I could not imagine working with someone less flexible, less reasonable, or less proud of his/her work. If I could afford it, I would eat Eric Stamer's food every day! We handed them a difficult situation that required constant communication and painfully sharp turnarounds and they wowed us and our guests at every moment. I am absolutely thrilled with the service they provided, and will look for any reason to use them again. Eric, Tish, thank you both so much for making mine and Youmna's wedding perfect!

All the wedding guests loved the food which was very tasty and well presented. The service that evening was fantastic and their bartender did an excellent job executing custom cocktails.
