Our wedding at this venue was truly unforgettable. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, but what made the experience exceptional was the professionalism and care of the staff....
They took the time to understand our culture and made sure it was thoughtfully incorporated throughout our celebration — something that meant so much to us. We also opted for the open bar, and our guests were impressed with the premium liquor selection. The event coordinator went above and beyond, meeting every need with ease and making the entire process feel seamless. The banquet and conference space created the perfect atmosphere for both our ceremony and reception. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was handled seamlessly so we could focus on enjoying our special day. A special thank you to Christina, who did an outstanding job. She was incredibly helpful, organized, and responsive throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind. Her communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring, which made the entire planning process feel effortless. We hosted an ethnic wedding with specific cultural traditions and requirements, and she was incredibly understanding, respectful, and accommodating of all the cultural differences involved. n guest list on 6/30/24. I picked this venue because of my initial impression of Christine from our very first meeting. Christine is kind, respectful, open minded, flexible, intelligent, and culturally sensitive. The wedding package was reasonably priced. The hotel is centrally located in Mansfield MA at the intersection of 495 and 95. There is plenty of parking . She has A LOT of experience with hosting big wedding events for the Indo-Pak and Muslim communities, and very much understands what these communities are looking for when having big weddings in the US, without me even having to say a word. Every single recommendation she gave, from the photographer to the hall/stage decorator was excellent and reliable. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls. She handles stressful situations with professionalism and ease. Her team served all the dishes hot, and efficiently kept the buffet dishes refilled. My son and daughter in law really enjoyed their special day. I highly highly recommend! Thank you Envision!

Cris Wilson banquet manager is incredible. She was on top of everything. She knew what I wanted/needed before I did. She was perfect! I could not have asked for a better place.

ectations. All our guests have raved about the food and how tasty and amazing it was. The white glove service during the reception was such a nice touch. There was no dragging wait time for dinner to be brought out and time between courses was perfect. My husband and I were treated with great service and care. We had many coming from out of town so we werent able to have a rehearsal the night before but Sue did wonderfully with keeping us on time and in line. The room looked great, the ceremony was prefect and I wish I could remember the name of the woman who take of us in our hospitality room and handled my husband and I but she was very attentive and service was top notch. Again no complaints at all, just wonderful praises for all that helped us with our wedding.

I had my wedding reception here and everything went wonderful. We did not have any problems. The cost was so much more reasonable than other venues in the area. The food was great ...
and the service. It was a hot day and the AC was not working properly. All my guests had a great time. THe bonus to this place is that the reception is 6 hours long. An hour longer than most places so you don't think the night flies by. THe extra hour of dancing was great. I would recomment this place.

ure it was set up the way we wanted). They gave us a discounted room rate for the guests. Only downfalls.... sometimes it took awhile to hear back with answers to questions during the planning period AND when guests called to make reservations they were sometimes transferred to the corporate Holiday Inn line and were denied the discounted room rate (almost half price). It was very frustrating because it happened several times and we had a large wedding so it was impossible to keep track of who got the appropriate discount. But that only happened when people were talking to the corporate reservation line... no complaints at all about the Holiday Inn in Mansfield! Great staff... Tom and Cris are the best and the hotel and hall were beautiful!

My husband and I got married at this Holiday Inn on November 5,2010. Everything was great! Tom Kelly helped to plan the perfect day for us. He was very helpful with suggestions but...
very open to our ideas as well. The day went off without even a bump. Cris was our main lady for the day and her artistic eye brought everything together and her experience made the rest of the day flow as it should! Almost every guest stayed at the hotel for at least one night (they offered VERY resonable room rates) and everyone loved it! By day they hung out at the pool and at night we had our wedding. Thank you so much to everyone who made this day possible for us!
