EP Films is the BEST! They were so wonderful to work with, answered everything quickly, and made sure we had everything ready to go on the big day! We received a highlight video, a 6 minute film of the whole day, and a full length video of our ceremony. Everything was perfect! The highlight reel and video of our wedding day were incredible. Rafael edited the best video of a wedding we have seen and all our friends and family are just as obsessed as we are! We are beyond happy with how everything turned out and will cherish our videos forever. It's so special to be able to relive our day over again every time we watch. I absolutely loved working with Rafael and the EP team! From the start Rafael listened and wanted to understand us as a couple and how we work and what we were looking for! He told me I didn't have to worry about anything on the day and he wouldn't do anything we aren't comfortable and he stayed true and made it a super enjoy able experience. Rafael and his team were so professional and passionate! They were communicative and friendly through every step -- from the exploration conversations, initial planning, and then on the actual day! Rafael offered lots of guidance and assurance and was happy to explain anything. On the day of the wedding, Rafael and his co-filmer were timely and so good at directing my husband and I to capture beautiful shots and moments. Rafael was so thoughful about how to record our vows beforehand to make sure we captured everything perfectly in terms of audio. WOW ! If we could give 10 stars, we would. EP Films captured our entire wedding weekend perfectly with the MOST beautiful videos that we will watch for years and years to come. From the beginning, their team communicated excellently and scheduled a call so we could introduce ourselves and personalize our experience. My husband and I didn't want to feel like we were "on film or posing" for the videos, and it did not feel like that AT ALL. Their videographers were so kind, creative, and easy to work with and blended right into both our rehearsal dinner and wedding. They captured the most authentic laughs, smiles, tears, and special moments and compiled everything into such beautiful videos. While we lived through our first dance, toasts, vows, and speeches, it was so special to watch them back together. We are blown away and recommend EP films to all! EP film did an exceptional job with everything. The communication, the videographer, etc. We were really happy that the videographer knew what he was doing and communicated confidently. It made us feel like we were in good hands. The highlight film was better than I would have expected. They highlighted important pieces of the wedding - the things that were important to us. We really wanted to get across at the wedding the way God had brought us together, and our marriage is a covenant agreement for us to remember His faithfulness and to continue serving as one body. Super nice people, and worked well with our photographer from a different company. They got our teaser video to us quick and got everything we ordered to us on our one month anniversary! We were so happy with our experience with EP Films. We got married in October 2023 and added EP Films to the list of vendors in late July because we weren't planning to have videography at all. But, we are SO GLAD we changed our minds. We went with the Premium package so we got a teaser, a highlight video, and the full documentary film, and WOW. All 3 are incredible. We received our teaser sooner than anticipated and while on our honeymoon, which was such an incredible surprise. Everything about these videos brought our full wedding vision to life - they captured all the details we carefully planned and showcased the personality of our day in such a perfect way. We even asked for some moments to be added in to the full documentary and they were happy to make some small edits for us to make sure we had everything we wanted. They were very responsive and attentive leading up to, and on the day of the wedding. They worked well with our coordinator and our photographer too. I really can't imagine not having the videos of our wedding, and would not have wanted to work with any one other than EP Films.

We had the pleasure of working with EP films for our wedding video. Let me just say look no further! Our video turned out stunning! I honestly have no complaints. We hired EP Films for our wedding in East Texas and just got back our highlight reel. Let me tell you... TEARS! From start to finish, the process of working with them was AMAZING. They were so good at communication and keeping us in the loop on the process. Before the wedding we had an opportunity to talk about the details that were important to us, we knew exactly who was coming and had an opportunity to check out their filming style, and on the day we had two professionals come in and do their thing. They worked well with our photographer and no one got in the way of the special moments, and you can REALLY tell that in the video. We have footage of the raw emotions from everyone throughout the day and those memories will be with us forever thanks to Rafael and the EP Films team.

I am so glad that I hired EP films to capture the video for my wedding. Going into our wedding, I knew that the two vendors I was willing to spend the most money on was the photographer and videographer because having those memories are truly priceless. We decided to get the highest package which would include two videographers and the full length documentary film. I highly suggest doing this because you get to actually relive the ceremony, family dances, speeches, etc. and the highlight film is great, but getting to watch the whole thing is even better. I loved everything about our videos and I have watched them almost 10 times already! There were a few mistakes that were not caught by the editor (which I was a little surprised about because they were really obvious errors where the video and audio didn't match up), but more importantly they fixed the errors super fast when I informed them of it. Like they fixed it within the same day which I really appreciated. I want to thank our videographer Thomas (and his assistant) for creating the most beautiful memories that we get to cherish for a lifetime!

Rafael and his team were accommodating from the day I inquired even to the day everything was delivered. They listened to all my crazy requests even to the nitty gritty of removing a clip of me that I didn't love. I watch my video at least once a week.

First off I have to start off with how impressed I was with Rafael and EP Films team! I was a very hands off bride and they captured every moment I didn't know I needed. Even went above and beyond to set up scenes that I wouldn't have even thought of and absolutely can't wait to see how our video turns out! We had 2 phone calls prior to the event and they were always happy and easy to talk to. They were definitely attentive to detail and I got my teaser film just a few days after the wedding which I love! I got my full highlight film back about one month after the wedding and I am blown away! They captured everything perfectly!

EP Films filmed and produced the most beautiful video capturing my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding (as well as a tear jerker teaser video that came out within a couple days of the wedding). I found out about EP through my wedding planner. Rafael and his crew created the most beautiful video for my wedding. The teaser was done in les than a week, so their timing is impeccable. They were on time, got along with my photographer very well and made everyone feel super comfortable to a point that people forgot they were being filmed. Gilbert was there the day of the wedding and I cannot express how amazing he was. He made making the video fun and made my entire wedding party feel so comfortable. After receiving my videos I had a special request and again, the team had it done for me within a day. I cannot express how amazing the team is from start to finish and now I have an absolutely stunning video to cherish for the rest of my life and to share with future generations.
