When I began to question how this happened he said it was always there. I asked for further details and he printed out a pixelated picture and pointed to a small white spot (that didn’t match to the damage location) and said that was it. I then questioned why that white spot looked like a reflection and all he could say is, “the picture says it all” and would not explain further. I also asked if the gold jeweler could have damaged it and his response was maybe but not likely. I would not use this place again nor would I recommend anyone using this place.
