding. I was specific on what I wanted and when I did hear back from Steve he just showed me a picture of something else. I had to ask for pictures, initially all I got was a price. It took on average a week to a week and a half to hear back from him for any e-mail I sent. Although the back drop was awesome in the end, the over all cost of it was really expensive. Since I waited till 3 months prior to the wedding once I got an estimate and started to work with him via e-mail only it was too late to change to another backdrop Vendor. No matter how many times I asked, he would not do a sit down meeting with me and when I asked him to call or text or I told him I would call, we were not even able to set up a phone conversation. The work might be great but he needs to work on his customer service skills. If you have time to get things done he does great work, but at a price!! If you are cutting it short I would suggest contacting another backdrop vendor.
