I went into the Smithfield store to see if I could trade my $3200.00, 5 diamond S1 H grade ring for slightly larger stones that were lab grown. The woman took my ring into the bac...
k room, when she came back she stated that the diamonds were a little “dark”. She told me that I could trade my diamonds and pay $1500 for a 1-1/2 carot lab grown diamond band. I decided not to as I couldn’t really understand why I would have to trade in a ring with real diamonds for lab grown, which are supposed to be less expensive.
I then took my diamond to Ross Simons in Warwick who looked at my ring and told me that my diamonds were really nice, totally white.
She said that they didn’t trade bands so I asked to see a 1-1/2 carot lab grown band. The price turned out to be $1500.00. If I bought my ring at Ross Simons I would have also kept my $3200 ring, If I bought it from Ephram Domato I would have given them my ring and they would have made a $3,200 profit. I appreciate that everyone has to make a profit, but I believe this overstepped the mark. Not impressed.
Miriam was super kind and helpful. helped customize my engagement ring. beautiful ring, excellent quality. will not go anywhere else for my jewelry needs.

We recently got our wedding bands here after looking around for nearly 6 months. Their service at Erphraim Doumato was wonderful, their communications were great and the product ...
is beautiful. We ordered our bands 3 weeks before the wedding and they still arrived on time. We will be going back for free resizing, polishes and engravings. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a respectful, meaningful experience with great product that a chain store can never offer.
They are all so nice and anything I need for my rings is free for life...cleaning, polish, rhodium.
