We had such a wonderful experience working with Sina and the Epic team! Sina is super organized and attentive to details. From day one, they were accommodating to our busy sche...
dules and planning weekly meetings around them. They did an amazing job bringing everything together from our Pinterest boards and made sure every detail was thoughtfully turned into reality. Sina and the Epic team really took time to get to know us and learn what aspects of the wedding weekend are important to us and our families! The Epic team made our wedding day feel seamless and special. We really appreciated working with an experienced wedding planner. Epic team did all the hard work for us, from finding vendors, negotiating contracts, and being patient through all the back and forth decisions we were making! We’re so grateful for the hard work and would absolutely recommend the Epic team and Sina to anyone planning their wedding! 🤍✨
Where do I begin? Hiring EEE was, without question, one of the best decisions Aadit and I made for our wedding. We had the most incredible experience with them during our wedding w...
eekend in Washington, DC, and I truly cannot imagine going through the planning process without them. I was fortunate enough to see the EEE team in action 3 years ago when they planned my sister's wedding in Arizona. I was so impressed by how organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented they were that, when it came time to plan our own wedding, there was never a question of who we wanted by our side. Even with those high expectations, they somehow exceeded every one of them. Sina is an incredible leader, and it's easy to see why EEE has earned such an outstanding reputation. Her experience and guidance were invaluable throughout the planning process. She helped us navigate countless decisions, introduced us to an amazing team of vendors we absolutely loved, and offered thoughtful advice every step of the way—from vendor selection to our food tasting and beyond. Every recommendation exceeded our expectations, and we always felt like she was invested in bringing our vision to life. Keerthi was our lead planner, and she was simply phenomenal. From our first conversation through the end of our wedding weekend, she made us feel supported every step of the way. She was incredibly organized, proactive, and always one step ahead. No question ever felt too small, and she consistently found ways to make the planning process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. More than anything, she genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life, and it showed in every interaction. By the time our wedding weekend arrived, we felt complete trust in her and the EEE team. When the wedding weekend arrived, Niki was incredible. Calm, dependable, and somehow everywhere at once, she made sure everything ran flawlessly behind the scenes. One moment I'll never forget is when she drove me to the venue the morning of our ceremony. I was naturally nervous, but her calming presence immediately put me at ease. It's a memory I'll always cherish because it allowed me to fully enjoy one of the most important days of my life. One thing that meant so much to us was how seamlessly the EEE team worked with our families. They made everyone feel heard and thoughtfully incorporated every tradition into our ceremony, balancing many moving pieces with grace and care. The impact they had extended far beyond just us. Throughout the weekend—and even afterward—countless family members and friends commented on how organized everything felt, how wonderful the EEE team was, and how much they appreciated the real-time updates in the wedding WhatsApp group. It made the entire weekend effortless for our guests and allowed everyone to enjoy celebrating with us. The greatest gift EEE gave us was the ability to be fully present. We never worried about timelines or logistics because we knew we were in the best hands. Instead, we were able to soak in every moment with our family and friends and truly experience our wedding exactly as we had dreamed. To Keerthi, Sina, Niki, and the entire EEE team—thank you for giving us a wedding weekend that was more beautiful than we imagined. Your professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. We will always look back on those days with so much joy, and so much of that is because of you. Saying we're grateful doesn't even begin to express how much you mean to us.
Sina and Niki were our main wedding planners, and we worked with them from November 2024 through our wedding in March of 2026. We also had help from another team member, Harmon, cl...
oser to the wedding date. EEE was able to accommodate our busy dual-physician schedule (and a 3 hour timezone difference) to consistently meet over this period. They were willing to meet on evenings and weekends, and wrangle vendors to meet at similar times. They were always available via text, phone, or email. We felt that Epic was worth everything we paid for and more.
Their experience, organization, and communication are top-notch. Our wedding was on time for the entire two days of events. They coordinated so many moving parts both before and on the days-of. The big details of when and where events should be were handled, the vendors to hire, and the schedule that they laid out ran without any issues.
They do a great job of emphasizing that the bride/groom should also get to ENJOY THEIR WEDDING. By the end of the first event, we realized that we were in such good hands that we were able to let go and just let EEE handle things, instead of worrying about them. Vendor setup, breakdown, staffing, photo/video timing, and many other tasks we never even learned about were taken care of. We just had to go where we were told! We were even able to eat and drink at every single event at our wedding.
We had the single best day of our lives on our wedding day, which was in large part because of our wonderful planning team.
Choosing Epic Everlasting Events (EEE) was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding. Throughout our 1.5-year planning process, they took what could have been an overwhe...
lming experience and made it feel incredibly organized and manageable. Their consistent communication kept us informed, on schedule, and completely at ease. Whenever we or our families had questions or concerns, EEE addressed them swiftly and professionally.
While they were amazing during the planning phase, their true superpower showed during our wedding week. Sina, Dhara, and Nikki made absolutely everything feel smooth and seamless. If we had even a minor concern, they handled it instantly, taking all the stress off our shoulders so we could actually enjoy the moment.
Their professionalism and work ethic were especially amazing on our wedding day. The day before, we saw unpredictable weather heading our way for the outdoor ceremony we had originally wanted. We made a risky call to still keep it outside. Sure enough, the morning of the wedding, it began downpouring.
Most planners would have forced an indoor backup plan, but luckily, we had the EEE team. They quickly re-coordinated with all of our vendors to keep the ceremony outside—all while maintaining our original timeline perfectly. While handling all of this behind the scenes, Sina, Dhara, and Nikki were constantly reassuring us, our families, and our friends that everything was completely under control.
Their flawless communication throughout the day put everyone at ease and allowed us and our guests to truly enjoy the celebration. We honestly could not have had a better planning team for our wedding. If you want planners that are professional, fiercely dedicated, and capable of handling anything, go with this team!
wouldnt have wanted anyone else to plan our wedding! from start to finish, they always made sure this was everything we wanted. they advocates for us when we felt uncomfortable to ...
advocate for ourselves, they talked us through our stress and so much more. especially come day of- it ended up raining our whole wedding week and they went above and beyond to figure out new schedules and keep it smooth flowing with all the guests which we are forever grateful for!!! we had them every step of the way and they truly took on the roles of planners & so much more and we are lucky to call them friends now!
We had Epic (Sina and her team) for our wedding in August 2025 and we had the most unforgettable wedding week! I knew I wanted Epic to plan my wedding before I even had a man!!!

Epic everlasting is the only way to go!!! Choosing them to plan our wedding was by far the best decision we could have ever made. They are the most dedicated and experienced team!
The reason our wedding and all events were so successful is all because of them! It all starts with the level of detail the Epic team brought during the planning. They think of anything and everything for each event and their help with contacting vendors and coordinating between them and every little detail in between it all is so good! They are extremely experience in what they do and their guidance helped throughout the entire planning process. The team is incredibly organized, both on paper and in their minds. They’re aware of every detail at all times during the planning and during the events. During the wedding, the team is so locked in on facilitating the event, making sure everything is going as expected and running on schedule, all while maintaining calm in their presence. They are also such a great group that they make it a point to make sure the families are all comfortable with them. Our families trusted and loved the team just as much as we did. They really care about the bride and groom and their ultimate goal is making them happy, and that is all that we felt during the entire planning and event period. Someone was always there to answer a question or make sure that we were doing good. Which brings me to another point, the team makes themselves so available throughout the wedding and responds immediately when you need them. We were so stressed-free during the entire wedding week because of them.
Epic became family from the beginning! ❤️
Not only do we wish that we could re-live the wedding week, but we wish we can re-live the entire wedding planning period because of how much we love engaging with Epic! We can’t imagine having anyone else plan weddings!
Everything about Epic is flawless and that is exactly how we would describe our wedding, all thanks to them!! We can’t express how thankful we are to the whole team for everything they did for us. We love Epic!!!! ❤️

s and turned them into reality—without breaking the bank. From start to finish, EEE made everything so seamless. They were an absolute dream to work with, always available to answer our questions, address our concerns, and guide us with their expert advice.
They helped us secure the most amazing vendors and navigated every step of the planning process with ease. When the big weekend arrived, we didn’t have to stress for even a second. Sina, Niki, and Saran managed everything flawlessly—from coordinating vendors to ensuring our guests were happy—so that we and our families could relax and simply enjoy the celebrations.
With Epic Everlasting Events, you genuinely don’t need to have any chinta! Choosing them was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their passion and dedication.

lly executed wedding on social media from the Charlotte area, EEE was always the name behind it. What I didn’t realize at the time was just how hands-on and deeply involved the EEE team would be throughout the entire journey. I had originally planned to contact them after securing our venue and setting a date, assuming that planning could only truly begin after that. I couldn’t have been more wrong. My family and I spent countless hours searching for a venue that could accommodate our large guest list and meet our vision, but nothing felt quite right. Just as we were about to settle and sign a contract elsewhere, we reached out to EEE—thinking we had done our part and now it was time to move on to the next phase of planning. That’s when Sina stepped in. Sina immediately recommended a venue we had previously ruled out due to catering restrictions. But thanks to her remarkable connections, she made the impossible happen and secured our dream venue. From that moment on, Sina continued to exceed every expectation.
She invests in truly getting to know her clients from the very beginning—listening to their vision, understanding their personalities, and then thoughtfully executing every detail to bring it all to life. I told her at our first meeting that I wanted a “WOW” wedding, something unforgettable as it happens only once-in-a-lifetime. Sina took that to heart and went above and beyond to make it a reality.
From vendor recommendations to joining every call with them to advocating on our behalf, she was there at every turn. I had once expressed interest in doing upside-down indoor fireworks, only to be told by the venue it wasn’t possible. I let it go—but Sina didn’t. Just weeks before the wedding, I got a call from Sina saying the venue had approved it and could hear the excitement in her voice!
As with any large wedding, a few hiccups were inevitable, but Sina handled each one calmly, oftentimes shielding us from the stress. Her mantra throughout was: “No China!” She even noticed that the trail of my ghunghat could be a safety concern on the mandap and suggested I get a second veil—something I hadn’t considered at all when I excitedly showed her pictures of all of my outfits after getting back from India. She has such an eye for the finest details!
Being the first wedding in my close family, we felt a mix of excitement and stress. Sina and Keerthi guided us with incredible patience. They helped walk us through the traditions, ensured all ceremony items were perfectly organized, and took care of every detail no matter how trivial it may seem. Their communication skills were beyond imaginable and organization level was off the charts! They created an extremely detailed shared google drive with an excel sheet from day one to keep track of even the smallest of details.
During wedding week, Sina and her team truly went above and beyond their roles: helping me with my jewelry, surprising me with milkshakes while I fasted, and constantly checking in on Rajan and I to make sure we were taken care of. Our wedding week was pure magic, filled with moments we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Sina and the EEE team didn’t just plan our wedding as clients—but truly as family. And for that, we are endlessly grateful.
I cannot recommend Epic more as a full service planner to make sure your wedding goes without a hiccup! We are so glad we found Sina and her team to help us plan our magical team w...
edding in Tucson! Her, Keerthi, and Niki helped us figure out our vendors and handled all the coordination and communication with them to make sure everyone was on the same page and things would be seamless for our wedding!
We had bi/weekly meetings months before the wedding and then multiple time a week the month leading to the wedding! Sina made sure that every single detail was taken care of including a super detailed photolist for after the wedding ceremony! She helped advocate for things we wanted to make sure we got what we wanted from our wedding when there were conflicting options from other vendors.
During the wedding weekend, Sina, Keerti, Niki, and Dhara took care of every single detail. Anytime I thought about anything, they made sure to redirect my energy to enjoying the wedding and not worrying about the details since they were there for that! The team took care of everything you could possibly imagine from helping with welcome bags to keeping guests updated on time changes/schedule to making sure we were fed to even helping me drape my wedding dupatta! They're truly the whole package!
Our family and friends told us that it was one of the most organized wedding they had attended and everything was so transparent for the schedule making it so easy to navigate!
You definitely want this fabulously EPIC group of ladies helping plan your wedding! You'll probably end up with some lifelong friends in the process too :)

During the actual wedding, their expertise and problem-solving skills were essential in ensuring that everything went smoothly. They handled every day-of situation with grace and efficiency, ensuring that our guests were taken care of and our wedding weekend was flawless.
The EPIC team are truly a phenomenal group of people. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to making our wedding day perfect were beyond expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in planning our special day!

ian wedding, and especially with two different cultures, is a beast, but Sina and Keerthi made the past year and entire process smooth and enjoyable. Bi-weekly calls quickly turned into weekly and daily calls, and with each call Sina and Keerthi brought patience, understanding, and laughter. From the start, their attention to detail, organization, clear communication, and timeliness was evident. They were able to understand us as a couple, they were able to see our vision, and they are the reason it was executed with such precision; this is what sets them apart from others. Things were not always perfect, but they were both with us every step of the way. Although they were both incredible leading up to the wedding, the week prior and the week of is where they shined the brightest. They were on top of every little detail, from finding twigs to fill in our dance floor to getting extra carts to secure our aisle; their ability to adapt and problem solve is impeccable. I have often seen couples not truly enjoy their own wedding, but it was Sina and Keerthi’s execution and diligence that allowed Akshar and I to savor every moment of our wedding. We are both eternally grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to our closest loved ones. We truly could not have survived without this team and are beyond grateful for the friendships we have gained!

enges without Sina and her team! It rained and got windy right before the ceremony, but Sina and her team came to our rescue to help us ensure we got the outdoor wedding of our dreams! Their attention to detail, organization, and experience truly shines! They coordinated not just with me and Yash, but also with our families and friends to ensure everything happens on time and all requests and desires were fulfilled! Sina and her team is very approachable, fun, and responsible! Sina and her team goes out of her way - whether it’s getting on several calls in a week, answering our gazillion texts, creating event diagrams for us, going on multiple venue walk throughs, helping you decide your bridal entry, to coming over at our home to go through all the puja saman - the list is endless! Both our parents were especially glad that Sina is a Gujarati and understands the ceremony steps well to ensure we are addressing all the aspects with sensitivity and attention.
I had several freak out moments throughout the planning process and right before the events, but Sina and her team were always there to calm me down and make sure I am enjoying as the bride! More than a month after the wedding, we are still receiving compliments of how amazing our planning team was.

er engagement and therefore got to know the team pretty well during the planning process. We could not speak more highly of them and strongly recommend hiring them as your wedding planner! We did full planning (although we had picked a few vendors beforehand in which Sina was able to accommodate and work with us on). This was extremely helpful as they were able to find and get in touch with vendors and get back with us about what we may prefer. This made the planning process soooo much easier! Less stress on us! and even amidst other weddings, the team was always responsive and took care of any questions or concerns that we had. On top of this all, we had a great rapport with the team and we definitely consider them life long friends after it all!! Sina and her team made us feel comfortable with the process every step of the way, while maintaining professionalism but making us feel like close friends :) They also did a wonderful job handling any drama/breakdowns/family dynamics that came up during the process! The wedding weekend was so great and we could not have imagined anything better! The organization was KEY and we love the way that Epic handles everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

utside of meetings, speaking with vendors behind the scenes, communication with our families and friends to organize every little detail, the entire team created such an easy, comfortable, and stress-free environment. I will also mention that my dad specifically said hiring Sina’s team was the best decision of the wedding!
The entire team tended to every need throughout the planning process and during the wedding events. They were truly a combination of friends, drapers, makeup and hair assistants, bodyguards, and planners in one throughout the weekend. They kept me calm during stressful times and responded to my requests with such ease and calmness. I cannot thank them enough for being the biggest cheerleaders. We instantly knew we were in the right hands and knew that they would fight for what our vision was and also help brainstorm when we hit roadblocks. We cannot recommend them enough to future couples.

ole week of festivities with two different weddings a long with one big reception at the end. Epic ever lasting was so helpful with planning each event and making sure everything was taken care of. From calling and inquiring about vendors to treating us like royalty during the week of the wedding they do it all. I know a lot of couples have said that they weren’t able to enjoy their wedding because they were so worried about other things that come up throughout the week. However, it’s safe to say with the Epic team on our side we were stress free and were able to celebrate each day with our friends and family. The epic team handled so many situations that we weren’t even aware of until they told us after the wedding and we were just so shocked how everything was just so smooth and brought together. They are amazing at communication and pick up any phone calls within the first two rings. Up until the wedding there are either weekly calls or bi-weekly calls to go over any inquires or just anything in general about the wedding. They create well throughout timelines and make sure that is communicated to the entire family and bridal parties. The epic team was just so amazing and we miss them so much already. Thank you for everything! We are so grateful for their services.

Choosing Epic Everlasting Events was 100% the best decision I made for my wedding. From beginning to end, they stayed on top of EVERYTHING and made me feel minimal planning stress!...
Sina truly has a passion for the job and it shows with every outcome. No idea, problem, or last minute change was too much for them, and our wedding events went so smoothly. EEE focuses on the client’s needs, feelings, and wishes while making sure guests, family members, and other vendors are completely taken care of. Every detail was thought of, and I know I would’ve missed 70% of important details if I had tried to take this on myself! It’s hard to put into words just how much I value this team, but all I can say is, my wedding vision really came to life. All of the guests had only good things to say, and I owe it all to Sina and EEE!

ossible. The planning leading up to our big weekend, the wedding itself, and even post wedding wrap-ups could not have been smoother. Choosing Epic Everlasting Events to help us plan our special day was the best decision we made during our entire wedding process. The team was there for us every step of the way - helping us choose the very best vendors, giving us knowledgeable advice as we navigated unfamiliar territory, attending onsite visits/tastings, being available for us around the clock no matter how big or small our questions were, giving us ideas, keeping us on track and organized with the best spreadsheets, and always being a sounding board. The team was not only there for us as a couple, but even our families, our parents (and guests) were the biggest fans of EEE and they gave them so much comfort during a time that’s stressful for so many. We really do believe that EEE went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. Most importantly, during the weekend itself - we didn’t have to worry or stress about anything. We knew we were in good hands and Sina, Maya, and Keerthi took care of everything from coordinating vendors, managing guests, and ensuring we and our families could truly sit back and have the best weekend of our lives! We highly recommend booking Epic Everlasting Events, as we are so so so grateful we did. So much love for them and glad our paths crossed to make an EPIC wedding happen together!!

ng and guided us so effortlessly through the wedding planning process. They made this process so stress-free and fun that, at times, we forgot we were even planning our wedding! They quickly understood what our vision was and easily provided us vendors that were a great match. One of the best qualities of this team is their EPIC communication skills. They always made it a point to have open lines of communication with us and always responded to our questions/concerns in a more than timely manner. Their high level of professionalism put us at ease, and we knew we could trust their suggestions. You will not find a better planning team than EEE, they really take the time to invest in their couples and they are an integral part of why our wedding was such a success! We can without hesitation say that we do not have any regrets from our wedding and that is primarily due to the incredible planning and support of the EEE team. We met with a few other planners, and the EEE team was by far the best in the business, just book with them. Trust the Epic Everlasting Events team and their vendor recommendations, and you will NOT be disappointed! Lots of love for this team, we cannot thank you enough for helping us create the most epic everlasting memories that we will treasure forever!!

and I said “Thank god for Sina” during the planning process. She was more helpful than we could have ever imagined a planner to be. In fact, I would constantly ask Sina if it was normal for planners to be helping like she was, because she went above and beyond for us! Sina spent hours helping me with decor details as my vision changed continuously throughout the process. We switched out our mid ceremony snack last minute and she was able to find a local coffee cart company to come on site 1 week prior to the wedding—and this was a huge hit with our guests! During the process, Sina would constantly check in with me and ask how I was feeling. I remember telling her I wasn’t stressed every time she asked and that was all thanks to Sina’s hard work. When we arrived to venue, Sina gathered all of our wedding items and organized/labeled everything. She even put together all of our welcome bags with her team! She took all the stress off of our families which was key for both Viral and I. Sina and her team worked tirelessly to make sure every detail was perfect! Sina thought of issues before they became issues and handled each one perfectly, only telling us afterwards! She also has amazing relationships with all of our other vendors which made the weekend flow seamlessly. Trust me, Sina and her team are who you want during the most important weekend of your life! We can’t thank them enough and we are so grateful to have found new friendships through this!

understood my vision and could execute on it. They helped keep me organized and on track during the planning process, which was priceless to me as I have a demanding full time job and wedding planning would have been near impossible for me to do alone. I loved that they had both experience in planning western and Indian weddings, as ours was a fusion weekend long event. My family and friends are still raving about how great the team was by keeping us organized and on time! I cannot recommend this team enough. Even my father said this was the best money we spent on the whole wedding, which if you knew him would be the highest praise. They went above and beyond. When the flower petals I ordered for our exit didn’t come it I said to just cancel it. The team got the pedals for me and pulled it off without a hitch in the day.
I own Sunny Memories Photo Booth and have to say that working with Sina and Keerthi was a real pleasure. The level of production they bring is unmatched. From the DJs and photograp...
hers they work with to the prestige and theatrics that are incorporated with everything, I was blown away! On top of that, their level of professionalism is at the top of the spectrum, they are sending out emails to the vendors weeks and days in advance to make sure everyone knows when and where to be. I can not wait to work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional wedding coordinator.
The Epic team is so easy to work with and we couldn't be happier. They really helped organize my dream wedding. Sina, Maya and Keerthi are very professional and helped us make deci...
sions keeping our timeline and budget in mind. They also coordinated the day of events from hair, makeup to catering, venue etc., which we call the "Epic Magic" Weddings can be very stressful, but having Epic team as our planners helped my husband and me as well as our families live in the moment and enjoy the wedding weekend. We started our wedding planning with Epic Everlasting Events with a Vendor-Client relationship and towards the end of the Wedding, became good friends. Special shout-out to Keerthi who was a "fam-favorite" and an amazing dancer!
Sina and her team at Epic Everlasting Events helped plan our 4 day wedding and they were nothing short of amazing! I found EEE through wedding blogs and from our very first video i...
nterview to the year and a half of planning, the entire team was organized and professional the entire time. These ladies went above and beyond for us and helped us with everything from finding our perfect vendors to ensuring everything went perfectly the day of our wedding. If you’re a type A couple like we were, the EEE portal will be perfect for you! It’s a one stop shop for all our wedding planning needs and Sina has made it super user friendly and easy to read and access through the entire planning process. We trusted these ladies with everything from delivering our payments to offering suggestions on how to make our day better. And by the end of the process we gained lifelong friends and family! I’m fully confident that you will not be disappointed if you put your event in the hands of EEE.
EEE is one team that is true to their name! I hired Sina for my wedding in August in Phoenix (she works in AZ and NC). From the day we signed the contract with EEE to the day of my...
wedding (and even after that), the entire process was beyond my imagination. Sina was always available for me- big or small questions and requests. She understands that every bride has a budget and she was upfront about every vendor we signed and worked within those constraints.
We were able to shortlist my vendors within a week, and this would not have been possible without her excellent contacts in the industry and experience.
The day of the wedding Sina and Maya pulled off every event seamlessly. Any hiccups there were they handled it impeccably behind the scenes so as a bride I don't have to sweat the small (or big) stuff.
I completely recommend hiring them - they will make your wedding EPIC.
I wish I could give Epic Everlasting Events 100 stars! Sina and her team were an absolute blessing! I was first sold based on the impressive organization via google drive that the ...
planner had to keep everything from vendors, budget, contacts, songs, photos list etc. Even though we hired EEE as a "weekend of coordinator" they went above and beyond and were there every step of the way from the beginning - helping with venue changes and tasting/menu recommendations to extensive decor planning to having a minute by minute timeline that was flawlessly executed. They take such good care of the my husband and I - providing food, drinks and coffee at all the events and making sure we truly got to enjoy our special weekend. Not only this, but my wedding was postponed due to the pandemic and EEE worked tirelessly to accommodate all the new covid measures and protocols including waivers, masks and temperature checks to make sure all the guests and staff were safe. I recommend EEE for every event - big or small - if you want to be able to enjoy every second and not have to worry about a single thing :) Sina went from an amazing wedding planner and decorator to lifelong friend!
