Their renovated 1968 Shasta Compact Camper is a full-service mobile dessert bar offering cookies, cake pops, and pastries and a great photo opportunity for guests. The talented team will go all out to make your wedding unforgettable, and your trailer rental includes delivery, setup, and tear-down. A friendly staff member will stay for the duration of your reception to serve custom desserts to your friends and family. You can design cookies and cake pops according to your wedding's theme or color scheme and add special messages, names, and numbers to perfectly reflect your unique celebration. I started my little baking business in 2019 while in school for both Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality Management and have been growing it ever since! I have 6+ years in the pastry industry doing everything from restaurant desserts to large banquet events and more! I have such a passion for creating personal connections with you..my amazing clients! I look forward to hearing about your wedding dessert dreams and turning them into some tasty treats that are uniquely yours for your event!

eviews surpassed all others so I sent in a request. She got back to me quickly and was happy to work with me. I ordered two of her cakes and then had to add a third because the guest list grew. Then decided to add cake pops and we ended up with 3 large cakes and 72 cake pops. I was amazed that Rachel could accommodate my requests. She was so helpful and kind! The cakes and pops were all AMAZING. I had people after the event telling me how delicious and moist the cakes were. How something so beautiful could taste so good was heard often! Rachel even hand painted one of the cakes with edible food paint as per my request. I sent her photos of the flowers and decor I chose and she custom painted an English garden theme on to the cake. It was absolutely beautiful! The others were frosted in a modern ripple technique that looked really nice flanking the painted cake. I have planned a few events in my life and Rachel stands out as one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. She is professional, kind, and personable and everything went smoothly. I am so impressed. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!

Equinox personalized some very fitting shapes and the decorating was amazing. Highly recommend Rachel and her team for all your baked good needs. They listen to what you are looking for, are professional, timely and wonderful to work with. Will be a returning customer for future events.

that tasted even better. I couldn't get enough of them at our wedding reception. And when we got back from our honeymoon, I was so excited to eat some of our leftover wedding cake. I cannot recommend her enough. If you have food allergies, her and her bakery are the place to go. Even if you don't have allergies, go to her and her bakery. Just amazing. Blown away!
