Called the vendor and informed them about start times and finish times. Day of event, Exactly at 8am, the photographer and videographer is there to take pictures for both the Bride and Groom side. They were professional, taking their time and friendly people to work with. The team was super accommodating with the couple even after the event ended and they still took pictures for us. I appreciate Nick (Vendor Contact) who took care of everything for us.

We went with this DJ as an emergency replacement a couple of weeks before our (small <50) wedding. I'm sad to say that we wish we had done it ourselves. They were difficult to coo...

rdinate with from the beginning. After sending a music list, we had to constantly request to connect to discuss the music, entrances, and timing since we had specific instructions. After complaining that our music list was so long the DJ was "drowning in it", we were just told to send the instructions and "don't worry" . They had been to our venue before and they have 5 star reviews and all that. Every. Single. Bridal. Party. Entrance. Was. Ruined. Crap quality, low volume, and every single song sputtered and stopped while the wedding party walked the aisle. How embarrassing it was to have the bride walk down to her music randomly stopping and sputtering to the point where the someone in the crowd mutters "F--- the DJ". Yes, the ceremony was outside, but they had been to the venue before so we expected perfection after we were literally told we would get perfection. Reception was dead. It was more of a funeral than a wedding. Even our "long music list" wasn't followed completely with songs playing randomly at the wrong moments. My mother-in-law who can't speak English used Google translate to lecture the DJ on his performance during the reception. There was supposed to be an open mic stand for guest well wishes but we had to use the videographer to take video interviews instead. There was a photo booth so far away that no one noticed it, or didn't even want to use it. Instructions weren't followed. Quality was terrible. Party was dead. "Cloud machine" was weak. Lightning was ineffective. We were told we were given a "great deal", they were doing us a favor by "rescuing our wedding", but we still paid infinitely too much for what we got. Now we have to pay the videographer to overlay clear music so at least we get the videos right. Considering them? Don't make the mistake we did.

Im Dj, I was married 3 months ago. At the barn at Villa Venezia. I was referred to EP Event Group from the place itself. They are referred from there. I had tried 4 or 5 different ...

photographers before finding him and his team. The prices were so overwhelming after meeting Nick, he was able to fulfill everything that we wanted. The best part was I was able to afford videography as well as photography. I booked his DJ company as well, he offered me as he has offered many, the bundle and save package. I save nearly $1,800 but the best part is yet to come. Nelson, David, Ryan and Dimitri are the professionals I had met with and they are the professionals that showed up to my event. I had 2 photographers and 2 videographers. They were personable, and all around incredible. Dimitri and Ryan had the photos edited and sent to me within 30 days. Nelson and David had their videos edited within 60 days. He did actually spell my name wrong but he corrected it and resent it within the day. Nobody’s perfect. Now getting to the DJ/MC, now that’s a totally different ball game. Nick Micheals preformed live at my request. My guests are still talking about it. His DJ Mark is simply the best I’ve heard in years, and played every single song I requested. I even asked him to play a song twice. Which a lot of DJs won’t do. But it’s my wedding and they said it was my way or they don’t get paid. Needless to say I was thrilled with the efforts professionalism and raw talent this company brought to my wedding. Three of my family and friends are booking them as we speak. And get this, at the end of the wedding I forgot my check book. They never bothered me for the money, waited for me to get back from my honeymoon to send final payment. You will not find this anywhere. I would recommend to anyone not just for weddings. Small get together, corporate office parties. Any event you may have give them a call. DJ/MC, photo booths, photo and video. Everything is done in house. This company is 10 stars. Not just 5.

My fiance and I were searching for DJ's for our upcoming wedding. EP Event Group kept getting recommended and we finally gave Nick and his team a try. It was the best decision (as...

ide from getting married) that we ever made. Nick and his team are a one stop shop for events of all types and sizes. We had really only given thought to the music and the DJ but after talking with Nick he opened up a world opportunties, bundles and packages. We had a budget and Nick managed to give us the world and we were shocked that it came in under our budget. His photographers and videographers attention to detail went above and beyond. They were extremely attentive. They helped guide us through every shot and were there even when family shots were being taken randomly. They took pictures of everything from floor to ceiling that you never would have thought would make a great picture. The pricing was phenomenal. Nick saved us hundreds of dollars between the DJ, Photo Booth, Lighting, Photographer and Videographer and he bundled everything in such a way we were simply amazed. Nick and his team thought of everything! They offered us so many different options, different packages and have a "think outside the box" approach. We very impressed with what they showed us. Even the uplighting, the sparkler machines and the dry ice which makes the floor "smoke" covered made the event that much more elegant. Everything came together perfectly! Most places make you wait 4 to 6 months to see the finished product when it comes to the wedding pictures and the video. Nick got it to us in 2 months. Knowing how busy Nick and his team are 7 days a week, 365 days a year yet somehow he made the impossible, possible. Overall, I now see why so many people recommended EP Event Group to my wife and I and we too recommend them to everyone we know having an event. Nick knows he's already hired for our kids parties, anniversaries and so much more that lies ahead. Thank you to Nick, Taylor, John and the team of professionals for going the extra mile and hitting it out of the park! Total Grand Slam!
