We waited MONTHS to receive any photos at all, and that was only after my family and I were constantly messaging him asking for updates and ETAs, since he basically ghosted us. It took 6 MONTHS just to get our photos! I’m an understanding person, and delays happen. The problem is that Emanuel does not communicate at all. He ignored our calls and messages for months, and now, its been ONE YEAR. Emanuel blocked my calls and does not respond to any messages, and when I finally got him on the phone once, he lied to my face and told me how he lost track of our project and will send them later that day. I haven't heard from him since. I hate to give bad reviews, but with service this terrible – I genuinely believe you should not be in business. Don’t hire Emanuel for any projects, unless you’d like to pay $6,000 and receive a terrible headache.
