Josh and his team did an incredible job capturing our day! He took the story of our love and our wedding and transferred it beautifully into a film we will enjoy forever! There are not enough words to express how much we ADORE Josh and his team!! Before hiring Josh, we were fully on the fence about whether or not we wanted to hire a videographer for our wedding. We expressed every concern we had to him, including a fear of feeling like it was a lot of money for something we weren't even sure we needed and concerns around getting taken advantage of. He listened to every concern we had and made us feel instantly comfortable with both him and his process. He also collaborated closely with all of our other vendors which was a HUGE bonus. Having a vendor who is ready and eager to collaborate with the rest of the team you put together for your wedding day is one of the most under-rated qualities in a vendor and this alone is one of the best reasons to work with Josh and his team. Throughout the entire process he made us feel like we were working with a good friend and not just a vendor. Also- he hit the dance floor just as hard as our guests...our friends and family are still talking about his break dancing skills. And in the end, he created a film for us that exceeded every single one of our expectations. The video immediately puts me right back into every wonderful emotion I experienced during our wedding and I am SO thankful we decided to work with Josh. The video of our day in someone else's hands just wouldn't have been the same. Some of the compliments we've received on the video Josh created include: "the editing on your wedding video...like are you guys the Kardashians?", "I don't even know you and your wedding video is making me cry", "perfection. no notes", "this looks like a trailer to a movie I want to watch". DO. NOT. SLEEP. ON. EPIC. VIDEO. Working with Josh and his team will be the best decision you make.

Epic Video was one of the best choices we made while planning our wedding. Josh immediately makes you feel comfortable with his kind personality and funny jokes! He is incredibly organized and flexible. He truly listened to exactly what we did and didn’t want and made our video dreams come true! Josh takes the time to get to know each couple so he knows exactly what to say to get you to laugh or to calm you down if you’re feeling overwhelmed. He was just so much fun to work with and even got down on the dance floor (per our request…he’s truly the best!!). I know that if you’re reading this, you’re likely planning a wedding and feeling overwhelmed, so I’ll say this…we spoke to countless videographers in the DMV and he is the only one that we wanted to work with. He is professional, genuine, and a perfectionist. I would 1000% recommend Epic Video!!

From our very first call with Josh, we had so much fun working with him! We loved the creativity we saw in the video samples and how professional yet down to Earth and kind he was to work with. My husband and I had a pretty busy weekend of celebrations, with a sangeet on Friday night, Sikh wedding ceremony on Saturday morning, and a reception Saturday night, all in different locations. In preparation, Josh even met us at the Sikh gurdwara a couple months in advance with our families to become familiar with the ceremony and it’s most significant moments. Josh, his wife, and his assistant were ready and available every step of the way when the big weekend came, even capturing a surprise choreographed dance by my husband’s family and an additional speech the night of the sangeet. The drone footage was so fun to record at the time and was a cool addition to our final video (which was done beautifully and we’ve already received so many compliments from friends and family on how well it was made!). Highly recommend them and if you have unique visions for your video, share them with him, you’ll have the most perfect video to remember the weekend with!
