io, we quickly decided to book their entire wedding package (DJ, Photography, Videography, and Photo Booth). We couldn’t be happier with the decision. The entire team was so professional and charismatic. DJ - Erik was amazing. From the meetings and communications leading up to the wedding day, the ceremony and reception, it all was perfect. Erik was a great emcee and kept the party going all night long. In the days following the wedding several guests commented with how impressed they were with our DJ Photography and Videography - Aaron and the team were genuinely fun to take photos with! As a couple who doesn’t regularly take “lovey dovey” photos, we felt comfortable and confident with their team. The photography and videography teams worked cohesively to capture every moment, from getting ready to the end of the reception. The sneak peak photos are phenomenal and we can’t wait to see the rest. Photobooth - the Photobooth was a great addition. Our guests loved it. The keepsake album was so amazing to go through the day after the wedding and see our guests enjoying the night.

d Beau, I knew we were in the best of hands! They were so professional and accommodating and absolutely rocked our day!! We threw Beau a curve ball with my fiancé from the South and me being from the Bay Area, yet also catering to the ‘parental crowd’. I met her replacement at the rehearsal and we only had time to go over the ceremony. Erik was my saving grace! Erik had confidently helped us plan our reception schedule and had suggestions/advice whenever we needed. With Erik behind the mic, I knew I didn't have to worry about the party running seamlessly! He and his team adapted to the hot weather on our wedding day and opened the photo booth early to keep folks entertained and in the shade during cocktail hour. Additionally, Frances saved the day by helping me with a spill on my dress after the bridal party had already started their entrance! The Epik team were by far the best vendors we had for our wedding and I wish we would have booked them for more services!

ppen! When we first started looking for vendors, a great photography/videography team and DJ were two of our top priorities. Epik had the testimonials and reviews to back all of their services and we could not be happier with our Epik Bundle decision! Erik was so responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our entire planning process and kept our guests on the dance floor all night! He is an incredible DJ and did a great job maintaining the flow of the reception, and keeping us on track with time. We had the privilege of having Aaron shoot our rehearsal dinner and games the night before the wedding. We knew immediately we were going to have our fair share of fun action shots as Aaron spend a good amount of time on the ground to get the best angles! He didn’t skip a beat when we asked for pictures with our three dogs and horse and was excited for the challenge… and boy was it a challenge to wrangle them all for photos. But his pictures make it look like it was seamless and easy! We aren’t a couple that takes a lot of pictures and he, as well as Kate and Jared, all did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and relaxed while in front of the camera. Multiple guests have already commented on our “paparazzi”, amazed at how mobile they were making sure to capture all the fun everyone was having! Last but not least, the photo booth!! We had so much fun being able to jump in and photobomb our guests. Being able to look back at the digital album and see all of the wedding antics we may have missed has not only been such a blessing but allowed us to relive the fun of the night! I could go on and on about how amazing this team is. Our night was a dream come true and we will forever be grateful for their Epik contributions!

For both the DJ and photo booth services they provide a questionnaire which had everything you needed to think about in one place, which was so helpful! They also have curated playlists for each of the different musical moments, and when I reached song choice selection fatigue Erik had a suggestion ready to go that we went with and loved. nt with all my questions and took the time to answer each one in detail. We were able to meet Dwight via Zoom before the wedding to go over the schedule and time line. Dwight was super easy going to talk to and attentive. He was very detailed. At the event I was surprised at how tall and good-looking Dwight was in person. He looked very sharp! Well dressed! He keep us on schedule and keep the night flowing. Dwight was thoughtful in keeping us up to date about each detail and then next items coming up. He knew the venue and how things worked. Our venue had fun lighting that hung a low in some places, Dwight helped me pick a spot to do the bouquet toss. He was super patient with us as we rounded each table to say hello to our guests. It took longer than we budgeted for on time, but he made it seamless. He was on point with the music selections for the dancing. We picked a few songs for the ceremony, and walk-in, and first dance. We asked for his expertise with the rest. He really read the room and the people and keep the night popping! We didn't have to thinking of anything but just having a good time. My husband and I were on the dance floor the entire evening dancing it out. Thanks Epik for making our event AWESOME and seamless!

And then, literally making changes (because of me) as my wedding was happening. You were always available for calls and meetings on top of having an incredible response time. Then the day of my wedding!! Even better than your help and guidance prior to. You read our guest's energy better than ever. We had guests on the dance floor that don't even like dancing, we had parents dancing longer than the kids!!! PHENOMENAL!!

te "hit" of my daughter's 21st birthday party. It really served as the centerpiece for the party and people could not get enough of it. I am convinced that photo booths are a MUST HAVE for any celebration. I am also convinced that you should not "cheap out" and try to do a photo booth yourself. The unit itself was super high tech and the options provided by Erik & Francis were endless. Even people who could not attend were able to participate remotely via their cell phones. It was amazing and we will have this memory forever! This was well worth the money. It's affordable and Epik handles every small detail to make the experience easy, enjoyable and one that will last a lifetime. If you're having a party, don't hesitate, hire Epik and everything will be STRESS FREE and PERFECT.

a year ago to the end of our wedding night we never had a single bad interaction. We booked Epik for our DJ, photo booth and videography. Erik, the owner, DJ’d our wedding. He truly listened to all of our feedback, our likes, dislikes and gave us awesome suggestions throughout the planning process and the wedding day he just crushed it!! Multiple of our guests came up to us and said that he was the best DJ they’d ever seen at a wedding. The photo booth was absolutely epic (no pun intended) and was a huge hit with the guests. Our videographer (Aaron) was just an absolute dream to work with throughout the day as well - we can’t wait to see the magical video come to life! I’m honestly sad that we are finished working with Erik and his team because they were the best!! Would 10000% book again, no questions asked.

The playlists were unreal and Epik Events totally understood the vibe we were going for from cocktail hour until the afterparty. We also had a photobooth that was a huge hit with our guests. Erik sent out questionnaires for both the DJ and the photobooth services so we could tell him exactly what we were looking for. He was always available to chat if we had questions and he was so great to work with. He books up quickly, so we felt lucky to have Erik and his team be a part of our wedding. So many of our friends and family commented on how awesome Erik and the Epik team were. I cannot recommend Epik Events enough!

From being communicative during the entire planning process, hopping on a call with us to walk through the day, having a collaborative playlist using Spotify, and being so organized and on time the day of. The entire day was perfect and Erik made us feel extremely comfortable and confident with the ceremony and reception timing - everything went off seamlessly. I was a little worried about our small wedding (less than 60 people) being a boring time when it came to dancing but Erik made sure to get people excited, chose perfect songs and the dance floor was crowded all night long. Dj Erik was phenomenal with reading the blurbs and making sure the guests knew what was to come in the evening. A few days before the wedding, Erik continued to put in his above and beyond effort by calling us to confirm the music plans as well as rehearse name pronunciation. On the wedding evening, Erik was welcoming to all the guests and kept the partying going for us late into the night. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without him. No DJ will ever compare to him. We will always and forever recommend Epik Weddings and Events to everyone!

dding we had Aaron, Matt and John as our team of experts. They captured so many wonderful moments, that truly were "magical". The actual day of the wedding turned out to be windy, but Aaron insisted they come back within the next week to capture drone footage of the beautiful location, so it could be included in the video. Again, magical is all I can say. Unfortunately, at the time we booked the original date (had to change due to COVID), the photo booth and DJ were already booked. We only wish we would have had an opportunity to use their services for this too. Again, Epik Weddings exceeded all expectations and were a wonderful, professional vendor to work with. It was stressful enough planning two weddings in one year but they were super supportive and had great advice through the whole process. I did. I'm so glad I found this team! They were very responsive in communication during the booking process, easy to talk to and got a sense of what we were looking for in a wedding video. The day of, Aaron was one of my favorite vendors there! He was so professional yet fun to have, he was great at not "getting in the way" or taking away from the experience yet somehow got these amazing shots that you would think required a camera right in our faces. The quality of the sound, video and style of editing rivals the best in the business. I should also mention, it was a crazy windy day and they took the extra time to edit out the wind sounds so you could hear our voices perfectly. Don't hesitate, book them!! Thank you Aaron and Erik!

left out many friends and family. We decided to work with Erik to develop a "live stream" that we could share with everyone that wasn't able to attend our intimate ceremony. We held the ceremony in a relatively remote location without reliable internet service, so the live stream was uploaded immediately afterward and shared via email that evening. It was perfect! We got so many well wishes and congrats from our would-be guests that we wouldn't be able to share without Epik's stream! The landing page was set up well in advance and was incredibly easy for us to share and our guests to access. We also hired Epik to create a produced wedding video from the ceremony. Aaron led that portion of videography services, and did an amazing job before and during the ceremony to capture exactly what we were hoping for. Both Aaron and his assistant wore masks the entire time and were great about social distancing with our group. Highly recommend!!
