to cancel our wedding, but decided to still get married and just broadcast the ceremony over the internet to all the guests. Only problem... epiphany was closed due to COVID and still had my dress! We called multiple times, left messages, drove past the store to see if anyone was there... we couldn’t get ahold of anyone. No problem, these things happen. And after having to cancel literally everything else about my wedding, I was pretty flexible by this point! I bought another dress from Nordstrom and married my love :) But now, things are reopening and I FINALLY got ahold of someone at epiphany and explained my situation. The woman responded with “we don’t give refunds”. But wait... they held my dress hostage for my wedding and I couldn’t even get it! I tried to get ahold of them and got no response! I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER DRESS LAST MINUTE! Mind you, the dress I bought from them was off the rack so it’s not like they had to special order or ship anything. I tried explaining this to her but she held firm (in a rather rude tone) with her “no refunds” policy. So, I asked her if I could finally come pick up the dress and she said “we’re not currently open”. Like...what?! So now I’m out the money I paid and I still can’t get the dress! This is unreal...and probably legally actionable. Moral of the story... don’t bother with this place! They truly do not care about you or your wedding day and will rip you off if they have a chance!

and I am so grateful they did! As soon as I walked in, they made me feel more relaxed and comfortable than most of the other salons. They had a skirt from Wtoo Bridal that I had seen and loved, but couldn't find the right top for it. They found a dress that had the perfect top, and then worked with me to make the two + alterations fit right in my budget! I was about to move across the country and they went as far as to wave the rush fee to get my dress delivered and altered before I moved. They were beyond accommodating, and everyone should give them a try!

and I didn’t need an appointment to shop. Throughout my order I delt with every employee here and they were all absolutely wonderful! They were patient, kind, fun, and even accomodated a sudden change in dress color a WEEK after the order was placed and shipped. They have BEAUTIFUL bridal dresses and an equally large selection of bridesmaid dresses and colors. They are all incredibly affordable, I just cant recomend this place and the employees enough!

own and could not find anything that compared. I called around to several shops and finally found one that carried the dress in store. However, after trying it on in person, I couldn't fathom purchasing it from a strip mall in downtown San Jose filled with pushy employees. Being local to the Carmel area, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get in touch with Epiphany (wishing I would have much sooner than I did). I reached out to them to see if they could order the specific Pronovias gown I was looking for and was pleased to find out they could. I made an appointment and tried on a few other gowns in their shop just to make sure I was making the right choice. I eventually went ahead with ordering the Pronovias gown that I loved and am so glad that I did. The shop is fairly small and a little tight, but the overall feel of the place is welcoming - customer service is excellent. This is a no-fuss type boutique, they get you in the dressing room within minutes of walking in. The ladies don't follow you in to assist you, but are definitely nearby to help if you need it. I liked that about this shop, I wasn't too fond of being followed around the entire time at other shops. The couch area is comfy and inviting, my bridesmaid loved coming with me to my appointments due to this. We both appreciated how straightforward the employees were, their honesty throughout the process was much appreciated. I luckily slipped into the 'free alterations and veil' deal they had a while back. Although they do not offer this deal anymore, I would still highly recommend this boutique for alterations and veil. I was more than happy with the way my dress turned out and was thrilled to see that it was thoughtfully steamed before I picked it up. I can't say enough good things about Epiphany - don't waste your time, just check them out! Thank you so much for taking such great care of me leading up to my wedding, I am incredibly grateful that I chose Epiphany for my bridal gown experience!

Alterations and my veil were included and it being local saved me money as well, instead of driving up to the Bay Area. I will be sending all my brides their way.

mer, but my seamstress said that would take about 4 hours So I found Epiphany Boutique because they offer very reasonably priced wedding gown steaming services. I wasn't comfortable taking it to an everyday cleaners, so this was the perfect option for me. They were wonderful. I dropped off my mess of a dress 2 days before the wedding, and the day before I picked it up in pristine conditions. It looked perfect. They told me it took them nearly 4 hours their steamer because of the many many (many) layers. I am so grateful they were willing to work so hard, and even come in early to ensure my dress was finished, in order for it to look perfect on my wedding day. The ladies in the shop were so sweet. I would absolutely reccomend Epiphany for any of your bridal needs, but destination wedding brides, THIS IS YOUR SPOT! 😊

u go in for a fitting everyone remembers you and are super friendly. The price of the dress was great, and the alterations and veil were free. I am so glad I got my dress at this store- they were amazing!

derful because it can be so overwhelming. If you are expecting it to be just "Say Yes to the Dress," well it isn't. But I preferred my experience to that any day! We came in, and they just let us browse the store. If we needed help or direction, they were right there to assist. When it came time to start trying on the dresses, they leave you to it in the dressing room. I was okay with that, but I could understand if someone else would like a little help as some of the dresses can be a little difficult to get into. But again, if you need assistance, they are happy to help you out! I only tried on about 8 dresses in total, but Christine pulled one she thought would be good on me, and it was totally different than anything I had been trying, in both style and color. It was perfect. It was grand looking but light to carry all day/night. It was reinforced on the inside so while it was strapless, it wasn't going to move an inch the day of. I fell in love and ordered that day! While it was my first time dress shopping in the store, I had done a lot of research online. Her prices were some of the best that I have seen out there. Icing on the delicious cake that was my experience there: she includes alterations in the cost of the gown. She also did a veil for me, also included in the purchase price. It was the best deal in town! Totally worth the 3 total trips down to Carmel for the initial visit, and the two fittings, from the East Bay. All in all, we had a wonderful experience at Epiphany, and I will be recommending them to all my friends getting married!

Service was great, very helpful in selecting the dress, making veil suggestions, and workmanship on alterations was excellent! The dress had to be taken in about 2 sizes, but you'd never know it. Everything was delivered exactly as promised & on time.

blast was sent out that said Epiphany Bridal Boutique was having a HUGE sale (up to 75% or 85% off gowns in the store). I live in a neighboring county and I was aware that the Carmel area is know for high end and expensive boutiques so I was skeptical that the pricing was still out of my $1k to $2k gown budget. I called Epiphany to ask about their sale and the girl that answered was very helpful and gave me their range of prices. She told me that in addition to the sale, if the dress was 50% off or less the alterations and custom veil were included in the price! At this point I had been to 4 or 5 other boutiques and tried on 40 or 50 dresses - I knew what I wanted and I wasn't going to settle. Epiphany has a beautiful selection of gowns that range in every fabric, color and style. I would highly recommend their selection and services. My only tidbit of advice would be to try to give yourself plenty of time. Christine (the lovely owner) does it all herself so alterations and veil assembly may take a little bit longer than the time you have originally budgeted in comparison to a larger vendor - the outcome, value and service make it well worth the wait.

ress I was looking for, on-sale, I was living in Southern California, and their shop was in Carmel (a long distance away) they held the dress for me, so my parents were able to pick it up a few days later, and make my wedding dress happen. (despite the distance away) I was grateful that they were willing to hold my dress for me after calling.

t have an impact on the service I have received. I am not sure even where to begin...We were asked by the bride to have our measurements into Christine by the end of January with payment. It took several calls to even get my measurements in - and that was with leaving messages! Now it is beginning of March, and we JUST heard from Christine regarding our order. She stated that the order was placed, sent the credit card authorization form, and emailed us a copy of our receipt. AND I can't begin to tell you how WRONG the order was! I have now emailed and called her, but haven't heard anything in 24 hours. I haven't sent in the credit card form, so at least I'm not out money. My main concern is for the bride. She doesn't need extra stress at this point! AND if the wrong size was ordered, then all dresses have to be reordered to be in the same dye lot...WHAT A MESS!!! Now ordering flower girl dresses...the owner will not call back...her associates don't know what is going on...there aren't kind words to express how upsetting this whole experience has been for me.

any as I wanted. I spent over 3 hours at my first appointment! They also opened early for me when I came back to try on more since my mother had flown in from out of town. They were always willing to accomodate my schedule and I never felt rushed during my fittings. My gown turned out absolutely perfect!!!
