The EEE team is truly Epic in every way! There were many obstacles during the planning process and during the actual wedding, and we wouldn’t have been able to overcome those challenges without Sina and her team! It rained and got windy right before the ceremony, but Sina and her team came to our rescue to help us ensure we got the outdoor wedding of our dreams! Their attention to detail, organization, and experience truly shines! They coordinated not just with me and Yash, but also with our families and friends to ensure everything happens on time and all requests and desires were fulfilled! Sina and her team is very approachable, fun, and responsible! Sina and her team goes out of her way - whether it’s getting on several calls in a week, answering our gazillion texts, creating event diagrams for us, going on multiple venue walk throughs, helping you decide your bridal entry, to coming over at our home to go through all the puja saman - the list is endless! Both our parents were especially glad that Sina is a Gujarati and understands the ceremony steps well to ensure we are addressing all the aspects with sensitivity and attention. I had several freak out moments throughout the planning process and right before the events, but Sina and her team were always there to calm me down and make sure I am enjoying as the bride! More than a month after the wedding, we are still receiving compliments of how amazing our planning team was. Hiring EEE was truly one of the best decisions of our wedding planning!

We initially tried to tackle wedding planning on our own and then quickly realized that we needed more help. Sina and her team were a great fit for us from the start! We had a longer engagement and therefore got to know the team pretty well during the planning process. We could not speak more highly of them and strongly recommend hiring them as your wedding planner! We did full planning (although we had picked a few vendors beforehand in which Sina was able to accommodate and work with us on). This was extremely helpful as they were able to find and get in touch with vendors and get back with us about what we may prefer. This made the planning process soooo much easier! Less stress on us! and even amidst other weddings, the team was always responsive and took care of any questions or concerns that we had. On top of this all, we had a great rapport with the team and we definitely consider them life long friends after it all!! Sina and her team made us feel comfortable with the process every step of the way, while maintaining professionalism but making us feel like close friends :) They also did a wonderful job handling any drama/breakdowns/family dynamics that came up during the process! The wedding weekend was so great and we could not have imagined anything better! The organization was KEY and we love the way that Epic handles everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Choosing Epic Everlasting Events was 100% the best decision I made for my wedding. From beginning to end, they stayed on top of EVERYTHING and made me feel minimal planning stress! Sina truly has a passion for the job and it shows with every outcome. No idea, problem, or last minute change was too much for them, and our wedding events went so smoothly. EEE focuses on the client’s needs, feelings, and wishes while making sure guests, family members, and other vendors are completely taken care of. Every detail was thought of, and I know I would’ve missed 70% of important details if I had tried to take this on myself! It’s hard to put into words just how much I value this team, but all I can say is, my wedding vision really came to life. I think the one helpful question I can answer is "What went wrong during my big weekend?" and the answer is nothing that I or my family noticed (and that's coming from the bride!) -- something most vendors will promise but can't always deliver on. Our wedding weekend was truly the best weekend of our lives and we definitely have our EPIC wedding planning team to thank for being there for us every step of the way to make it possible. The planning leading up to our big weekend, the wedding itself, and even post wedding wrap-ups could not have been smoother. Choosing Epic Everlasting Events to help us plan our special day was the best decision we made during our entire wedding process. The team was there for us every step of the way - helping us choose the very best vendors, giving us knowledgeable advice as we navigated unfamiliar territory, attending onsite visits/tastings, being available for us around the clock no matter how big or small our questions were, giving us ideas, keeping us on track and organized with the best spreadsheets, and always being a sounding board. TL;DR After choosing each other, hiring the EEE team was the best decision we have made in our lives! From our first meeting, it was clear that the EEE team knew what they were doing and guided us so effortlessly through the wedding planning process. They made this process so stress-free and fun that, at times, we forgot we were even planning our wedding! They quickly understood what our vision was and easily provided us vendors that were a great match. One of the best qualities of this team is their EPIC communication skills. They always made it a point to have open lines of communication with us and always responded to our questions/concerns in a more than timely manner. Their high level of professionalism put us at ease, and we knew we could trust their suggestions. You will not find a better planning team than EEE, they really take the time to invest in their couples and they are an integral part of why our wedding was such a success! We can without hesitation say that we do not have any regrets from our wedding and that is primarily due to the incredible planning and support of the EEE team. This is hands down the easiest wedding vendor review to write. If you are reading this review and planning on getting married, hire Sina!!! I can’t count the number of times Viral and I said “Thank god for Sina” during the planning process. She was more helpful than we could have ever imagined a planner to be. In fact, I would constantly ask Sina if it was normal for planners to be helping like she was, because she went above and beyond for us! Sina spent hours helping me with decor details as my vision changed continuously throughout the process. We switched out our mid ceremony snack last minute and she was able to find a local coffee cart company to come on site 1 week prior to the wedding—and this was a huge hit with our guests! During the process, Sina would constantly check in with me and ask how I was feeling. I remember telling her I wasn’t stressed every time she asked and that was all thanks to Sina’s hard work. When we arrived to venue, Sina gathered all of our wedding items and organized/labeled everything. She even put together all of our welcome bags with her team! She took all the stress off of our families which was key for both Viral and I. Sina and her team worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect! Sina thought of issues before they became issues and handled each one perfectly, only telling us afterwards! She also has amazing relationships with all of our other vendors which made the weekend flow seamlessly. Trust me, Sina and her team are who you want during the most important weekend of your life! We can’t thank them enough and we are so grateful to have found new friendships through this!

Hiring Epic Everlasting Events for my wedding was by far the best decision I made. The whole team was professional, accommodating, and ultimately made me feel at ease knowing they understood my vision and could execute on it. They helped keep me organized and on track during the planning process, which was priceless to me as I have a demanding full time job and wedding planning would have been near impossible for me to do alone. I loved that they had both experience in planning western and Indian weddings, as ours was a fusion weekend long event. My family and friends are still raving about how great the team was by keeping us organized and on time! I cannot recommend this team enough. When the flower petals I ordered for our exit didn’t come it I said to just cancel it. The team got the pedals for me and pulled it off without a hitch in the day.

I own Sunny Memories Photo Booth and have to say that working with Sina and Keerthi was a real pleasure. The level of production they bring is unmatched. From the DJs and photographers they work with to the prestige and theatrics that are incorporated with everything, I was blown away! On top of that, their level of professionalism is at the top of the spectrum, they are sending out emails to the vendors weeks and days in advance to make sure everyone knows when and where to be. I can not wait to work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding coordinator.

The Epic team is so easy to work with and we couldn't be happier. They really helped organize my dream wedding. Sina, Maya and Keerthi are very professional and helped us make decisions keeping our timeline and budget in mind. They also coordinated the day of events from hair, makeup to catering, venue etc., which we call the "Epic Magic" Weddings can be very stressful, but having Epic team as our planners helped my husband and me as well as our families live in the moment and enjoy the wedding weekend. Sina and her team at Epic Everlasting Events helped plan our 4 day wedding and they were nothing short of amazing! I found EEE through wedding blogs and from our very first video interview to the year and a half of planning, the entire team was organized and professional the entire time. These ladies went above and beyond for us and helped us with everything from finding our perfect vendors to ensuring everything went perfectly the day of our wedding. EEE is one team that is true to their name! I hired Sina for my wedding in August in Phoenix (she works in AZ and NC). From the day we signed the contract with EEE to the day of my wedding (and even after that), the entire process was beyond my imagination. Sina was always available for me- big or small questions and requests. She understands that every bride has a budget and she was upfront about every vendor we signed and worked within those constraints. We were able to shortlist my vendors within a week, and this would not have been possible without her excellent contacts in the industry and experience. The day of the wedding Sina and Maya pulled off every event seamlessly. Any hiccups there were they handled it impeccably behind the scenes so as a bride I don't have to sweat the small (or big) stuff. I completely recommend hiring them - they will make your wedding EPIC.

I wish I could give Epic Everlasting Events 100 stars! Sina and her team were an absolute blessing! I was first sold based on the impressive organization via google drive that the planner had to keep everything from vendors, budget, contacts, songs, photos list etc. Even though we hired EEE as a "weekend of coordinator" they went above and beyond and were there every step of the way from the beginning - helping with venue changes and tasting/menu recommendations to extensive decor planning to having a minute by minute timeline that was flawlessly executed. They take such good care of the my husband and I - providing food, drinks and coffee at all the events and making sure we truly got to enjoy our special weekend. Not only this, but my wedding was postponed due to the pandemic and EEE worked tirelessly to accommodate all the new covid measures and protocols including waivers, masks and temperature checks to make sure all the guests and staff were safe. I recommend EEE for every event - big or small - if you want to be able to enjoy every second and not have to worry about a single thing :) Sina went from an amazing wedding planner and decorator to lifelong friend!
