ife perfectly. The three wedding coordinators for our day — Brittney, Brooke, and Courtney — were absolutely the best: organized, kind, and incredibly attentive. From the moment I arrived at the venue, Brittney came out to help unload my car and was on her A-game all day. She kept us right on schedule and handled even last-minute changes flawlessly, adjusting everything perfectly to our timeline. Brooke and Courtney stepped in seamlessly throughout the evening and were a huge help with organizing and packing at the end of the night. Our suite coordinator, Amanda, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for both my suite and my husband’s. The venue itself was stunning, and I loved every single moment of our day. We booked Equestrian West from 8 a.m. to midnight for both the ceremony and reception — it was the perfect setup for our celebration with about 230 guests. Everyone loved the space and couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was. It truly was the most seamless, beautiful, and stress-free experience I could have imagined! We also worked with D’Amico Catering, and they were phenomenal. Diane, our catering contact, was so easy to work with — she made every change we requested during planning effortless. The food was absolutely amazing! We served chicken, salmon, and tenderloin steak, and our guests especially raved about the salmon. For dessert, our wedding cake was perfection — the two bottom tiers were orange poppyseed cake, which everyone loved, and the top tier was strawberry and cream, which we got to take home. Our hors d’oeuvres included spring rolls, candied beets, cheese balls, and braised short ribs — all delicious! We also had a mini dessert display featuring yuzu lemon tarts, chocolate espresso bites, and assorted macarons. Later in the night, our guests enjoyed late-night ramen snacks — the perfect touch after hours of drinking and dancing! Even when a few unexpected extra guests showed up, the catering and coordination teams handled it effortlessly without a single hiccup. The bar service was also fantastic. We had a two-hour open bar with classic selections plus a few special bottles for the wedding party. Our guests said the drinks were great, there was no wait time, and the bartenders were friendly and fun to chat with. Overall, everything came together perfectly — from the venue and staff to the food, drinks, and desserts. It was truly the wedding of our dreams, and we can’t thank Equestrian West and the D’Amico team enough for making our day so unforgettable!

Everyone I worked with at Equestria West was so professional, responsive, and organized. They really know how to plan, coordinate, and execute a wedding! The venue itself is absolutely stunning - we had our ceremony in the outdoor wooded site and loved it. The sound for the ceremony was also amazing - our officiant used a microphone and all our guests commented on how good the sound was despite being outdoors. D'amico (their caterer) was also absolutely incredible. All of the food was AMAZING, the cake was heavenly, and every single server and chef we worked with was so professional, nice, and SO willing to help! Our suite attendant, Amanda, was so attentive to both my suite and my husband's suite, and she made sure we had everything we needed and more. She went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful for both her and the entire catering team! I loved that there were three options for ceremony sites (indoor ballroom, outdoor courtyard and outdoor wooded site), which gave us peace of mind knowing we had an absolutely gorgeous plan B indoor option for our ceremony if the weather didn't cooperate. The main ballroom is also asbolutely beautiful, and the space was absolutely beautiful. I also loved that nearly everything for the reception was included - table settings, napkins, candles, votives, and table numbers. It made our lives so much easier and the choices were all gorgeous! There are also many other things included, like a card box, tables, chairs, easels for signs, outdoor yard games for cocktail hour, etc. It meant we had to bring and purchase a lot less which was fantastic! I could not recommend Equestria West enough, and I would choose Equestria West again in a heartbeat!

The day of my wedding went smoothly because of the team at Equestria West. They kept everyone on track and made sure the vendors were where they were supposed to be. The venue is AMAZING and spacious for all of our guests and bridal party. There was nothing overlooked when they built this venue.
